Excellent customer service! Me and my buddy went in to check on dry aged steak and the owner personally explained how dry aging works and how it is an acquired taste. He recommended for us to try it first from a restaurant then decide if we want to have one done. I've tried their regular steaks several times and boy are they special! That's why I keep on coming back. Sincere service and no rip off. Just high quality for everything.

Picked up a norbest Turkey ordered on line but ,my fault for not checking, it wasn't frozen as ordered it was a fresh 16lb.I called spoke to Bill who with no hesitation said " I can correct that for you no problem " ended up with a larger bird as a straight exchange. I wish all companies were as helpful and understanding as this one.Can not stress how good the meats and poultry are and that's why weve been coming here for years.

I love going in there. Bring a light jacket, because it's a meat locker show room. Bill A. is so helpful. I picked up the 5 lb Italian Roast Beef and Au Jus. Bill said to heat the Au Jus only, turn off heat and then add the meat, so that the meat stays tender. It was amazing. I've also ordered Porterhouse steaks. They were also amazing.

Wow I love this place. I have never been there myself. My husband always picks up our orders, and I sometimes get delivery. If you want the best quality in beef, pork, chicken, fish, etc., they have it all. The price is worth trying if you have not tried. I did not know it existed until a friend told me about it, and she lives west of Chicago, and I am less than 10 minutes a way. If you are having a party or just cooking a meal for your family, this is the place to stock up. It's worth every dollar!

Unfriendly service, wasn't greeted or welcomed. About 90% of the meat was wrapped and frozen. I was expecting to see fresh meat behind the counter to pick from. Not what I expected in a meat house and the prices were extremely high!

The owners son is the biggest A hole if ever seen . Unsanitary conditions. Will definitely report them to the health department.

Fantastic Market to buy your Meats. I have been able to find really good cuts of meat at this place. Clean and very knowledgeable not only on the cuts of meat but how to cook it. I think I was talking to the father ( he's an absolute Hidden Gem, very good conversation. ) I was able to gather some very helpful tips on grilling. A few of them I've heard before, so I know he knew what he was talking about. About 2 months ago, I was even able to find the hard to find chicken skins. Fry them up and you got a keto snack. Definitely seen other things I want to try. Absolutely worth the trip.

Get there real early before anyone even arrives if you're delivering in a semi truck, otherwise you're gonna have to back in off the street and be trying to avoid everything coming in.

My first time ordering online from Whittingham Meats left me impressed! The meat is truly sub-primal. This prime meat exceeded the expectations of both my wife and me. I will never go to a regular grocery store for meat again, unless Whittingham doesn't have what I need. I feel blessed and favored to have been able to afford their meat.

Fast delivery (I ordered yesterday around 2:30 PM, had our delivery today around 4PM) and great meat, yet again. Ordered our faves (2 packs of ribs - so 6 racks) and 10 pounds of wings and a flank steak, but this time we ordered Italian beef. I was hesitant because my husband doesn’t really like any Italian beef. I threw it in the crockpot to heat and he just had a sandwich. He likes it! Great place to get meat and seasoning. Perfect for parties and bbq's, but also great if just want to stock up your freezer for dinner. Excellent customer service, friendly environment. Just remember to bring a jacket or Hoodia because it's a meat FREEZER! It's 🥶, but I love it!!!!

This place has some of the best meats in the city. Their burgers are absolutely fantastic, and are certainly restaurant quality. They also have a good variety of meats. You can order online or shop in the store which is basically a big refrigerator. I highly recommend!
