Terrible customer experience and watch repair service- They claimed they were able to service Rolexs and charged $900 to service our Rolex (1/2 the price Rolex charges) and they promised to match the 2 year warranty from Rolex. As soon as we got the watch back from them, it was fast but we thought maybe it needs to be worn to reset. Two months later, it was 9 minutes slow. We got so frustrated, we took it to a true Rolex store where they inspected it and said there were numerous issues with the "service" done to the watch and that we needed to get it redone. Not trusting Ideal (given the shotty workmanship already), and given we were now in a different state, we gave it to Rolex to fix. When we reached out to Ideal and explained the issue asking for any type of compensation, they refused and told us we should have given it back to them before, so therefore they won't honor the 2 year guarantee. Super untrustworthy service (both customer and watch-wise).

I’ll go ahead and apologize in advance for the lengthy review (short version 5 stars no complaints). I found Sam “The Diamond Man” through a mutual friend. My friend’s wife has a show stopping ring and I wanted to buy a head turning diamond for my fiancée to be. Sam told me upfront that his diamonds sell themselves and that there is absolutely no pressure to purchase anything from him. Sam is a super guy, full of jokes, and will walk you through this once in a lifetime purchase if you want him to. What I didn’t expect was that Sam would give me a Diamond 101 class upon my arrival. He laid out a spreadsheet and made notes on it about what you want in a Diamond. I spent my first appointment with Sam learning about diamonds and looking at diamonds through what I call tweezers but some sort of tool used by jewelers. By the time we concluded my hour long appointment he had helped me narrow down all the characteristics that I was looking for in a diamond. He told me to come back in a week and he would pull a few that meet the criteria. During that week I went to a few other Jewelers. Not only did the other jewelers not educated me on diamonds or the characteristics like Sam, but they almost came off like sharks with blood in the water. None of them brought out there tools and would let you look at the rocks with the loop. In fact all of them within 5 mins of me telling them I was looking for an engagement ring would tell me that they have a once in a lifetime buy and that I had to see this rock. I went back to Sam the following week and made my selection of what to me was the perfect diamond. Two weeks later the ring was ready to be picked up. I can’t tell you guys how many compliments my fiancée gets on her ring, easily 2-3 compliments per week. The rock that I bought from Sam is truly one of a kind and I have absolutely no regrets. I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful company to purchase any and all of my jewelry needs for the future to come.
