Officer misled me with time of court. this is my first time getting a traffic ticket. mind I got disabilities and the officers writing was barely readable made me feel I obtained dyslexia trying to read the date and time for my court hearing. I tried calling and no one answers the phone and hang up, an hour before closing too, so how are we supposed to listen to instructions with no explanation on first time offenders.

Worst courthouse ever. Had an appointment on April 5th, got there and the cop told us to check the bulletin board. Our name was not on the board, so we had to call a number and got rescheduled for August 10. Our other option was just to pay the fine if we did not want to wait until then.

Corruption, this building will be under audit. All employees need to be evaluated, mentally and meeting job requirements. I've never had a problem resolving legal issues until recently. Crooked and corrupted individuals are being brought to my attention. I came to the courthouse to seek justice for my family and myself. Small claims was the last option I had in hopes of bringing justice to my family. The whole system is corrupted. From the public defender's, to prosecutions, and even commissioner and judges. If any of them are being paid off, there is active investigations for victims of the Corrupted court personnel. I will not tolerate people corrupting my system. They will be found. I'm expecting my lawsuit settlement check immediately. I will clear the benches and have faithful staff fulfill those job duties. If I need to refile, I will do so. That means another commissioner to investigate. Your games have ended. YOU DO NOT CORRUPT MY SYSTEM. If justice is to be served, justice will be served. Who else wants to be investigated? I would love to know whose in my house. I need Commissioner Lynette Gridiron Winston to be heavily investigated for her corruption actions. She's on record, and on film. If she has anything to do with my neighbor or even contacted them either telepathic or telephone, we will have those records. Next time someone tells you their family is being assaulted, you better take the time to listen to what they have to say. Lynette Gridiron Winston, you will never rule any other claim. Clear your belongings, I'm having you investigated for corrupting my house. I will expose you for the inappropriate demeanor you presented to me. Wrong guy to show your true colors to. I will investigate everything about you. Last time I say it, I want my money, NOW!!!!!!!

They almost got five stars. I was awarded a couple of free tickets from a cop that was impressed by my driving. He couldn’t believe I didn’t crash. So I went to the courthouse. The interior was very Brady Bunch, and even the robe the judge was wearing was straight out of the 17th century. Get with the times West Covina. It wasn’t too entertaining but the coffee was good. I would recommend it to others strictly based on the coffee, the courthouse is definitely better, cheaper and safer than Knots-berry Farm at night.

Jesse in small claims dept is the best and very nice and professional. I hope the court gives him a big raise because its hard to see a worker from the court being nice and Jesse is excellent . The girls in thete are not nice! Look for Jesse only. And Glen in the snack bar is the friendliest guy in the courthouse. Im gonna return just to buy a red bull from Glen even if im at 711 right now.

In eviction hearings, this court is very much in favor or the management companies. I and others with this type of case, had very strong evidence in our favor. The judge still ruled in favor of the manufactured home park, and it's management company.

This place actually improved during Covid. It's fast, easy and the judges are fair. If you need help or assistance the clerks are very helpful. To be honest it's better to just get the payment out of the way. My 1st 3 experiences have been good. But I'm trying not to return just because I'm not trying to go and keep.paying for citations lol

Hard to find the parking structure come early you have to pay for parking $1 for 1 hour 3 hours for $3 long walk from the structure to court going up stairs is required , so if your handicapped get dropped off. Long lines, if your late and their on time they will lock you out. Dept 1 is usually for traffic , today they were late left us standing out in the hall for over 20 mins. The officers working the building doesn't seem mean or anything kinda to themselves . The first judge I had seemed very nice I don't know how this next one will be ( it's over a no hands free) be sure to have your ticket number if you have any questions. Other than that I'm just fighting a ticket 😆 🤣 😂 so they get 3 stars

I believe the eviction court supports management companies like J & H Management because even with evidence of criminal activities and misleading filings by a management company and evidence of wrongful filing, even perjury by the onsite manager. No owner, or representative of J & H Management was ever there, to face us or show proof of 7 violations to allow an eviction (according to HCD), since there were programs to help with rent and we had applied, nor was our question of "ownership" of the park ever answered. The court didn't even rule on our COVID 19 hardship, I followed the rules for that. Other residents were evicted as well under these circumstances. This park filed with the courts claiming we lived in a RV type park using those codes, and said it was a "transient hotel" and that we could just drive our homes out, which is not true, I had a manufactured home and all other types were made perminate structures. The Judge didn't listen when we explained we had a buyer for our home but j & H would not deal with them. The judge gave us about thirty days to get out or sell, but somehow management was able to get a five day notice. The Sheriff's that showed up were extremely cruel and threatening. We were evicted from a home we owned and payed property taxes on, they called it "real property" during a pandemic and the moretorium was still in place.

Traffic Clerk Office: what since does it make as to why you open up y'alls doors at 0815AM, when the Facilities Entrance doors open at 0730AM? & the court proceedings start at 0830, that leaves a huge line to get to the Clerk Hopefully within that 15 min window.. . ❔️

I recently rented a unit and it was the easier than expected. I was greeted by polite and professional staff that showed me my unit which was better than I expected.

If you can park on the library as it's temporarily closed so there might be parking best time to go is the afternoon nobody's there it's pretty empty in and out right away if you're going to the traffic clerk

Near Colima Rd and Albatross Rd, that traffic sign is not appropriate at all, and the police are waiting there and lie in ambush to give people a ticket.
