I own a Bosch dishwasher and it started to smell like something was burning when I use it so I called Sears Appliance Repair, who service Bosch dishwashers and has great reviews. Sears Appliance Repair comes and tells me that the control panel is defective and it is part of a recall. He tells me it is coved by Bosch and the service call made by Sears will be coved too but the repair needs to go through an authorized dealer. I contact customer service at Bosch to get reimbursed for the $96.12 service call by Sear and they say that is not something they do. This doesn't make sense. The only reason I called for service was the defective control panel, that had a recall (which I was never notified by Bosch). How can a company not reimburse me for a service all due to their own recall? It doesn't make sense. I contacted Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and am writing every poor review I can as a result of this poor experience. I will not by an over-prices/ poor quality Bosch product again especially with the a company with poor customer service.

Terrible. Don't buy anything Bosch. They don't stand behind their water heaters or dishwashers. The only appliance I never had trouble with was washer and dryer. Needless to say I'll NEVER buy another bosch appliance after talking to their support. Their tech support refused to help me with a water heater (that was working before issue and has only operated for about a year) that is installed to local code. Obviously they don't want to do their job and just help me find out why THEIR product stopped working! Needless to say I will be telling everyone I know of my experience!

Beautiful state of the art facility. Bosh cares abou their employees and encourages their participation and free expression of ideas. Makeing us the leading technology company in the World. Never say "because thats the way we have aleays done it.that way." It just doesn't work that way anymore.

They wont let you in unless you're vising someone, but their building is really nice and constantly being updated. Plus their cafeteria sells really good food.

Absolute junk. Never buy anything Bosch! They used to good years ago. Living off a dated reputation.

You deserve a bad review for that awful dishwasher commercial that makes me check my phone all the time. Pure evil.

They take care of their people. Lots of community service opportunities.

Bought the top of the line Bosch dishwasher in 2015 because I thought it would last. In 2021 it started leaking from the tub. Had a Bosch certified appliance repair company inspect and determine it was in fact leaking from the tub and was basically junk. Of course Bosch wouldn't do anything. Ended up buying an LG. Its actually better in every way. But I did find other uses for my expensive Bosch dishwasher. See pictures. I used it for a workbench, and also to store things on. I finally had to put it out for bulk pick up. Buy Bosch at your own risk.
