My mother recently passed and my parents had bought their plots here years ago. My grandparents also rest here. Jack and Chris spent over three hours with my brother and I going over every detail of my moms service to make sure it was perfect. They answered every message s we left immediately and we left several. Jack was there the day of her service and both were there when she entered into the ground the next day. They are with you every step of the way. We are most grateful for their recommendation for our celebrant Caleb Klein that performed her service. He spent almost two hours asking us questions about her life and questions I would never thought to have asked. The service was amazing. Not one person that came could believe he has never met my mother. He had memorized a lot of her life and he described her perfectly. My mother loved to travel. At the end of the service he had luggage tags made with my mothers picture on them that everyone received so when we travel we can attach her luggage tag and she will continue to travel with her family and friends. There wasn’t a dry eye in the place. What a amazing gesture that we will forever be grateful for. He even attached one to her casket which was perfect. Everyone that attended went on and on that was the most heart felt enjoyable service they had ever attended. They also had a slide show of pictures of her life showing on the screens that I would highly recommend Thank you for making a difficult time in our family’s life easier and making sure every thing was just as she would have wanted it

Where do I start.... The staff at Green Acres are amazing. Every little detail was absolutely perfect. They made a very hard time in our family’s life seem effortless. The grounds are beautiful. We have a few family members buried there. My mom for one, my uncle, an aunt, a cousin and my grandmother, now my grandfather. I want to thank everyone at Green Acres.

The staff was amazing. They were so thoughtful and caring. Although it was a difficult and saddening occasion, they made it easy for me. I didn't know how or what to do, but they guided me every step of the way. Even now that my sister is at rest, they followed up with me too see if I needed anything. Thank you Kevin, Matt, and staff for you kind words and thoughtfulness. I truly appreciate it.

I can't begin to express how wonderful Kevin Veal and the entire staff at Green Acres were to me and my family and what an incredible job they did. I was brought to tears when I saw the room for my late mom's celebration of life. Kevin and his staff outdid themselves. The display to honor my mother's life was gorgeous. She would have loved it and the great send off we gave her. Kevin also handled all the arrangements for my mom's trip home to her final resting place in Conn. Both of my grandparents had their services here and are buried here. Very beautiful service and the cemetery is always well kept. The main reason for this review was to thank Kevin on how great he was with my family. My grandfather passed recently and Kevin was so amazing from start to finish. He went above and beyond to assure my grandfather got his military send and for that we are forever thankful. Keep up the good work Kevin!

I like to thank Jack Seyler for his patience and professionalism at a very emotional time for myself and family. He patiently went over every detail that was already pre-planned to ensure we were not surprised with care and plans for our beloved Mother. The reception area was elegant and catering was delicious. I would like to also thank Kevin ensuring that service moved on as planned. The video and music was awesome. I would recommend Green Arces to anyone that is looking for a beautiful place for a family member to be laid to rest. They have a caring staff and do have many services to chose from.

Well I am not a person that Blindly gives a good review to accompany and I have to say Jessica really went above and beyond for me when she didn’t have to . I owe her big time. As far as the person that prepared my Mother I don’t have her or his name but they did such a good job and I’m very blessed to have that final image in my head of my mother. I was young but it was the same for my Father back in 1994 . Anyways they did a wonderful job so much so I am crying in joy as I write this. Thank you Green Acres.

I can not say enough good things about Green Acres. Their phone staff is extremely kind and helpful. Jack and Michael were wonderful. They have different personalities, and they compliment each other very well. Jack is very comforting and reassuring, and Michael, at a time when it seems your world is crashing in, brings a sense of hope and lightness to the process. i am very happy to have been helped by their team.

Jack, Matt, and Kevin helped my family when my Aunt and Uncle passed away within 4 days of each other. I can not say enough about how fabulous all three were. They went above and beyond to serve my family. Caleb did the service and did a great job. The cemetery look great. The grounds crew, cleaned and repaired my cousin headstone, who had passed away 40 years ago. Everyone at Green Acres was so helpful and kind.

What a great, helpful staff at Green Acres. They took time to walk us through all the steps at this difficult time. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Very peaceful.

Have been working with Green Acres for some time; my parents are interred there. I knew what I wanted, all pricing is available. We discussed my questions and closed the deal within an hour.

Although our loved one had made most arrangements prior to his passing, the staff at Green Acres was very helpful with the remaining details. They were always available to answer our calls or see us in person. The new hospitality room and catering worked out really well and made it very easy to plan a reception. Their celebrant, Ronda, was incredible. She met with us personally and called other family members to get background information. The service she officiated was the perfect mix of memories and Christian messages. After the services, the staff contacted us multiple times to ensure we were satisfied and to offer condolences.

The people were very nice. They have to be. Everything went fine with plans and preparations. Except that they have two "sides" to their operation. The mortuary side, and the planning side. This is extremely inefficient. We would have questions for one person, and they would tell us "I can't answer that, you have to speak to someone else on that side". And then we speak to someone else, and come up with a different question..."I can't answer that, you have to speak to the first person". I was somewhat less stressed because her demise was not unexpected. I can see a stressed family being batted around like a tennis ball getting very distraught. It's not the fault of the people there, just how they organize their system. At the very least they should have BOTH people in the meeting to answer ALL questions. Or have one person who can answer everything (which would be simpler). We had to have two separate meetings about a week apart. The actual placement was quiet and dignified. It was very hot, and they provided water (cold) without being asked to do so. Which was a small thing, but very nice.

After losing my husband suddenly, I had to handle so many arrangements. I contacted Green Acres and they guided us through making these hard and unexpected decisions. We were met with compassionate staff from the very beginning and they maintained contact throughout all the planning. The celebration of life was absolutely amazing and so much care and attention to detail went into the displays. It was such a beautiful send-off for my sweet Ryan.

Jack Seyler was great to work with. He put us all at ease and explained everything. At the service I was overwhelmed and with him being there taking care of everything was very much needed and he made my family, friends and me at ease. Everything was beautiful and better than what I expected. I was very pleased with the spiritual service that was conducted.

They have gone above and beyond helping with all services for my mom and dad. When you are grieving it’s difficult to get things done on your own and this is where the staff at Green Acres excels. The process went smoothly. They have genuine empathy for you and your family and listen to the details you want for your loved ones.

The entire staff was very professional, flexible and patient during an emotional time. However when I think of exceptional service, General Manager /Amie Gazda sets the standard!! She responded quickly through email with photos, contracts, details, suggestions and support. Easily reached through phone as well, Amie was personable and efficient so that I always had supreme confidence that whatever I asked would be done! I cannot recommend her highly enough, Super Star!!!

After searching for several years for a loved one, On December 10, 2022, I called Green Acres Mortuary and Cemetery. I spoke to an employee of the cemetery by the name of Todd Dobbs. He was amazing as I expressed my need to find the mother of my son--in-law, Clark Swanson, who had been adopted out. Todd found the information concerning Clark's mother who was in fact there. I have been here many times and it is amazing how many people are dying to get in here. I mean the is usually a line to get in or out. Sometimes they even have to stop traffic to get the people in and out. I am pretty sure it is because they have acres of green green grass. Makes for a beautiful view of the sunsets around here.

From the time my parents transferred their pre-arranged services from Florida to Arizona when they moved here 3 years ago and then to my father's funeral a few days ago, all along the way the staff have all been very accomodating. Losing a loved one is such a difficult time so it is vital that the staff be as sensitive, patient, gentle and understanding as possible. Everyone at Green Acres hit the mark and the service itself went off very smoothly. The extra touches to the overall experience really took the pressure off of having to think of every detail. Prepaid arrangements made 15 years ago. They walked thru all items per the contract with no upcharges. Only surprise was additional charge for funeral service on weekends. Very compassionate care at a time when it was needed.

Don't know why this is in Dustin's name but this is Shaaron Goswick. Everything went great even though we had to follow Covid19 restrictions. It worked out fine with 15 people. You all did a great job and made everything super easy for me. From handling the obituary in the newspaper to getting the flowers and setting up the service to printing the memory folders and album.....it was all perfect. Green Acres provided top notch services. Keith and his team catered to our every needs even though we changed our plan at the last minute. The chapel’s decoration was beautiful and carefully layout to accommodate during this pandemic. My Dad was very happy and touched with the presentation of our Mom’s urn when we came pickup... extremely respectful. Again, nothing but praises to Keith and his whole team for providing a long lasting memory for my family. Thanks so much.

Everyone we worked with was very warm and attentive to all our needs. My mother asked for a Celebrant for her service and Kevin Veal suggested Rhonda Berkey. She exceeded all our expectations and all our family and friends were very pleased with her. I know I am very happy she spoke for our mother. Thank you Green Acres staff for making this very emotional and stressful time much easier for all of us. The ceremony for my mother was very beautiful and comforting and was what my mom wanted.

I give Green Acres Mortuary and Cemetery beyond excellent rating. From the call to set up arrangement meeting, day of meeting to the day of service, I was way more than satisfied in everything. The staff - Kevin, Cassie, Debbie, Caleb and others are all very nice, helpful, compassionate, accommodating, attentive, and understanding. Debbie is super nice. She made sure that we picked the right urn that will fit our existing space and she gave us lots of options/alternate. She’s very caring. Special mention to Cassie as she was the one I’ve dealt more. She is the sweetest person ever. She made it lighter for me and my sister to go through the process. She helped lessen our burden and understood our situation. She is so kind and super fast in responding to my questions, requests and everything else I ask. The room was very nice, clean and set up was just perfect. Caleb and Cassie and other staff that I don’t know the names were very attentive and available when needed. I couldn’t be more satisfied with this experience with Green Acres.

The occasion was sad, but the funeral home and representatives were absolutely wonderful. Thank you all for your kindness and comfort. The staff came through and supported our family and meet our needs for a funeral service and burial. The only downside was our funeral director assigned took two days off prior to the funeral even though she said she was there every day. Felt like there was a little bit of scrambling.

I was paying my respects to several Family members this afternoon around 3pm mst.To were I called out to a few office personnel from the cemetery to inquire bout the hours of operation inside the mosalium during Christmas eve and Christmas day. They didn't have a clue. Also looked at me like you're here, why ask. Plus insinuating me being a simpleton. My $$$ is no different color than anyone else. One should not be stereotyping anyone unless you know who you're talking to. A person like this should NOT be representing your grounds. He needs to look up the definition of respect and stereotyping and Maybe he'll get some respect..

I really appreciate everything Green Acres and Dignity Done for our Family over the last seven years passing of our mother and father. They were compassionate, professional and customer service oriented which made the experience fantastic.

This facility does a nice job with their services. The memorial hall is quite imposing. I would suggest that they clean up the area outside the crematorium.

Very pleased with meeting, the only thing I'm not pleased with is the email I received with the documents that were filled out. I can view the documents, but I cannot print them out because they are password protected.
