Triton showed up timely, and had great follow-up. They actually fixed a problem where a previous plumber had failed.

Had a slightly major issue with main drain line in basement floor, basically main pipe was mush. Nick and his guys came out and had the job finished in less then 5 days. Excellent service, explained everything that needed to be done.

Nick's company was the 4th plumber to our house over the last 3 1/2 years and we will never have another company come out again. We will always call Triton for any issues we have. Shaun and Werner did an amazing job installing my new water line for a refrigerator and then fixed other pipe issues and installed new shut off valves where the plumbing issues occurred in the basement.

We were having a small bathroom leak and Nicholas was able to come out on short notice to check out the issue during a very busy holiday time. He let us know everything that was going on, fixed the issue very quickly, and gave us some recommendations for a separate issue we were having. Great service and would definitely recommend or call again for future issues!

Nick and his team were very responsive to all communications. They found a leak that was really hard to find and fix but they did it with ease...probably based on their years of experience. Werner Heinze was the plumber who came to my house to do the repair. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing along the way. He located the issue, showed it to me and talked me through how he was going to repair, then after repair showed me how to avoid this issue in the future. The cost for repair was very reasonable and affordable. I expected it to cost more actually. Look no further if you need a reputable plumbing company. Best experience I have had with a plumber in years.

After working with several plumbers between our houses and relatives, we will only call Triton now. The absolute highest quality work, fast scheduling, very responsive, and owner Nick (plus all of his team) are super friendly and a pleasure to work with. They have now completed three jobs for us and are my go-to phone call if we need work done. Also competitive pricing vs some of the larger plumbing companies in the area (but with the benefit of small owner-run customer service and attention).

I've used Triton dozens of times for my small business and have been very happy. I was able to get a quick appointment and the two plumbers who showed up were great. They fixed the problem, educated me on winterizing the pipe and were extremely professional. Nicholas was able to send his crew out a day ahead of schedule. Vann and Sean were fast and friendly. They were able to fix the sewer system enough for us to use it. Vann was honest about the current state of the sewer system and that further repairs will need to be made it the near future.

Nick did a great job cleaning the complete tree root blockages from our main drain. They arrived on time, kept us in the loop with great communication, and solved our problem.

I was panicking the night before thanksgiving because our floor drains were backing up water into the house and we had to stop using water. I called a local plumber who wasn’t available for a while and recommended these guys. I filled out a form stating the issue and the owner personally called me to walk me through what may be going on, and that they could come Monday. The guys got over here and cleared out the issue and we’re very knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend and will be using them for my future needs.

What started as a call to drain a basement filled with standing water from sump pump failure quickly & unexpectedly turned into Nick also having to replace the 75-gallon water heater damaged by the flood as well.
