Horrible experience, the tech was great as a person however the door is trashed, doesn’t work like it used to. I had to help carry the door and remove doors as they only sent one tech to do a very large slider. there are gaps in the seal around the door and frame is all bent because tech used pliers to bend out the corners and now the door does not slide smooth and I had just had the rollers replaced two months ago now the door rides rougher than ever. I feel So bad for the tech as he didn’t really know what he was doing sent to do job by himself.

We contacted them to replace the rollers in our sliding door. The 2 stars is for the actual install of the rollers, which was great. However, they lost 3 stars because they tore the top corner of my sliding door putting it all back together after the roller installation (see attached pictures). The damage is so bad, I can see through the frame of the slider to the outside. Which means there is now a gaping hole in my sliding glass door frame. I have attempted to contact them but they use a call center service to manage their incoming calls so I have to wait for the middlemen to pass along my complaint (supposedly to management). I will update this post accordingly, if they provide a satisfactory solution.

Update: Had to update my review to one star because of issues brought to my attention less than one day after install that have yet to be resolved. Nobody from the company will return any calls. Please contact ASAP!

My repair guy did not come to play! He was knowledgeable, precise, and efficient. He had all materials and equipment needed for my door. A bit pricey but worth paying to not being aggravated. Note: I have the original customized door that was installed when the home was built.

Overpriced. I felt like I was being scammed. Everything was $250 the employee was not leaving my house until he received $250 He put a screw in my sliding glass door near the bottom outside the door. I feel this is a security breach. Picture provided His company told me he was going to return and correct the problem. He never called or made an appointment. It's not a secure door. For $250 and I supplied the new wheels. I don't recommend this company

$420 for 15 minutes…. Overpriced for the service offered, charged $77 per roller that they sell for $10.79 on Amazon. The guys were great and quick but $275 for labor which I negotiated down then after the job hitting me for the rollers at that price point I’d s but shady. They did the work so I paid it but be aware that they are extremely over priced.

I had an issue with my sliding doors & Was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. The technician did an excellent job, and provided fast professional service. I strongly recommend using sliding doors express.

I Recently had sliding doors express come out to give me a quote, their prices were better than the other quotes I've received , & i was able to get the job done right away since they came equipped with all the tools needed. Excellent & fast service , Highly recommend this company!

They replaced my sliding screen door which is great but they missed our first appointment and then left garbage all over my grass for my dogs to eat 👍

Would not recommend. My information including the actual quote for services was stolen from their system/emails. Ended up paying for services not rendered.

I was able to get a prompt appointment (next day). I was contacted and updated regularly. The technician arrived when he said. Everything was explained to me and he got to work. In short order I had a smooth sliding glass door and a replacement sliding screen door on order. I would use this vendor again. Follow up; one of the screws on the handle of the glass door came out. I couldn’t screw it back in, it was too short. I called and asked for a repair. I was told they only warranty rollers and tracks. I was offered a replacement handle for $145.00. I bought a screw 1/4” longer and fixed it. Thing is since the screw wasn’t engaging the handle the installer had to feel the screw wasn’t threading into the handle. Very disappointed.

Expertly installed new rollers in less than 10 minutes on one sliding door. A bit pricey but very professional from the time first contacted to finish of the work. Definitely recommend.

I made a call to the company on Saturday and got an appointment for an estimate on Sunday. Matt came out and saved the day. Matthew was very polite and knowledgeable about his work. He did not give me any expectations that I could have it done the same day. He gave me a fair price then said he would do what he could to see how he could help. I expressed to him how unsafe I felt with my home exposed with two glass sliding doors broken. Matthew made some calls, he did some digging, he found some help and by the end of Sunday I had my glass doors repaired. I felt like he really cared about my safety as I was surely concerned. I can't express how grateful to Matthew I was.

We have 45 year old sliding doors as house was built in 1975. Door sliders were so old they were grinding the track and the round wheel was completely flat on one side. They replaced the sliders and also added a silicone track on top of the old bad track now door glides with pushing one finger. I thought they were going to try and sell me new doors and tracks. Not the case. Very nice gentlemen whom I highly recommend.

The Technician that came was so efficient and experienced! He repaired both of our sliding doors very fast! They now work Like new! He went the extra mile and adjusted the locking mechanism so that they also now work. I was so impressed that I ordered screen door replacement units for both doors rather than me repairing the old ones. Thank you! Also I called and they were able to schedule me 3 hrs later on the same day!
