I won’t lie I was very nervous about the idea of trying to find an engagement ring because of the stress that comes along with it but as soon as I got connected with Gianna over the phone I was immediately at ease and could not be more satisfied how she took complete care of me. I came into Happy Jewelers with some lower end watches that needed service and appraisal. I was apprehensive because this shop is known for having some the highest end and exclusive watches that exist. The sales lady who helped me was very nice and willing to help me. I had a vintage ladies Seiko diving watch I needed the bands removed and a battery installed. My watch was taken back to be serviced on the spot. While waiting Gabe, one of the owners, took the time to introduce himself and say Hi, which I appreciated. Happy Jewelers put a new battery in my watch, but it was not working properly and needed to be serviced. It was explained to me how much the watch was worth and how much the service would cost. The sales lady was very nice and not pushy at all. She said go ahead and think about and come back if I want them to service it. I offered to pay for the battery and strap removal and she politely declined. My experience was excellent. The name "Happy Jewelers" is very appropriate 🙂

We came in without a specific design in mind and even though they were packed with customers, Hayley dedicated her time and attention to making sure we got exactly what we wanted. They were accurate to their quoted manufacturing time and their pricing is phenomenal given the high quality and craftsmanship. We’ve gone back a couple times since and every time we are treated with consistently outstanding service. Danny also deserves a special shoutout for his attention and help in guiding us through the process. Don’t be overwhelmed by the crowds, they are in the process of getting their own store nearby and truly, they are worth the wait (I’ve been there when I haven’t had to wait at all- depends on their high traffic times).

They are less salesmen / salespeople and more jewelry artisans that truly care more for their customers investments than just making a buck. Everything went perfectly. Super accommodating, great selection, and I got an amazing deal. Molly helped me find the perfect diamond and ring. She completely hooked me up and I couldn't be more satisfied.

I came in to get an opal switched out for an Oregon sunstone (which I already had). They quickly assisted me. They told me that they might be able to fit the stone into the ring without replacing the prongs which I was concerned about. 20 minutes later, the stones were replaces and the prongs still the original. The ring is gorgeous, I am so glad I did it!

I like Happy Jewelers Service. One of the most important parts of their business is to treat a customer with dignity and respect. It doesn’t matter if you are purchasing a small or expensive product. Everyone in the store is extremely helpful. I purchased my wife’s ring about two years ago. We usually visit the store every six months or so for deep cleaning. One of the things I like about Happy Jewelers is there is no maintenance/service plan you have to purchase. You can bring your ring anytime to get it serviced, but this time I went in to get my ring service for a small missing diamond and deep cleaning. I was beyond satisfied with their service. I will be their life long customer.

Happy jewelers was a beautiful experience. Danya helped us through selecting a beautiful setting for my wife’s wedding ring. The quality of the Diamonds and their prices were excellent!! Despite the place being busy, all the staff were very courteous while we waited. We came home very happy and highly recommend them.

I just received my Panerai 00112 from Happy Jewelers. This is the first time I bought an expensive watch online from out of state so I was a bit nervous. The watch arrived today and it was no disappointment. Brad (their watch man) more than exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be giving them my business again in the future. Bethany, the girl I had been working with for about 3 months was amazing. She was patient, understanding, great with detail and very well informed on all things diamonds. Being from Florida and obviously not able to see the stone in person I was a bit hesitant but she sent lots of pictures with many combinations to look at. After a lot of phone calls, The engagement ring turned out just beautiful, I would recommend anyone to use Happy Jeweler they were great.

Definitely one of the few places that continue to provide excellent customer service. I visited the store in January of this year for the first time and from the moment I arrived I was greeted by Josh as if I were a special and long-time customer. He was patient with me and at no time did I feel pressured to buy anything. My experience was so good that till today I have made three transactions with them. My last experience just a couple of weeks ago was the most significant because they fulfilled one of my wishes by getting me the exact watch I was looking for since January.
