From start to finish, Michelle, and the crew, really know how to keep the place in tip-top condition. Used unit(s) during move….and ongoing. Climate controlled environment is always at the right temp and dry. EZ Storage flexibility in needing temporary storage is outstanding!! We needed a second small until for a month..or two. No fuss….10 minutes later I’m moving stuff in. No issues when ready to turn it back in. Purely a great experience. P/s: Even the 2nd floor bathroom was VERY well maintained! Store your stuff here!!!

The storage facility was clean and well maintained. Carts were available to use to move belongings. We did not use the facility when we first booked it, and the management called to see if we were out so that we wouldn't be charged for the next month. We really appreciated that attention.

This storage facility is, by far, the best in the city. There are always employees on site during business hours and they keep the place clean. Michelle and Robin are AMAZING at their jobs. They are professional, personable, kind and reliable! They always go above and beyond for their customers. No other storage place compares. If you want GREAT service, safety and reliability, this is the only place in town. Don't make the mistake of going elsewhere.

We have been using the EZ Storage in Farmington hills for several years now. From Day 1 Michelle and Robin and all of the staff have been very accommodating and helpful every step of the way! We would like to personally thank them and recommend them to anyone who needs storage needs.

I would not recommend. My experience was horrible. When there were problems on their end, they only took five dollars off for the inconvenience. The five dollars was a waste of time. I cannot tell you I am so happy to have my belongings out of the storage unit. I’d rather have major surgery with out anesthesia then deal with this company.

They were ok. They like to raise the price on you when they realize that you are long term. The units aren't as secure as promised because when I came back home to check in my locks were tampered with one had something jammed in it because of a failure pick. I used high security locks from the government so they take a while can't just rake them. Had to cut it off to get in my locker to move out my stuff after that.

It was quick and easy to secure a storage when i was in an emergency.

I was very impressed and it took me no time to choose this place to store our belongings for a couple of months during remodel. Good customer service! I never had to store anything before. I was nervous, thinking it was dirty and raggedy. It's inside so there was no dust from outside. Really spacious and easily accessible.

Facility was easily accessible, conveniently located, well maintained. Staff were friendly & helpful. Nice assortment of unit sizes, reasonably priced, Enticing start-up special. Had a medium sized 4th floor unit-so, the lack of climate control was an issue seasonally, during extreme weather. Trips had to be fast, so meant multiple trips.

Wonderful experience with EZ Storage. The two ladies at the desk were helpful and clear when I had questions at the start. It was an easy process getting a storage unit, they even showed it to me to make sure the size would suit my needs. Easy to load and unload inside. I could see how it’s be more difficult if there were several people loading at the same time, but I never had any issues. When I was done storing, I closed it up and it was easy finishing up. Very clean facility.

Storage area roomy, nice, clean felt safe plenty of carts to help you.with your move only issue tight space getting in the building limits you to what size truck you can use and once you put your code in you have to race through the doors because they close quick. Other than the last two things I would give it a five star.

The entire rental process took less than 10 minutes. Michelle explained all the options, where our unit would be, how to get in and out, and what the procedures were for when we are done needing the storage. She made it easy.

It’s like a confusing maze in there. The set up is very odd. If multiple people need to unload their cars/trucks at the same time to get their things onto the elevator, there’s not a lot of a space so it can potentially get backed up quickly. Narrow hallways, no lights in the actual unit. It seems like whoever built the place put NO THOUGHT into it. And you can’t get in after a certain time. It may be okay for storing small things, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone other than that. Outside/Direct access storage units are much better.
