Sun woke up with a fever. Normal pediatrician was closed needed urgent care so I stopped here. It was the best choice I’ve made! I didn’t even get to fill out my paperwork before I was in a room waiting for a doctor already and the staff there was just so nice and caring and very transparent. I highly recommend. They even told me things about my son that his pediatrician didn’t tell me. Highly recommend

Today I called early this morning and left a voicemail, and I got a call back right when they opened telling me I could come in. I was so happy! My 3 year old daughter really needed to see a pediatrician. They were so flexible with my work schedule and I was able to come in with my daughter once I got off. The ladies at the receptionist desk are so sweet and kind, I love having that interaction for my first visit. Dr. Frank was exceptional. My daughter was having a hard time, because she was scared and Dr. Frank didn’t make me feel overwhelmed or make my daughter feel frustrated. She calmly talked to her and my daughter finally felt so eased, safe and comfortable with her because of her gentle, nurturing voice. We had such an awesome visit today. I would highly recommend this location in a heart beat. Thanks so much!

This is the place to go to when you are looking for a pediatrician that can see your child ASAP! Alzein pediatrics has the best practice in the area! All facilities are clean and welcoming. Staff is exceptional, friendly, and great at what they do. Walk-ins are welcome and the wait time is minimal. Thank you again for your awesome service!

Nurse practitioner Angela is honestly amazing. She is so wise, thorough, and caring. I trust her with my children’s health and that is a hard thing for a mother to do. 10/10 recommend her and the entire staff at the urgent care! Thank you all!

There is nothing more reassuring than hearing Courtney pick up the phone & then seeing Angela! My kiddo is special needs & whether it be a topical rash or allergies, Angela & the team are all hands on deck always. It starts with Courtney and from there the whole care process is smooth sailing! We’ve got a ton of experience in & out of hospitals and doctor’s offices. Between our NICU stay & all our Dr. visits, Angela & her team … we are so, so, SO grateful for them! This team is truly one in a million!!

I’m Chris. I’m an actual person and client to the professionals at Alzein. I have never had a bad experience. Ear infections and school physicals- all done here. Check ups and treatments for ear, throat and mouth. These people are wonderful! I am so grateful for them. As I post this, it’s June 1st. My wife and I are planning to go to Hawaii with our daughter. She got an ear infection. She wouldn’t take her medicine and we had to get shots. On the third check up, our doctor wore a Hawaiian dress to wish us “Aloha.” Let’s go back: my daughter wore her Hawaiian dress (from Aldi) the entire week. She wore it to her doctor’s appointment for shots. On the third day, last day for shots— the doctor wore the exact same Aldi Hawaiian dress to match our daughter. Some Doctors are cold or very business focused. I hope everyone has doctors and nurses as great as ours at Alzein. Also, check out the Museum and get ice cream after shots. It’s a good block for families.

2 days ago I tried to get my child looked at both both women at the front desk were extremely rude especially the younger heavy set girl with the purple gauge earrings she was extremely ignorant and kept cutting me off. While trying to explain what was wrong with my child she cut me off to ask about insurance then said she “didn’t know” if they took my insurance and cut me off again to ask the woman next to her. The older woman next to her told me they dont take it and I would have to pay cash or just go to the advocate building behind them since they take that insurance. Both are ignorant! I’m Happy I left after that exchange I found a better place with very nice and helpful receptionist and great doctors who looked at my child. Happy I didn’t stay at this place

I love being able to take my child to a urgent care for pediatrics. Both times I was able to secure a same date appointment. The staff and the providers were polite, helpful and answered my questions/concerns. I love that you are seen timely without waiting several hours.

We love Alzein Pediatrics! All the doctors we have seen are amazing. We had a sick kid today on Memorial Day and they were able to squeeze us in! So thankful!!!

Dr. Frank is great but do not have Dr. Dillon see your baby- 4year old. She is not the greatest at handling little ones and seems unsure of herself. When doing a normal examination she has very hard time doing Norma things like checking the ears, tongue and the entire body. It’s like she has never handled children before. She is nice but needs more training.

Mrs. Cermak is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my children, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a provider that combines such personal touches and care for their patients as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. The experience from check in to check out was phenomenal. I highly recommend Alzein Pediatrics.

Dr Alzein’s office is the place where all children should go. I brought my kids in for the first time and they treated us as if we have been going there for years. The staff was friendly, caring and thoughtful. The offices were beautiful and I felt like no one could have taken better care of my children in a time when I needed fast response to our situation. Thank goodness for Dr Alzein’s offices, they have us for life.

As a pediatric nurse, it was extremely important for me to pick a pediatrician who is reliable & thorough when I had my baby. We absolutely love all of the doctors, especially Dr. Lee, Dr. Alzein & APRN Angela in Urgent Care who is the absolute sweetest and extremely knowledgeable, always giving us peace of mind. I wouldn’t take my child anywhere else, I’ve recommended Dr. Alzein’s practice to all of my family & friends.

Always a great experience no matter which location we choose to go to. The staff are friendly and helpful and the nurses and doctors always explain everything clearly and show great care. We know our kids are in good hands here.

Called the urgent care twice to bring my daughter in to be seen. I asked if I needed an appointment, and they said no and that I could just walk in. I drove 40 minutes, just for them to tell me the provider was on lunch and they were booked up for the day. No appointments available at any other locations either. Worse customer service/ urgent care ever.

I’ve been able to do a few virtual problem visits with Angela NP and she has been amazing! The virtual visits have been so helpful when trying to coordinate everyone’s schedule! Very easy process too!

Angela at Alzein Pediatric Urgent Care is a true angel on earth. Not only does she have the perfect demeanor to work with kids and provide a smooth office visit, she is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable in regards to pediatric medical needs. AND she really truly cares and treats my children as her own. As a mom of three wild and dirty boys, there is nothing more reassuring than a visit and diagnosis from Angela- she always gets it right and calms my Mama nerves! Highly recommend Nurse Practitioner Angela, she is the absolute best!

Angela Boomsma the Nurse Practitioner is fantastic! She is very kind, caring to the parent and child. Most importantly she is very smart. I will be switching NP’s and using Angela exclusively. Great clinic and kind staff too.

I have been calling for weeks for my sons medical records. No one has gotten back to me. Apparently you have to make a bad review so you can get any response. And then they comment back saying that we are not a patient. Of course we aren’t a patient. This is a PEDIATRIC OFFICE. What kid is going to make a bad review. Spoke to Courtney today who lied to me about Denise in medical records being on a “family emergency”. Then Denise magically appears on the phone. Absolutely ridiculous

Garbage Clinic of Pediatric doctors....dont take your children there....If you are assigned Doctor Jessica Lee....she will misdiagnose whatever your child has or had. A lot of rookie doctors....this place is a joke. I might be filing a malpractice lawsuit against this facility and I am consulting with an attorney as we speak. We demanded to Doctor Alzein and guy refuses to answer our phone calls and messages.

Update 9/16 After calling because my daughter has gotten significantly worse the doctor on staff recommends that we make an appointment for Monday to follow up with the original physician. When we explained that we can’t find any medication for my daughter‘s age in stores we have to order and wait 4 to 5 business days he says try this brand try that brand. Obviously he doesn’t understand what it’s like to have a toddler who continues to choke on her mucus can’t clear her throat has a terrible cough and is up coughing throughout the night. Very disappointing. I had thought calling them and explaining that she is worse they would say bring her in let’s at least take a look at her but no it’s the end of the business day she doesn’t wanna do any more paperwork make my child suffer until Monday. My Wife brought out Daughter to the urgent care and I’ve heard nothing but good things. (My wife is in the medical field herself so she has very high standards) So, if she loves the place then you know it’s good. The nurse and doctor were fantastic and so patient with Paislee. They were so understanding of our concerns. Hopefully we don’t have to return but if we do we know we will be taken care of.

This place is great . You do have to wait in your car which is fine because of COVID. So please be patient it’s worth the wait . Once I got in they were thorough and quick . Everyone was nice and efficient If need be I will be back

I like taking my kids to Alzein. They have multiple offices and offer a flexible schedule. They are open Saturday’s at the evergreen park location which is convenient for my work schedule. I’ve had to take my kids to the urgent care when they are sick and they usually have an appointment available to be seen. The doctors/PAs are very nice. I would recommend Alzein to parents.

Have been coming to Alzein since birth. Every single interaction with EVERY SINGLE staff member has been exceptional. I can see why the practice has grown! Dr Alzein is the best! Very well educated, great with the kids and parents. The best around!

No wait time which I absolutely loved. Front desk is very friendly. Nurse wad very sweet and helpful. I loved that she answered all of our questions without feeling rushed.

Both of my kids have been going to Alzein Pediactrics since they were born and we have had nothing but great experiences! Always friendly staff and great doctors. All offices are always very clean and kid friendly. Would recommend them to all parents

The best bed side manner I have ever come across from a doctor's office! The wait is usually minimal. All the doctors and associates are incredible!! No matter what time of day I call, if I say my daughter is sick the find time to get her in, I absolutely love that about Alzein pediatrics!!

The staff is friendly and every provider I have seen with my children are professional, informative, attentive and super nice. Most recently we have seen Angela and she was amazing. They have always been able to fit us in when needed. Can’t say enough about this practice. My children are in great hands here.

The urgent care is so quick and the staff is great. I appreciate the staff confirming all of my daughter’s information upon arrival. Ms. Angela is wonderful and interacts with my daughter so well. She is kind, educates us at each interaction and gives us good advice. We are happy to bring our daughter to a great facility that has the whole package!

We love this office. Our daughter actually looks forward to seeing Dr. Riff and everyone is always so lovely to us. Today even Anna and Elsa got their ears checked. We hardly wait at the Urgent Care as well! Highly recommend.

What can I say that I’m sure this office doesn’t already know. They always provide my kids with exceptional care. I was lost when my pediatrician retired and was struggling finding one that would meet my needs with weekend schedules, evening hours, and an urgent care. I’m in love with Alzein Pediatrics! I was able to make an appointment for my son same day. The Front Desk, Nurses and Pediatrician were extremely nice and helpful. There was a little bit of a wait, but that's to be expected. Overall, great place for children to be treated.

The office staff, the phone staff, the nurses and doctors have always been friendly and extremely helpful. They always try their best to get us in as soon as possible, speak to the kids directly to include them in their care, always answer all questions and are always available for questions. We are treated well and always leave on a positive note.
