    Absolutely awful experience! They were sent out to fix our washing machine door which was cracked. The repairman fixed the latch on the door. When I explained he did not fix the door he replied with, at least your washing machine still works. A month later still waiting for this place to reply to our wrranty service so that the washing machine can be fixed. Would never recommend their services to anyone. If you try calling them they just hang up on you so good luck if you want to use their services.

    Absolutely do not use this company! I have a Maytag washer still under warranty so I am forced to use Diamond for repairs. I purchased my washer 2/2021 and since June 29th 2022 I have had 3 repairs to my washer all which have been serviced by Diamond due to the warranty. After the first repair, my washer worked for all of 2 days before it wouldn't run at all. They repaired my agitator June 29th and that has now stopped working again even though it was repaired 5 weeks ago. To top it off, I was told they would be out to repair it and they never got me on the schedule so now I wait again for the repairs to be done on something that should have been fixed already!!! Their repair personnel is a joke and unprofessional. When I asked after the first repair what was wrong with the washer, I was told "it was fixed, that was all I need to know." Save yourself the headache and stress I have had since June and do not buy a Maytag and DO NOT use Diamond for any repair.

    Maytag notified me of free "upgrade" to dishwasher heating element. (A little dubious, have never encountered free appliance upgrade before) Maytag arranged through "WFCC Diamond Factory Service" scheduled on a given day 8 to 4, not very precise. Tried calling maytag and diamond, neither maytag phone rep nor myself could get through to live person at diamond. Because of poor consideration towards customer, I am unlikely to consider Maytag/Whirlpool appliances in future.

    No one answers the multiple phone numbers they give you! I have tried calling those numbers 15 times now and all I get is a "canned" options menu that doesn't let you through to anyone anyway. I am trying my darndest to cancel an error appointment, but I guess they'll just have to come and leave!

    We had the pleasure of having Charles at our home to do a repair on our stove. He was kind, polite, clean and efficient. He knew exactly what our problem was and had it fixed in no time. He even worked with Whirlpool and helped us with the warranty issue we were having. He was able to get accomplished in 5 minutes what we spent over an hour on the phone with Whirlpool customer service trying to do. Highly recommend this repair company!

    I needed a warranty repair on my refrigerator. I scheduled through the manufacturers site and received prompt notice from Diamond (Charles) that they would handle the repair and would contact me prior to the appointment. Charles arrived within the promised time slot and quickly switched out the (Switch) part. Very nice guy and efficient company to work with.

    Charles, my service repair person, was on time and very polite and respectful during this COVID-19 environment, in taking a look at my refrigerator. He spent time to explain and educate me regarding refrigerator maintenance, and common issues that can sometimes be avoided through proper care of your appliances. He even commented on some other appliances I have, as to the proper maintenance and care. He seemed experienced and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.

    We received a service call visit from Charles yesterday. He was to troubleshoot an issue with our brand new dishwasher. I was at work, my husband Steve greeted Charles when he arrived. Charles quickly determined the cause and had it operating properly in a matter of minutes. Charles' troubleshooting ability was surpassed only by his quiet confidence and pleasant demeanor. If we have any appliance issues in the future, Charles would be the person I'd prefer to have sent to us again. Linda- Steve Bowman Waupaca, WI

    Charles came to our house to repair our Maytag washer. In a short period of time he had the repairs done, had us educated on how to best use our machine, and also gave us recommendations with reasons on soap usage. He was genuine, nice and helpful. Thank You Charles. (As a side note, unfortunately this was the 3rd repair visit for this problem by Diamond so we were without our washer for over 2 weeks. The first 2 visits for the repair were done by Dave, who had no interest in being here or really diagnosing the problem. Therefore, he guessed without diagnosing and he wasn't correct. A waste of time!)

    Freezer not cooling. The repair technician, Dave realized that I wanted to do the repair myself. Dave gave me a list of parts that could solve my problem. I was about to order the parts when he called me back with another solution before ordering parts. I did what he suggested and it solved my problem. Dave went above and beyond to help me solve my problem.
