I have been on my anxiety meds now for 21 years and I am Just now having a HUGE ISSUE WITH THEAE PEOPLE CUZ NO OM CAN ANSWER THE PHONE TO GET YOUR MEDS CALLED IN AND THEY ALL TRANSFER U HERE AND THERE AND STILL HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE! Just want to get my meds from my doctor like I was before! 😡😡😡😡😡😩

This agency saves lives!

THE COUNSELOR HERSELF FOR THESE MEETINGS HAS BEEN LATE BEFORE AND SHE EVEN CUT SHORT OUR MEETING BY 15 MINUTES! THIS PROGRAM WAS SUPPOSED TO HELP KICK ALCOHOL, ALL THEY DID WAS TALK! NO TREATMENT NO ADVICE NO COPING MECHANISMS GIVEN...NOTHING! I HAD TO WAIT A M O N T H FOR THE FIRST INTAKE APPT, SO THIS WAS A GOOD 30 DAYS ADDED TO THE TIME I WAS WAITING TO GO BACK TO WORK! I CALLED UP ONCE AND ASKED FOR MY COUNSELORS VOICEMAIL AND HE SAID THAT THIS PERSON WAS NOT THERE NOR HAS EVER BEEN! YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING AND THE MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE THAT COME HERE ARE HOMELESS AND/OR NOT WORKING! THE TREATMENT I WAS THERE FOR WAS REQUIRED BY MY EMPLOYER, I WAS LATE BY 5 MINUTES ONCE AND THEY COULD HAVE BROUGHT ME DOWN TO THE SESSION, BUT THEY JUST DIDNT WANT TO BOTHER, SO THEY DENIED ME TREATMENT. I CALLED MY CONSELOR ABOUT IT AND HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK! MY COUNSELOR ALSO CLAIMED HE COULDNT WRITE A FOLLOW UP LETTER TO MY EMPLOYER, BUT HE ENDED UP WRITING ONE THE NEXT DAY AND BASICALLY SABBOTAGED MY JOB! THIS IS A PLACE THAT D E N I ED ME TREATMENT TO GET MY JOB BACK AND ONCE I GOT IT BACK, HE SCREWED ME OVER. THAT WAS UNNECESSARY, UNETHICAL AND UNJUST ESPECIALLY COMING FROM SUPPOSED PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE SUCH AS COUNSELORS! THANKS A LOT FOR SABBOTAGING MY JOB!

I was pleased to consult at Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center, both the nurse and the doctor who treated us were very kind.

Not very clean... doctors don’t wear gloves.... no one cleans rooms... bathrooms are a wreck....and receptionist are forgetful to remind docs of appointments...

This place was easy-to-find and had plenty of parking. Check-in was handled quickly by friendly staff. We waited only a few minutes before medical staff took vitals and gathered appropriate information. Shortly thereafter my husband was seen by Dr. Zhao. The doctor spent more than an hour with my husband. He was very thorough in everything he did. He made sure to ask if we had any questions… and answered all questions.

Appointment always take forever. Your waiting at least 1 hr to get in a room and then another 40 minutes for the doctor to see you .It is never a in and out appointment. They always are running behind or double booked they say. I feel like they think nobody time has value.

This place is ran like a zoo. Nobody knows nothing. And forget about talking to somebody on the phone. If your health is in jeopardy Don't rely on them to help you.

My EX husband takes my 8 year old to consoling and she is seeing Elizabeth shaperd since October 2018. All she dose is speaks with my daughter’s father and don’t let the kid talk. And come to find out is that is has lied in a report and said that she was seeing my daughter since April and write all lies in her report. Also I have asked her so many times not to schedule my daughter during school time and she promised me every single time that she will schedule my daughter after school yet she keeps putting her on the schedule during school time and let the girl miss her class every week. I have told her that I don’t want her to put my daughter on her schedule anymore and yet she keeps calling my ex husband and schedule my daughter during school time so she can collect insurance money.

As a homeless young female in Nashua I've called this number many times for help and they never want to help I feel like this is a false advertisement to the national community that they're going to help you with either your mental health or your physical health and it's a shame.

I just have to say, Lynn is the greatest!!! She listens and really cares. She also does what she says she will do. If she needed to research anything, she will and tell me about it at our next visit. I hope she never leaves.

Harbor homes changed my life for the better. So glad I switched and I absolutely love Dr Zhao. He talks to me not at me. He listens, takes action and helps the situation at hand. He's an amazing doctor and I am blessed to have him for my doctor. Thank you harbor homes for making me feel comfortable, taking care of and showing me you truly care...

This place was exactly what I needed. I had a very hard time finding services, but they helped me. I found the staff to be helpful and genuine.

I have been going there for a few yrs now and I have had no problems with any staff members Yara Henniger (sp?)....I absolutely love her! She ALWAYS listens to me and understands everything I say to her. She's one to listen to me if a medication is working or it's not and if it doesnt then she will give me the choice of wanting to try something else or not. She gives suggestions and not just try to shove medications down my throat (so to speak) She's absolutely GREAT at her job amd EXTREMELY knowledgeable and most importantly....SHE CARES!!!!! She's a GREAT asset to Harbor Homes and I hope she never leaves there. One thing I am having a hard time with is the fact that after my therapist Cheryl Carrol had left Harbor Homes....I've now been getting student therapists and not a permanent one so I would have to explain everything to a mew counselor. Other than that...I really love being there.

Honestly, you hear many negative opinions of this place. Why? I don't have the slightest clue 🤔 So, people complain that they have to wait FOREVER to be seen...I've experienced that once in my 2 years of being a regular patient. I completed an I.O.P program, I see my case worker, regularly. I check in for my M.A.T appts once a month and have gained the respect of the staff. The staff are fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable and judgement free. I always tell the staff, Harbor Homes is my second home. I've been given many chances at life (I lost count) Harbor Homes has given me ways to live a happy, healthy, sober lifestyle. They supported me when I was homeless and an active user. They never gave up hope on me. Harbor Homes is Hope. Harbor Homes is the definition of Hope ❤️🙏

Seriously the worst when it comes to meds. I gone through FOUR withdrawals with this place because they can’t figure out how to refill prescriptions but unfortunately trying to get into another place is ridiculous. It seriously so irresponsible of them to let this happen but it just seems like no one knows how to fill prescriptions or keep staff there. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Someone is going to hurt themselves on their watch. Absolutely horrible. If I could give zero stars I would.

Thanks to everyone who works there because I can say that I feel like all my health problems are being diagnosed and taken care of well, and the atmosphere there is comfortable like I have known them a long time. Everbody go there for your all around well being to help keep this place running.

Everyone from the first time I called until my appointment was very professional, efficient and caring. Richard Punnell, PA-C really listend to me with openness. (Not always the case when it comes to psychiatrists.) I greatly appreciate his kindness and professionalism and for trusting that a woman who is 60 knows something about her health.

The people who work there are very nice, but the time you have to wait is unbelievable. I ran out of my heart medication 2 days ago and have called them 6 times just to be sent to a voicemail over and over. I have also been waiting over a month for a referral. This is outrageous!!!

My dr is the absolute best! She really cares about my overall health. She makes me feel at home when I go to my appointments! She never judges. She has a lot of compassion. An she listens to me

Always greeted professionally. I never wait more than 5 minutes if that. The Nurse is wonderful and Dr.Zhao is on top of his game. I highly recommend him and the entire team. I have total faith in Harbor Care.

I love harbor homes. I have gotten so comfortable going there for the past few years. They saved my life and helped me get my life together and I am 3 years clean from drugs/alcohol because of them. I would follow Dr. Silvia wherever she went. She is compassionate, calming, always takes time the to talk with me and I never feel rushed. Everyone would be lucky to have a PCP like her.

I'm giving it a 3 only because of the pharmacy. They never answer the phone or return messages. When there is a problem with a they won't reach out to you and let you know. They wait for you to show up. Sense they don't answer the phone, we have to show up. They also seem to pick and choose when to fill the script. Often times they have told me that it wasn't ready because they were going to fill it tomorrow. With the type of med I'm on, I have my appointment the day I'm out. My doctor gave me an appointment 1 day before to avoid the issue, yet the run around is still a problem. It's only been an issue sense the new pharmacist has been there. It wasn't this bad before. All the doctors and nurses there make me feel so comfortable and do their best to push the pharmacist for their patients. Silvia and Kendra are my favorite.

Very friendly staff. High quality of care. Dr Calabro takes her time to explain things, and is very cheerful and friendly. It was not very straightforward to schedule an appointment as a new patient, and I got transferred to voicemail a couple times on the phone when I needed to talk to a nurse about paperwork. But once I got there it was a good visit with exceptional staff & providers.

Great people but they often have issues with rescheduling people's appts without asking them.

My teleconference was the same as a regular visit. She asked how my well being was and about covid symptoms. She also asked all the same questions that she usually does during a reg person to person visit. There was no change in our visit conversations. I found it easier than waiting and walking in to the clinic and didn’t mind the call at all. I was looking forward to it just as I would if I walked in. Thanks YARA.
