When thinking about putting on a ~1,000 square foot addition to our home, 3G was recommended to us as a crew we might want to check out. After its completion now, we couldn't be any happier with their work, their cost, and their professionalism. From the beginning, Brandon met with us several times during the planning stage, explaining to us ideas we could include and issues we may run into. He was very patient and very thorough in explaining every detail and he never sounded like he was talking down to us or that we were a bother to him. Every phone call or e-mail was answered or responded to extremely quickly. We ended up expanding our kitchen, adding two bedrooms, adding two bathrooms (and moving another), expanding two other bedrooms, and digging a new basement space...not exactly a weekend warrior project or as simple as adding a coat of paint. Brandon took care of and organized every aspect. While 3G provided their own subcontractors, we had the option to bring in our own or do our own work, saving us a bit of money. Brandon and his crew seamlessly worked with them and worked around a schedule that maybe wouldn't have been tolerated by other contractors. He also was careful in demolition to save our existing windows, doors, molding, etc. - as much as he could - to save us the expense of having to purchase new items if the old ones could be reused. As the project moved through its stages, Brandon was in constant contact with us to let us know what would be happening and when it would be occurring. On the odd occasion that something wasn't exactly perfect for us, Brandon put in extra effort (and usually his own cost) to fix it to make it right. One point, too, was that we were living in our house during the entire duration of the project. Before the crew left each day, they made sure to pick up and clean up so that we never had to deal with tools, debris, or equipment laying around. That effort went a long way to minimize our stress and keep our family life as normal as possible. The project turned out beautifully and we are almost embarrassed at all of the compliments we receive when hosting family and friends in our newly expanded home. In a time when there are several stories out there about sketchy contractors and faulty projects, these guys are as solid as they come. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We had a very specific vision for the transformation of our master bath. We were tired of the dated cabinets, tile (on the floor, in the free standing shower and surrounding our tub), counter top, plumbing and lighting fixtures and wallpaper. We wanted a major face-lift and upgrade to a very stylish and high quality finish. We tend to be very "detail oriented" (obsessive-compulsive). 3G's "bathroom crew" (Derrick and Josh) completely realized our vision. They worked diligently with us and maintained their professionalism and good humor throughout the process. Their craftsmanship, skill and experience were very apparent. They went the extra mile to coordinate with other tradesmen who installed quartz counter tops and the frameless glass shower surround. They always arrived as scheduled and early in the morning. Although the process took longer than we anticipated,we were glad to see that they did not "rush" and cut corners. The outcome made it all worthwhile. Oh, and they were extremely careful during the seemingly hundreds of times it was necessary for them to come in and out of the house and up and down the stairs (e.g. no marks on the front door or walls). They laid-out heavy canvass runners each day (from the front door to the upstairs work area) and cleaned-up before leaving each evening. The care they took was most appreciated.

Highly recommended! Right from the first call to the last Brandon answered any questions I had and I never felt rushed to get off the phone. He even took his time to offer some guidance on some work that I was doing on my own. After the planning phase, Rob, Derick, and Josh did an excellent job on my new attached garage with the master bedroom above. They showed up early every day, and cleaned up before they left each day. Whenever they werent sure about something, they took the time to check with me on what I really wanted instead of just trying to get the job done quickly. Their work was top quality. I am a very meticulous do-it-yourself person, and I pay special attention to every detail of my remodel work in the house. Given that, i can be very critical of other's work, but I couldnt find anything their crew did that wasnt up to my expectations. I'll be recommending these guys to anyone that needs work done at their house!

3G did a total remodel of our upstairs bathroom. Derek and Josh were very easy to work with and super attentive to detail. They cleaned up at the end of every day and especially well on weekends. They were polite and friendly. Well worth the cost. I would highly recommend 3G and use them again in the future.

We had 3G Construction renovate our main bathroom, master bath and master walk-in closet, which included an addition. We are very happy with all of the work. The guys were open to communicate about different ideas throughout the process, were always timely, dependable, considerate, good at cleaning up and very friendly. They are very prompt and reasonable. After they updated our porch, my wife and I noticed a small issue and they quickly came and fixed it. We are very happy with the work. Most importantly, the arrive when they say they will! I rarely ever hear of punctual contractors, but these guys are the real deal!

3G Construction of WNY did an amazing job on our house remodel. We purchased a fixer-upper and had all new windows put in, a new bathroom and a new kitchen. They were always punctual and had a very open line of communication which is so important when choosing a contractor. Brandon was always a call, text, or email away. Everything was cleaned up well at the end of the day. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality contractor.

3G Construction did an amazing job on our new poolhouse. Brandon Parks met with us on several occasions before building started, to get a clear idea of our vision. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of building and had high quality sub-contractors who bid the job fairly, showed up and did excellent work. I was kept up to date on what work would be done the following week, and work progressed nicely at a steady pace. This is an excellent company who understands that reliability and attention to detail make for an excellent relationship with the customer. I would highly recommend them and will plan to use them in the future tor any construction needs we have!

Brandon and his 3G crew, Doug, Jay and Frank, were amazing. While the work was going on, Brandon would text me every evening to let me know who was working and when they were coming the next day. Most of the work was done during the Covid-19 shut down so only one or two could work at a time. Even with those restrictions, the work was finished in a timely manner. Truly finished, nothing left to do. The jobs came in very close to the original estimates and the work was exemplary. Each day, they cleaned up before they left and everyone was polite and courteous.

This is the second time 3 G Construction has done work at my house. They have just finished remodeling my kitchen and main bath. The project started as a kitchen only but progressed to include our main bath due to a rotted floor, new electrical panel, can lighting in multiple rooms, a new front door, insulation, and many other projects. No matter what I threw at these guys they handled. I also chose some very challenging tile but knew that they would able to handle the job. My new bathroom looks amazing. They are all very courteous and respectful. At the end of every day they cleaned up knowing we still had to live in the house. Every time I walk into my kitchen I am amazed. I already have a list of things I want them to come back and do. They are scheduled to insulate and drywall my garage. They always asked what and how I wanted things and took the time to explain to me what they were doing and what options I had instead of just doing it. They were concerned about my satisfaction. I really do love these guys and their work and I will miss them.

Brandon and Derek and the crew did a great job on our home renovation, adding a ground floor art studio for my wife, and a master bedroom suite on the second floor above the garage. 3G recently replaced our garage header. Right from the start I knew I was in good hands. Not only did they do a great job, they are very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and always had great communication throughout the entire process. Will deff be using 3G again in the future!

We had 2 porch columns and trim done and are extremely happy with the outcome. Josh and Jason are awesome. Their attention to detail and working knowledge is very evident. We were able to collaborate with them about trim size and other issues and they seemed to welcome our input and did not make us feel like we were an imposition. Prior to beginning certain stages of work, Josh would bring to our attention some imperfections with our poured concrete porch that may impact certain appearances or reveals. He was up front and very honest and we appreciated knowing this information beforehand, rather than after the work was done. Their pricing was fair and reasonsble. We did get other estimates and theirs was right in the middle of the other two. We would definitely call on them again because they were easy to work with, pricing was reasonable and they take pride in their work. Before leaving the job site, they asked us if there was anything we needed them to do or amend before they left. They provided great customer service and ensured customer satisfaction.
