Brennan was great, he showed up on time. Addressed the issue and thoroughly explained what was going on. He also explained the service place you offer to come out and tune up my system twice a year which I will most likely be getting. A+ service, highly recommend

Called this company when my unit refused to turn on. It was a Saturday at 2pm. They were able to get a tech to me as soon as 3-5pm. Their tech Brennan was out to my house about 20 minutes after I placed the emergency call! Talk about fast. Immediately found the issue. Repaired the issue. I even just hired them to do duct replacement. I don’t really have enough nice things to say. My current AC repair company still has not returned my call I sent. I’m pretty sure Smart heating and Cooling just replaced my old company. Thanks again guys for the fast response on a saturday,getting me up and running.

Smart heating and cooling did a wonderful job on my air duct replacement and insulation installation. Brennan did the initial inspection and was very flexible on appointment dates. I needed to push the date a couple weeks and they were totally fine with it. All the workers were professional, kind, and put down floor protection - they did an amazing job. Thanks!

Highly recommended! John was super helpful in explainer our options, the 2 guys that came the next day were respectful, efficient, and finished when they said they would. I am still amazed we got a new hvac system installed so quickly. This was a life saver on the day we’re supposed to close on our house to find out we needed a new system.

John was kind, friendly and thorough. He inspected my AC system inside and out and educated me on proper maintenance and needed repairs. I verified his recommendations and will be using Smart going forward. Other companies just canceled on me or rescheduled last minute, likely because they couldn’t sell me a new system in the spot. I used this company for some electrical work, and was so impressed by the professionalism and knowledge that I chose them for my A/C system and condenser when both failed. They did a fantastic job very quickly, and cleaned up so nicely when finished. Again, I have had nothing but a positive experience from this company. Highly recommended.

Efficient and professional install!

John P came out to assess my home because my wife has horrible allergies. John did an air quality test and recommended a sterilization system for our unit. Not too long after he completed his installation and left, we noticed an immediate difference in our air quality, and could not be happier with his recommendation and service!!
