Kept the 26' Penske truck/moving van longer than anticipated, owing to extreme, unforeseen difficulties in moving entire household 210 miles. Received a call from a man who threatened to report the truck stolen if I didn't return it as initially scheduled. Personnel seemed overly anxious to secure and inspect truck as if it had been stolen, upon its return. Paid over $2,000.00 in fees, fuel, et cetera over 14 day useage. Shabby, rude reception! U-Haul, next time, NOT Penske!!!

Storage’R’Us is phenomenal! The ladies, Julie and Lisa are outstanding and so sweet! This is the best storage unit facility we have used and we couldn’t ask for better service!

Have not had an issue with this facility. They have always called ahead if something was going on with payments or if payments where waved for a promo. The girls in the office are fantastic to deal with and easy to work with if a situation arises! Will keep my business here for now and if needs arise in the future!

If you move out a week after paying you don't get your money back and they rent it out and make more money off a unit that is already payed for. I will not ever use them again because that is just not right. And I have storage units at a few places and they are better at handling quick move outs.

Always friendly, always helpful. Facilities are in excellent condition and very clean. Prices are very competitive and I appreciate a bargain. You can always get a person when you call, even if they’re closed. You can go online to view your account. The customer service though, that’s what has made me a return customer, they rock!

This was our storage place for a long time before we got our house. The service was great

So nice and friendly people, they are so convenient, clean ,and they have climate control storages ,sometimes I wonder if they put the temp above 45/50 its comfortable but not as cozy as I would like it for my paintings ,you still have to wear a jacket, I should've remembered what they said 🤷‍♀️🙆‍♀️my fault ,but I loved that they have it

Quick, easy and not overly expensive. Update: 12/25/21 Just lost a star. I'm mistakenly locked out of my unit. Good service is they have a live person answering phones after hours. Bad service is they tell me there is no reason for my unit to be locked, it's a mistake, but no one is going to do anything about it until Monday. So can't get the kitchen items I need or take pictures of the couches I'm trying to sell.
