Driver had trouble finding us at the airport. We were waiting where he told us to. Never had that problem with a car service before. At hotel driver drove off before we'd even finished unloading! The hotel staff managed to grab him at the curb and get our crib, but we still lost our diaper bag and had to rebuy everything we'd brought for the baby. We know he was hurrying to get to another client before even finishing with us...during the car ride he took a call from the client and lied about where he was. He had no idea my husband and I are both fluent in Spanish. The biggest kick was we were charged $10 extra for a car seat....there was no car seat and baby rode on our lap the whole drive. The $10 has yet to be refunded. Incredibley unprofessional. I am not recommending to any friends or family who go. Use a taxi. We had better experiences with them.

The receptionist was rude and interrupted me several times throughout the telephone call. After we were done, I advised I wanted to send an email confirming the flight information coming to Puerto Rico and returning back to the mainland. She refused to accept the email. I work with over three people who travel to Puerto Rico day in and day out. I guess our company will not be using their services. This was an awful experience. She needs to be properly trained. She has no customer service skills at all.

Perfect, seamless, affordable. Arranged for a driver to take my two daughters across the island to San Juan. The reservation process was efficient, the driver, Jorge, was precisely on time, and very courteous. At one point he had to take an alternate route due to traffic and explained ahead of time to my daughters so they would feel at ease. Very thoughtful. I would not hesitate to use them again, or to recommend to a friend.

Five Star Service!! I hired this team to handle my transportation in San Juan, and from San Juan to Dorado Beach on a return trip. The dealt with my numerous changes with grace and ease, and even upgrade my vehicle on the last day without noticing. My driver, Jose was the perfect introduction to our trip and luckily he was our driver the entire time. He was such an amazing soul, and driver. I would never pay for an Uber as long as this company is in business. I’ll be back! Thank you all especially the ladies on the phones.

Used them twice so far. From the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise ship. Both were exceptional, in both the equipment and the personnel. We had 5 people to the port and the van had more than enough room. The price was not much more than a taxi. Looking forward to using them again tomorrow from the ship to the airport.

We scheduled a taxi to take a group of 7 of us from Ocean Park to the airport at 2:30am, and our driver arrived exactly on time and was friendly, helpful, professional, and patient. The online booking process was very user-friendly as well! We truly could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you very much!

During hurricane Maria this company went above & beyond. Carlos went to pick up my mother from her town in the middle of the night, thru the blackout without a gps, even getting lost for an hour. My mother had no idea who he was, yet he kindly told her to go pack her bag & come to the airport with him. As she cried filled with confusion & relief, he reassured her(with code words & info only I would know)..and got her safely & quickly to her flight during a time of crisis. Carlos and his team were very patient, professional and a Godsend. Throughout the aftermath of a hurricane Puerto Rico green transportation was a lifesaver and I thank GOD for sending me Carlos & his fleet.

Our group rode with Pierre and Harold, and not only were both wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual, but Pierre went out of his way for my friend who lost an important item on the van, and personally brought it to our hotel. I selected this car service for my mom to go from the airport all the way to the other side of the island. Most of the time I'm able to go with her and drive but not this time. She contemplated driving but some of the roads in the mountains are not as familiar to us who live in the US so we decided to get this car service. She was very impressed by the driver, the Mercedes SUV, and the professionalism. I want to thank Puerto Rico Green transportation for treating my mom so well. We have already booked the transport back from her hometown to the airport and will do so in the future! Also I want to add the lady that I spoke with when making the reservation made me feel at ease and sent me an email of the itinerary! She also spoke great English! I'm not really one to write reviews but after my mom told me about her experience and I saw some of the negative experiences I wanted to make sure to share mine!

I've used Puerto Rico Green for the last 6 years for all my business travel needs while on the island. Eric did an amazing job getting me to Ponce and I enjoyed my conversation with him. First let me say that I don’t write many reviews so the fact that I am means a lot. I am extremely happy with the professionalism of Puerto Rico Green Transportation and our Driver Christopher. He was courteous, on time and very helpful. These are all the things you would expect from a top notch transportation company. What makes this company and specifically Christopher special is he went above and beyond. We accidentally left a bag in the back of the SUV we were riding in and realized the error about 30 minutes later. I called Christopher and he happily agreed to turn around and bring the bag to us. We used this service multiple times while in PR for our group of 9. We had different drivers. Each driver was always on time and courteous but our driver Marissa was the best!

Jose Garcia was great, even though the flight was 30 minutes late he was still waiting in baggage claim area for my wife and I. Jose held good conversation along the drive, even went out of his way and text local restaurants for us to try.

I had a pleasurable experience with this company. It was a group of 7 and upon meeting Gabriel, a handsome, courteous young man, he went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment. He acted as translator interpreting menus and liaison between servers and businesses. My group and I appreciated his chivalry when the restaurant management became inappropriate. Everyone was so great here! From the staff who helped with planning before & offering great ideas of where to go to our day of experience with the drivers. We rented 2 buses to take family to El Yunque but it had not quite re-opened after Maria (we were a few weeks early) so, on the fly, our drivers took us to a great waterfall swim hole btw San Jose & Cieba (our p/u & d/o points) where we were basically the only people there. My dad got a little meditation in on a rock formation off to the side.

This company is great. Made arrangements for pre and post cruise. They were reliable and professional. They were on time and gladly shifted plans as our plans changed. Picked us up after letting us tour the city for a while after a last minute request. They were amazing!
