Came here to get a hitch installed for a bike rack I bought. Came back to get one of the Yakima bike rack they have on display as the one I bought was PiTA. Great customer service. Very professional. Took the time to show us how to attach the rack and made sure we understood all the features. Highly recommended!

My car was rear-ended with my bike rack and hitch taking most of the impact. I had a bike trip planned in two weeks so I called Raleigh-Apex Hitch!! (They had installed the hitch and bike rack 6 years prior.) They inspected the hitch 10 minutes after I called and replaced both hitch and bike rack 4 days later! They even took and emailed photos for the insurance claim!! Bike trip saved! Awesome, professional folks!!

If you need a trailer hitch installed, Raleigh-Apex Hitch is the place to go! I really wasn’t sure where to go for a hitch, so I called my car dealer and was quoted a ridiculously high price. I called a local mechanic and asked him where he would go to have a trailer hitch put on…without any hesitation he told me to go to Raleigh-Apex Hitch. I called them, told them what I needed, was quoted a very fair price; and on the same day and less than an hour wait, I had a trailer hitch on my car!! Can’t say enough good things about this business…but I left feeling happy and satisfied with the experience.

I contacted these guys from a referral from a trailer dealer in garner that I purchased a trailer through. I had some wiring issues with my truck and when I called ,it was a Friday. They said it would be Tuesday before they could start, and I was surprised they could get me in that quick. I got a call a day early, they diagnosed and repaired my problem by 2 or 3. If you really do want the best service and knowledge around,you owe it to yourself to call them. Did I mention,the repair was under 100 dollars. Good service,good price. I can't say enough good things

Came in for a specialized job -- a trailer hitch for a Tesla. These guys were certified installers for the unusual frame-bolt-on hitch I needed. You know those businesses that focus on a narrow niche and deliver outstanding expertise and service? Well, this is one. Like a restaurant -- strong front of the house and strong back of the house. In the front, a couple of people who answer the phone and receive walk-ins, both currently women. They really knew their stuff, plus they were pleasant and efficient. I listened to one of them on the phone take some guy through 20 questions in about 45 sec. about pickup truck model, submodel, options, and extra add-ons, then told him exactly what he needed for hitch, riser, and electrical. The guys in the back took me back in the shop, while the car was on the lift, to show me exactly how the 2-part nature of my hitch worked. This is how AI will work when it's perfected (in 50 years or so). Wish more businesses worked this way.

I recently purchased an RV and needed to find a way to flat tow my 2021 Silverado 1500. I looked online, and found Raleigh-Apex Hitch with good reviews. I decided to give them a shot. I'm a very happy customer. The equipment used was all top notch, the battery disconnect was awesome (simple push button) from the cab! The demo given was excellent to show me how to hook everything up. The entire setup looks perfect, and my new truck still looks new! @Matt the manager is a professional and runs a tight ship.

We got an Ascent Blue Ox Tow bar system installed at Raleigh-Apex Hitch on our Jeep Grand Cherokee. When not in use, the hitch connections are not very obvious. They did a very good job with the installation. They gave very good instructions on how to use the system and it worked out well. Pricing is good, much better than some of their competitors. Their showroom and shop are very well kept. I recommend that anyone considering a hitch installation look at this firm.

They talked me through what I need without me feeling like they were trying to sell me on anything. Installation was fast and the hitch looks great on my car! Quick and painless process to get a hitch installed. All around a pleasure to work with.

So I needed baseplates and brake control system installed on my truck , so that I could pull it with my RV. I actually called almost a month ago and it took that long to fit me in... but let me tell you, it was worth it. The staff is very responsive, they actually remember who you are, and they are punctual. They have this process down to a science and the quality of their work is above anything I've seen in this part of the country as it relates to vehicle services. Now, these are not the cheapest guys out there, and the list of customers ahead of you is going to be long (because they are so good). But if you want peace of mind when you are pulling your vehicle down the highway? then go see these guys.

Two weeks ago I called and scheduled an appointment with Uhaul to get a hitch installed. Waited two weeks so they could get the part at the location. Arrived for my appointment today and left frustrated because the my ordered part could not be located and they were not prepared for my appointment. I called Raleigh Hitch immediately and was extremely happy to find that not only did they have my part in stock, they could install it as soon as I could arrive! The professionalism and customer service was exceptional and I'm now prepared to take our bikes to the beach for vacation soon!

Raleigh Apex hitch on Highway 55 has to be the most polite dependable and outstanding service for trailers and hitches that I've ever had the experience of experiencing. They installed the wiring and the hitch and the ball, to my 2012 Honda Fit. I had a little trouble with the plug and the magnet not staying on and it would rub off the plug in part on the ground. The connector would get messed up, so they replaced it with no problems. But then after it happened the second time, I had to come up with a more permanent solution. Which they mounted a permanent plug to tge underside of my bumper It's set back to where there's no way that I'm ever going to have to deal with that problem again. If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. I highly recommend you take all your trailer and hitch services and business needs to these people. They also deal with racks on top of vehicles which I'm looking into as well. They're family now. I'll not go anywhere else.

Great customer service and quick install. Up front with costs. Very competitive pricing. In fact they were cheaper then the quote I got from uhaul. Professional service. Answered all my questions and walked me through removing the bike hitch and its features. Very happy to have trusted them with my vehicle.

Needed a hitch for my bike rack but the service department at the dealership didn't offer this type of work. They recommended Raleigh-Apex Hitch and a couple of others (U-Haul, perhaps). I used the contact form to reach out to R/A Hitch and see if they could install one on my make/model. I received a quick response and estimate. Once I had an opportunity to make the appointment I contacted R/A Hitch to see if they needed to order the part, etc and let them know I was ready to have the work done whenever they were able to fit me in. The part arrived quickly and they were able to take me on the day/time I was available. It was all pretty effortless from start to finish. The work took less time than I expected and the quality was exceptional.

Had an aftermarket hitch installed and it was completed in an hour as promised. Quality of work looks good. I am happy with the installation. However I didn't check the cost of hitch online. It was cheaper for the same part number. Perhaps this route can be suggested to customers like me to save them few bucks. I would recommend this place.

Just had my hitch adjusted here wow what a great place. All started with the receptionist who took a glance at the hitch and said oh we can do that now for ya. Then a very pleasant man came up front took the hitch and 5 minutes later all finished. In all my years of pulling trailers and boats, I have never had such an amazing experience. They have it All and do it All. To me they are the outright source for any trailer hitches and or accessories. I will travel back here to have my hitches worked on everytime. I was so impressed with the outstanding job that Raleigh-Apex hitch did installing a hitch on my Toyota Sienna. They were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They also customized the height to our abnormally low trailer which worked out perfectly when we hooked it up and used it. They also completed the work on time just as promised.
