I have had hand and shoulder issues off and on for the last 4 years and have seen Dr. Mark McBride numerous times. He is always attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff is friendly, competent and helpful. The St. Joseph/Peachtree Dunwoody facility is exceptional and they have many conveniences that help with the pre and post appointment experience.

Dr. Krystal Chambers is an excellent doctor. She has given me several injections in my back and I find her very professional and plays great music in her operating room! I usually see Ryan Valduga for follow ups and she is very helpful and thorough. Her assistant Alicia is a real sweetheart and so accommodating. This a great team to see for back issues!

My appointment with Nathan Terrell was a great experience. The staff was very professional and pleasant and the practice seems very well run. I was actually seen earlier than my 9:30 appointment time! I did my paperwork on line prior to my appointment and as soon as I got there shortly after got an X-ray of my knee and Nathan explained my X-ray and explained my options, and we decided on a cortisone shot. By far the best experience at an orthopedic practice. I was in and out in less than one hour.

I cannot imagine that there are any providers in Atlanta that surpass Dr. Mark Hanna and his PA, Nathan Terrell and his entire staff. I am one week post knee surgery and Dr. Hanna and Nathan have exceeded my expectations in every aspect of my care from the excellent information packet that prepared me for the surgery through my surgery and aftercare. I needed some extra attention prior to my surgery and they were in constant communication with me and worked with me until I was ready for the surgery. They address all my questions quickly in person, by phone or through their patient portal. I am very happy that I chose Dr. Hanna and his staff to take care of me.

I have been going to Resurgens for a couple of years. Everyone is great. It is so nice to go to a doctors office where they treat you like a person. They answered all of my questions. All of the staff were very personable. I felt very comfortable with them. I have had 4 surgery’s, and another one in the near future.Dr. Peritz has done all of my surgeries. I really like and trust him and his staff. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Mark McBride and his staff are wonderful! He has the best demeanor, is calm, and soft spoken. You feel very calm, and he listens well. I was suffering from a painful fractured wrist. Dr. McBride explains the issues and process so you understand. He laid out my options so I could choose the right path for me. Also, the location is great and easy to get to, even with the ongoing construction. I highly recommend Dr. McBride!

I have been all over Atlanta but Dr Jeffers was one of the first doctors to actually examine and touch me. He and his staff were thorough quick and efficient. I can't be fixed in one visit due to the complexity of my issues but I was reassured by his competency that I was seen and I won't be thrown aside and just given narcotics. They were all very patient and gave me hope because they were so focused on my condition. I was a doctor prior to this accident and I would hire his front desk staff and refer patients to him ANY time. Best visit ever.

This practice (and Nathan Terrell and Dr Hanna in particular) had been recommended to me by two close friends. Now I know why! The entire team is friendly, responsive and engaged. The medical assistant, nurses, techs and the PA (Nathan) made me feel comfortable and secure. Good listeners, great follow up. I’m confident the ongoing care will be exemplary.

First time patient at Peachtree Dunwoody office and all went well. Staff and doctor were all polite and kind. My wait time was not bad at all. I was checked in immediately. Waited approximately 10 minutes to go into a room and it took 15 minutes for X-rays and the doctor came in the room within the next 15 minutes. No parking validation was the only dislike about today's visit but it is worth it when the service is good. Hopefully it stays this way.

The practice is extremely well run. From the start my experience was positive. I was sent a link to complete paperwork online. The forms were easy to complete and formatted for both a mobile phone and computer. I appreciated that I didn’t need to print them out and scan them back. I was not required to complete any additional forms when I arrived.The appointment started right on time Dr. Raines has a fabulous bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and kind and explained everything well. The team worked together like a well-oiled machine. I felt like my time was respected. The staff’s warmth was only superseded by their competence. The only reason I am not going to do PT with their group is that the nearest location for me is in the medical center with paid parking, which is tough for multiple appointments per week. I would recommend this practice to anyone!!

I don’t know where to start. I was referred to Resurgens and doctor Peretz by the old school ortho around the corner that starts w Peachtree. They wanted me to do the posterior hip replacement approach, which made no sense to me after I had done my own research online. Given my height and weight and my low BMI, I thought I was a great candidate for the anterior approach, which is what I ended up having on October 13. Before my surgery date, I met with the surgeon Dr Peretz, and he was patient and answered all of my questions, and set my mind at ease, as this was the first major surgery in my lifetime. The preop staff was amazing starting w Doreen who answered all questions as if they had done this thousands of times but with a smile always. Shout outs to PA Emily, and the postop nurses who prepared me for getting my home in order, Tooty and Barbara. also shout out to nurses, Danielle and Leanne, who answered every question with a smile. Another shout out must go to the amazing anesthesiologist Dr. Sween who made sure I was well dosed for the spinal which I was scared about but he got me so lit up I barely remember them moving me to the fancy surgical table. I woke up to the nicest recovery nurse on the planet, Nurse Michelle who constantly checked on my status. When the nerve block went away, and I could finally feel my feet, my brain and body weren’t in the mood to cooperate, but Michele took it in stride, and she took care of me along with Doreen. I’m sure they needed the room for someone else coming out of surgery, but they didn’t rush me. They calmed me down and a few minutes later from whatever drugs they pumped into my IV, I felt better, and was walking through the finish line a moment I will never forget. Michele, please accept my apologies for whatever I said to you as I was coming out of the anesthesia. All I remember is a sweet, pretty face taking care of me with a ring on her finger. Lucky guy whoever gave her that ring! I had my postop with Dr. Peretz this week and the postop x-rays look great. Sleep is still a bit difficult but I was warned of that and thankfully it gets better every night as I write this on my 27th day postop. I highly recommend this practice, not only for their amazing medical technology, but more importantly, for their genuine, caring and concern for every patient. I wish I could send each and everyone of them a Starbucks gift card but hoping this glowing review means more than a free coffee. Thanks to the entire team from reception to discharge. It could not have gone any better.

The wonderful thing about this office is the team who works with you. Nathan is always available to help with questions and concerns. It was a joy to see him one year after my knee replacement surgery. He assured me that everything looks great! I will have to say it is because of the team, Dr. Hannah, the nurses, the surgical staff, the coaching staff, and Nathan who got me to this point. They are the best!! I am pain free and doing almost everything I did before my surgery. It has been life-changing!!

Dr. Jenna Morris was awesome! She was very knowledgeable, patient and gentle. My husband broke his wrist and she went above and beyond to make sure all our questions and needs were met. All the other staff were very friendly and personable. Highly recommend this place!

Dr Kao is so nice, great in assessing and explaining your current situation. Details instructions going forward in treatment. Gives detail written instructions prior to leaving the appointment. She is always on time. The staff is amazing and caring.

Dr. Hanna took great care of me for my hip replacement . He’s very engaging, thoughtful, and has a great personality. His entire staff was a reflection of him. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner before and after surgery.

Nathan and the Resurgens team are always courteous. They listen to your concerns and symptons of what is ailing you and are great at working with you in finding solutions. I haven’t been happy w/ the 2x I’ve visited Resurgens. This last time, I didn’t feel that I was listened to when I wanted to explain what was going on with me. Before I could even speak with anyone, I was told I was getting back x-rays for pain in my hip/leg. I did not feel that this was accurate and I still believe this. I was looking for a good diagnostician and was disappointed that even after I spoke with someone and explained things, they weren’t able to go beyond the assumption that the problem was my back. Note: I have zero back pain and the original problem started in foot and spread up to leg/hip. I was very disappointed as in my mind this was a worthless appointment. Will not be back if can help.

I have complete trust in Dr. Velez operating on cervical. He did excellent job on lower back. His manner is doing to earth, kind and willing to take time to answer questions. His assistants are very gracious and competent.

The staff at Dr. Mark Hanna’s practice are excellent. From the guys that take you to your room, or to X ray, to Nathan Terrell, to Dr. Hanna himself, they make you comfortable and cared for. Nathan has had excellent training under Dr. Hanna. And no other doctor I have ever had has called the night before surgery to ease your concerns.

Emily Shull, P. A. is first rate. She’s knowledgeable, informative, patiently answers all questions thoroughly, and is an excellent listener. She makes a patient feel like she’s totally focused on you and your concerns no matter how busy she is.

I have had 3 major procedures done since May 2022. Michael Clark, MD repaired my left shattered heel and broken ankle in approx May-June 2022. In May 2023, Arthur Raines, MD repaired a left broken tibia and elbow. Both experiences were AMAZING. I would recommend both surgeons w/o reservation. I’m back to walking between 4-7 miles/day. I can’t thank both surgeons enough.

I am 65 year old very active guy. Swim bike run and basketball. Had an issue with my feet. Went to a podiatrist who was no help at all. Came and saw Dr Gleason. He listened to me examined my feet and recommended a path to get me back active again. I had seen him before for ankle problems and he helped me get back to normal activity so I’m glad he’s trying to again. Great Doctor

Dr. Dantuluri is amazing! He performed a very complicated reverse shoulder revision with excellent results for this senior patient. I worked professionally in health care quality and patient safety, so I am aware of the meticulous protocols and standards required for achieve such outstanding results and, as a patient, I greatly appreciate these efforts.

I arrived on time for my appointment and waited about 15 minutes in the waiting room. I was taken back to an examining room and then to the X-ray area. After I was taken back to the examining room and waited for Dr Velez to see me, I waited 90 minutes. I then told the nurse I was not waiting any longer and was leaving. I made another appointment for the following morning with Dr Sloan and everything went as it should. I waited only 10 minutes in the examining room before Dr Sloan came in.

Dr Mark Hanna did a partial knee replacement on my husband about 10 years ago on a referral from his previous orthopedic surgeon in Augusta. When I needed total knee replacements I went to see him and his PA Nathan Terrell. Everything is so well organized in this practice from the first visit thru the post op visit and all employees are friendly and helpful. Their practice responds to emails through the patient portal faster than any practice I've ever used before. Dr Hanna is an excellent orthopedic surgeon and St Joseph's has a top notch outpatient facility for the surgery. I'd recommend this practice to anyone looking for the best there is if you need knee or hip surgery.

Dr. Velez is compassionate, and caring. More importantly, listening to his patients concerns and allowing them the time to explain and discuss treatment option. We first met him when my daughter was 15 and his been our physician since.

I love Ryan Valduga at Resurgens! She is so kind and patient. She listens and takes her time. She is happy to explain and look into different solutions! Would definitely recommend her! (Oh and she is pretty much always right on time! My appointments with her are always so efficient and never behind, which is a breath of fresh air!)

Came to see Dr Hannah on referral from another doctor. He was VERY conscientious and gave me a lot of details and allowed me to ask a lot of questions about my knee situation. He explained in detail to his concerns why I was not ready for a total knee replacement. I just like the way you can look a man in the eyes and know he is truthful and honest. I will be on a program to get my knee back in shape without surgery, for now.

Jessica Anderson, PA at the St Joseph location was fabulous. Provided great detail and explained!! If you have to make a trip to Resurgens definitely ask for Jessica! You will be very happy with her as your choice!

I can't say enough about doctor Thomas Ross Along with his staff. They are very efficient professional, Compassionate about what they do and how it is done. Great first appointment for a medical problem.The nurse and PA were excellent, friendly and professional, I was seen within five minutes of my arrival, all Covid protocols followed, had my appt, X-ray and script for PT in a very timely manner without feeling the least bit rushed. Attention was given to my needs and questions. All in all exactly what I’m looking for when visiting a Dr.

Dr. Gleason is an incredible surgeon and his staff are exceptional. The usually 'run' close to the scheduled appointment time. Dr. Gleason gives YOU all the time YOU need. At my appointments I feel like the only patient there. I don't mind a reasonable wait. Keep that in mind when you visit and need to wait for your doctor. Did you have the attention you needed for YOUR care? If you get that, don't be so upset about a slight wait. We are all equally important.

The entire staff is very professional. I had a great experience from check in to x-ray to seeing the doctor. Nathan Terrell explained my options thoroughly and also gives a great cortisone injection. I will be scheduling my knee replacement here in the future.

Dr. Mark Hanna did my knee replacement in 2019, and he did a fantastic job. I’ve continued to see his PA, Nathan Terrell, who is equally wonderful. My right knee had been bothering me. Yesterday, Nathan had x-rays done of that knee, reassured me that it is not in bad shape, and did a cortisone shot in it. It is definitely better. I always feel that they care deeply for their patients and appreciate the care I get from them.

Great staff. Professional and helpful. Felt listened to and that the PA was very knowledgeable. Three recommendations. 1. Make the car lane more efficient, have wheel chairs available - not sit in the car lane to sign one out at front desk. 2. Wheel chair was like a buck board. Get comfortable wheelchairs as sitting on those were very uncomfortable during the 90 minute visit. 3. Free parking. Need to get a few tips from Chick-fil-A on how to move people through a line.

I went in a little earlier for the check on my left knee and was ushered in 5mins before my scheduled time. Wow! The attending nurse was very professional and courteous. The MRI techs were professional and friendly. Dr. Ross upon meeting him for the first time, I felt so relaxed. Thanks to all the staff. I appreciate your efforts in helping me with my issue. Dr Gleason is a great doctor and surgeon. With his experience in foot and ankle, I am confident in my recovery and outcome. I am only 6 weeks from surgery and progressing well. I know I will be in Great shape in no time. It is good to know that my condition is not new or surprising to him; been there, done that are great words to hear. Highly recommend Dr John Gleason.

This office was most accommodating with scheduling my appointment. By completing forms online I had 0 to do upon arrival! The staff was friendly and professional and Dr Gleason has an excellent bed side manner which gives me comfort and confidence in his assessment of my concerns.

Excellent visit. I was able to get an appointment with a shoulder specialist the day after I called. Dr Ross was patient, listened, and came up with a plan to alleviate my shoulder pain, including a steroid injection. He also discussed options if injection didn't help. Office staff very friendly and professionals. Was in and out, including X-rays and injection, in under an hour. Very impressive office and physician.

It was a very pleasant experience. I don’t frequent doctors much (thankfully I didn’t have to yet). But when I hurt my ankle while dirt biking, I knew something was off. I looked up my in-network orthopedists and Dr. Michael Clark was available the following business day to take me in. The process was very straight forward. I went in, they called me in within 5 minutes (despite it being a busy Monday for them). Everyone from the nurses/technicians to the Doctor himself were extremely nice and professional. I had the chance to work with Haley, Anya, and an X-ray technician (whose name unfortunately eludes me at present) as well as Dr Clark. They took some x-ray pictures of the affected area, and the doctor identified 2 fractures in 2 of the bones in my ankle region. The entire process was (relatively) quick, painless, and very streamlined and professional. In between I was asked to wait in a room, while waiting for the next steps. Overall, a very pleasant experience all around.

Dr Bailey is fantastic doctor. His skills, knowledge, communication skills are excellent. He looks for best for his patients. He helped me to understand. My condition and how each option would effect me. I chose an option and we discussed the pro and cons of choice. He is one of the few doctors I trust and respect.

I recently sprained my ankle aboard and came to Resurgens for a recheck. Dr. Thomas Ross was extremely thorough in evaluating my injury and providing a plan for recovery success. Everyone on staff is attentive and kind. They ran on time and I was in and out in an hour WITH X-RAYS which is absolutely remarkable. A first class experience all around and I highly recommend the team at Resurgens!

Dr. Ross and his team were absolutely fantastic. He took the time to make sure I made the right decision for myself and everything has worked out better than I ever expected. I feel great. I have seen Dr. Schneider for several years for a wrist fracture, thumb fracture and tennis elbow. He has an excellent bedside manner and is always patient and spends time with me answering any questions. He’s a straight shooter but with the right personality to balance it out. I always trust his advice even if it keeps me off the tennis court a little longer than I’d like. He has my best interest in mind for the long term with regard to tennis. Tennis is a lifetime sport and it’s important to me that I can actually enjoy it for my lifetime so that is why I’m glad to have him in my corner. He is also very timely for his appointments!

Dr. Bailey and his team provided exceptional and professional care to me during my surgery and treatment. Dr. Bailey and the team took time to explain everything to me and made me feel supported and comfortable. I appreciate the excellent and awesome care that I received. As usual, I got excellent care at Resurgens. All personnel were punctual, professional, and concerned about my needs. Nathan Terrell was thorough with examination and provided suggestions for follow-up care. He answered question and was not rushed during the appointment. As I was leaving, he gave me the card of his nurse for me to call if there were more concerns. It was a reassuring experience!!

I received excellent, thorough, informative care at Dr Miller’s office from his PA, Jessica Anderson, and his x-ray technician, Nancy! The problem with my knee was explained thoroughly and several options for healing it were very clearly laid out for me. And all of this done in a warm, pleasant, comfortable manner! I have recommended Dr Miller to several friends and will continue to do so.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nathan Terrell is great! Caring and professional. I changed to this practice because I wanted a team approach, with everyone on the same page. That's exactly what this practice does. Everyone that I had contact with was smiling and caring and all my questions were answered.

Staff is very friendly and made sure I was comfortable, which I appreciated. The PA, Scott Siegel, has been so kind to me each time I needed to be see. He took his time to listen to all I needed to share about my pain. When reviewing the findings of the exam with me, he took his time and made sure I understood what my options are. I never felt like he was rushing through to see the next patient. He made me feel like I was the only one that mattered. Thank you Scott!!!

The check in process is very smooth to me. I can check in online and am sent back to the waiting area pretty quickly. I don’t usually have to wait long to be brought back to see the Dr. I see Jordan Hall and I’ve had a very good experience with him each time. I never feel rushed and he takes his time answering my questions. Everyone who works there is always so nice helpful.

Today was my first visit to this office. The whole process was seamless. The PA for Dr Velez was wonderful. Dr Velez took a lot of time to listen to my concerns and was truly caring and compassionate.

Dr. Schneider is the absolute best in my opinion! He is personable, engaging, and most of all, he is indeed a very knowledgeable Hand Specialist. He is also reassuring, which means a lot to me. I had Carpal Tunnel Surgery with no complications or issues, which enabled me to return to the gym after my 10-day check-up, I am happy to report.

Dr. Kao was awesome in surgery and consultation. The surgery was very successful. Excellently explained and I felt guided through the whole process. Couldn’t have been more satisfied with the outcome. Each visit has been truthful and awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Both Dr. Dopson and Dr. Chambers staff and entire team here are the best. Their level of professionalism, care, and attention to your direct needs and concerns are the best I have received yet. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the facility is the best. Having problems definitely, seek treatment from here.

Finally, an experience with a medical provider worth “crowing” about … sadly, it’s been increasingly rare for me until now. I have yet to be operated on by Dr. Jeffords but if his skills are as timely and effective as his staff’s are than I know I’m in good hands. I go into my surgery anticipating great results from Dr. Jeffords care!
