Dealing
with
this
clinic
has
been
horrific!
I
came
to
the
clinic
a
year
ago
,
with
chronic
back
pain,
among
other
things.
The
clinic
referred
me
to
a
spine
surgeon,
who
after
1minute
of
looking
at
my
questionnaire,
said
that
I
needed
to
see
a
rheumatologist.
Instead,
Sabin
referred
me
to
a
physical
therapist.
When
my
back
got
so
bad,
that
I
finally
pinched
a
nerve
and
was
bed
ridden,
the
Saban
Clinic
wouldn’t
speak
to
me
about
immediate
treatment.
I
asked
for
a
Doctor
to
call
in
a
prescription
for
prednisone,
but
that
phone
call,
wouldn’t
be
available
for
several
months.
My
immobilized
status,
meant
nothing.
Instead,
I
was
told
to
go
into
costly
emergency
care.
My
Cardiologist
was
also
perplexed
as
to
why
the
Saban
Clinic
would
require
two
weeks
to
transfer
my
records
to
his
office.
I
almost
had
to
miss
an
appointment
with
another
specialist,
because
they
never
explained
their
policy,
of
withholding
medical
records
for
two
weeks.
You
can
never
call
Saban,
without
having
to
1st
schedule
a
call
back,
forcing
you
to
wait
by
the
phone,
for
up
to
the
following
day.
I
once
made
an
appointment
to
discuss
a
test
result
,
but
the
Doctor
said
he
didn’t
have
time
to
get
the
results,
that
were
faxed
to
him
that
day.
He
instead
left
the
room
and
had
his
assistant
tell
me
,
that
we
could
have
that
conversation
in
three
months,
if
I
wanted
to
make
another
appointment.
The
assistant
showed
me
to
the
door
and
very
passive
aggressively,
told
me
to
have
a
nice
day.
It
was
so
weird!
The
Doctor
seemed
fine
and
we
seemed
to
have
a
good
rapport.
I
guess
he
was
just
overwhelmed?
That
sums
up
most,
but
not
all,
of
the
substandard
behavior,
I
received
from
Saban’
Doctors
and
staff.
I
found
it
to
be
very
depressing.
After
one
year,
I
find
myself
far
more
unhealthy
and
distrustful
of
the
health
care
system.
Hopefully,
I’ll
have
a
better
experience
with
my
new
primary
care
doctor.
