    This product works great for what we need to date. It is very easy to use to manage my business and very easy for my members to use. I love how responsive customer service is with anything I need and the price is fantastic for a small business like mine. My only wish is that I could apply my brand more to the member facing features of the platform.

    Smart, useful software, sure. But the customer service is staffed by real humans who aren't just reading off a script, who listen to your question and answer it helpfully and accurately.

    Our orientation session went very well. The instructor was very thorough and patient with our concerns and questions. The software covers all of our needs and I look forward to putting it into use as soon as possible.

    I am a Small 24/7 access gym owner, I switched over from Over Priced Mindbody to RhinoFit. It was pretty crazy/ stressful but RhinoFit support did everything they could to help through the process. The software is great for gyms. they are extremely reasonably cost effective/ not over priced!! Now we been having issues with the barcode scanner door access part of the system and RhinoFit recently added RFID technology as another opinion for the Door access system. They are switching it out and helping me with that Whole process. The support and software capabilities are extremely awesome!!

    I use RhinoFit for my gym software platform. The pricing and customer service is better than many other platforms. Their customer service team is amazing! Any issues I have encountered they are able and willing to solve immediately! Victor with the RhinoFit team took care of my concern within 5 minutes.

    Have been using Rhinofit for a few years with zero issues. Great pricing, easy set up, tech support has been helpful the few times I called, jiu jitsu related progress through ranks, member interface for products, class reservations, and tracking. I switched over from a competitor and am much happier with this platform.

    If I could I would give Rhino Fit 0 stars. Customer service is terrible. No after hrs support line. Door system failed every week and left my business vulnerable to theft. Had to contact multiple times when wanting issues resolved. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. Also tried to charge me fees even though the contract says there wont be any when given a 30 day notice. Again don't waste your time with this company.

    - Price is unbeatable from what we've seen. - Customer service isn't as good as BTWB but definitely better than dealing with MBO. - Features are an improvement on our old system. - Interface and functionality are pretty straightforward. - Calendar integration with our website was easy. - Small extras like the ranking system are interesting. - If payment processing goes smoothly, will update to 5 stars.

    Would give it a 5 Star. But, there are some inadequacies. The app is possibly my biggest problem. I do not appreciate when any modern day company claims to have an app. But truly, just has a quick link to the mobile web browser. For some of my older clients. This is not really an issue. (For a lot them use the web browser.) For my younger clients. It is very non-user friendly. Aside from this. I don't really have any problems to add. Hopefully, the "app" can be updated to a true app soon. What RhinoFit does well. Once tasks are completed to link your business to the merchant service. It is smooth sailing from there to receive payments through them! Scheduling out and creating classes, adding employees, creating/uploading waivers, putting in different types of memberships and prices, staying updated with clients, and email automation are all super simple and easy to do! Once again, would love to give it a 5 Star. But, the dinosaur of an app makes it not very user friendly. Most people use their mobile devices to book classes and personal training sessions. Not their Desktop. Myself included. Otherwise, well worth it! Please Update soon!

    The customer service team are very helpful and fast to respond. However, I’ve had a huge amount of trouble accepting payments from members. I’m not sure if the actual source of the problem and who’s to blame, but it’s been stressful for everyone, this side to things, and I’m not out of the woods yet. The system itself seems easy to use and straight-forward, though, which is what I was looking for.
