would
leave
a
zero
star
review
if
I
could.
The
gate
staff
at
night
made
every
plane
wait
for
over
15
minutes
after
they
landed
to
just
pull
into
the
gate.
Then
the
gate
was
broken.
Instead
of
moving
us
to
an
open
gate
they
have
us
on
the
airplane
waiting
for
a
mechanic
to
arrive
and
then
fix
the
gate.
50
minutes
after
arrival
another
plane
pulled
into
the
open
gate,
they
made
that
plane
sit
on
the
tarmac
for
many
minutes
as
well.
Appleton
is
quickly
becoming
NOT
worth
it
to
fly
out
of.
Milwaukee
is
cheaper
and
at
this
point
Iād
be
home
by
now
as
we
landed
over
an
hour
ago
and
still
no
sign
of
getting
off
this
plane.
-Update.
It
took
2
hours
and
10
minutes
for
Appleton
Airport
grounds
crew
to
finally
concede
that
their
plans
A-C
would
not
work
and
allowed
the
plane
to
go
to
another
gate.
100%
unacceptable
and
I
hope
last
night
is
used
as
a
masterclass
of
2what
NOT
to
do.
