Reception staff are rude and sarcastic especially that Black lady with the Coke bottle eyeglasses sitting at the desk as soon as you come in. She didn’t check to see what appointment time someone had so the person behind me had an 11:15am appointment with a 30 minute early arrival. My appointment was 10:15am with an early arrival. I arrived at 9:45am as expected but the Black reception lady with the Coke bottle glasses decided to punish me with her sarcastic sassiness that I didn’t ask for or want. She needs to do her job properly and stop talking in a combative way to patients. Management needs to talk to her for sure but they probably won’t since there’s other reviews before mine talking about how rude the reception staff is. Once you get to the back, it’s like night and day. This is my first time here and the reception staff gives this place a BLACK EYE! When your first impression is negative, it takes a lot to earn peoples respect or business for that matter. I have NEVER talked to any of my clients in the way that the reception staff here talks to patients. Honestly, if I talked to my clients the way the reception staff spoke to me today, I wouldn’t have a job. Maybe the staff don’t want to work, but that’s not mine nor any other patient’s problem. My advice to them is written warning and/or terminate. Based upon all of the negative reviews for the reception staff, I don’t know why the entire staff has not been replaced. It seems that management does care and allows them to do whatever they want to do. To the reception staff, karma is something else. Your nasty behavior will come to bite you one day and hope it bites you good!!! Tread lightly if deciding to come here!!! I asked to speak to the office manager but no one came out. The reason being that I was about to be called back.

Doctor Mark Allen is AMAZING! This doctor is fixing a knee replacement I had done last year! He is highly recommended, professional, polite and very detailed. He was thorough and explained everything! I feel real good having him as my new doctor!

Dr. Golshani does not perform unnecessary surgeries and after listening to a patients complete list of symptoms he offers options and also suggests for additional referrals for people who may be helpful in narrowing on a complicated situation. Super friendly! Also no COVID mask anxiety- do what you feel you want to do! Word of advice - try to get an appointment in the morning if you are going for carpal tunnel. They will offer steroid injections to see if that helps (mine did for a month!) - but some side effects are rather annoying- anxiety feeling, palpitations, and insomnia (only realized with my second shot because my appointment was late in the day). After 24 hours u will be good to go! Also the handsome/funny man (forgot his name lol) who performed the shots on me was great. Kept everything light hearted and just had a great presence ❤️ Love going to my appointments but hate that I have to go. ❤️

Very happy with the registration process and the ability to finish the link that was sent to me. The sign in process was easy and quick and the front office people were very kind. The medical assistant that checked me in was very nice and answered all my questions. The physician assistant was very knowledgeable and was able to decipher my MRI results and answer all my questions About my test and made good referrals to help me with my pain and treatment. I highly recommend Nevada orthopedic and spine center.

Dealing with a torn meniscus for a few years I finally decided to have the surgery. This was a pleasant experience from the initial appointment to have all options and the details explained thoroughly as well as the pre-op and post-op appointments. Dr Baker and his staff are very friendly and professional. Their bedside manners made me feel at ease and they work well as a team. I appreciate all that was done for me including the call back to see how I was doing and healing well. Thank you all.

My GP recommended this practice for my orthopedic finger needs. I got an initial appointment with Dr. Golshani for my finger. I had a death in the family, and I had to reschedule my follow-up visit. I called every day and stayed on hold for 40 minutes. I have submitted several requests for an appointment online but have yet to be successful. This is the worst experience I have had with any practicing medical facility. The last time I was able to get an appointment scheduled was over five weeks ago. I am firing them and moving to another orthopedic practice. Please know this practice does not work to take care of their patients. I would not recommend them and would not want them handling my family's follow-up care.

Dr Chan took the time to show me the X-rays and fully explained the extent of my condition and options. The PA who administered the injection was careful to make sure he targeted the affected area. Very please with the attention, treatment results and care.

Doctor sharif has been very good. Scheduling staff and apparently Office administration leaves everything to be desired. Horrible customer service and lack of empathy. And apparently there's different policies for each department. I had to go to the fast track clinic because I couldn't put any weight on my leg. I then spent almost 2 weeks trying to navigate their company policy to get a follow-up appointment with their knee specialist. The two departments were not willing to talk to each other one had a policy the other knew nothing about I finally gave up I'm going somewhere else.

Our visit was really good. Jason Zarn was really good, he answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable. Referred us to one of their surgeons to take care of problem. Would recommend them.

I recently had foot surgery performed by Dr Chan. I apparently popped a few stiches and required a re-stitch. Jason was great! He and Cookie had me sewn back up in no time. Dr. Chan and his staff are the best...

I fractured my ankle and it healed rather incorrectly and I was referred here to see a specialist. The doctor here was really nice and explained my xrays really well. Medical equipment department was really nice. There was confusion on insurance coverage but they were able to work out something with me on the spot -- they just wanted me to feel better and be able to walk, and I appreciate that.

Doctor is approachable and felt he knows he expertise. First time to see him. It was a quick encounter. He figured out right away my problem and provided solution upfront. Love this doctor. Gave me clear instruction on my medical treatment plan

Staff members were vey professional, kind, caring and helpful. I saw PA Jason Karn he was very thorough during my appointment as well as Georgie and the Staff in the Xray Room. It was my first time at this facility and I got to say it was a wonderful experience. I Highly recommend this facility. Thank you to all the staff members, you all are greatly appreciated.

My experience was really great. I walked in checked in (I did my check in online) waited about 4 mins & went back. Dr Mark Allen went over all the information . I could understand my options and then he presented the plan. The.employees we're all kind considerate and helpful. A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Excellent service. Office staff were outstanding. Appointment was for certain time, was in exam room prior to time. Doctor was great, friendly and explained everything so I was comfortable. Individual giving shots was very proficient. Highly recommend.

Dr Mark Allen is an excellent doctor, who listens to his patients. Initially I did not want an operation. So I tried for quite awhile the shots and gel. When I found that every step I took —I was still in pain—then I knew I needed the operations. Dr Allen is a caring and excellent surgeon. He answered all my questions about the surgery and guided me through each total knee operation. In addition his staff of Liza, Dominque and Jason were not only available, but wonderfully supportive through this process. I am now out of pain and walking. I would highly recommend Dr. Allen!

Very clean atmosphere, Dr. Sharif was very efficient, quick but not rushed. The whole place operated like a finely tuned machine.

Dr. Chan identified my foot pain/ issues & what he would do to remove my pain, give me an arch, as well as better balance (both of which I've never had!) It is extensive reconstruction, but I felt necessary to better the last 1/3 of my life! His entire staff have been friendly, knowledgeable & timely. Today, after 5 weeks of going weightless, Dr Chan said I've got another few weeks of healing to go.... Once I'm walking again, I'll post my final results with thoughts on my care from start to finish. SURGERY UPDATE Just past 4 months & I've gone to PT for a month. I'm feeling what it's like to have an arch& walk with no pain! Glorious! Dr. Chan said my balance will come over time. So far everything he has told me has been true! If you have foot issues, I'd totally recommend you see Dr Chan. 👏🏿👏🏼👏😎

I can't remember the last time a medical provider was so efficient and effective. The staff was friendly and helpful and Dr. Golshani saw us at our appointed time. His diagnosis and treatment plan was concise and patient-oriented with respect to time and expense.

Absolutely HORRIBLE ! I spend all the time online to pre register and they lost half my paper work so I had to re- sign documents . Also this place does not cater to children or family with pediatrics the way that they advertise . My husband and I had to decide who would sit with our child. I have never experience ANY office deny two parents . The bed side manners of nurses was very cold and rude . No sensitivity to children at all . This place would get No Stars but unfortunately had to pick one at least . I could go on about how horrible this place it just grew issue after issue during the time spent there because they are not organized

I was quickly in and out. The front desk staff is always amazing. Dr. Golshani knows his stuff and his Medical staff is always outstanding. I get cortisone shots in my CMC joint every few months and they always care about my progress and even though the shot hurts, they try to make me as comfortable as possible. Great team!

My visit went very well. My PA listened to me and shared his professional medical thoughts with me. He then decided to ask the surgeon to come in and speak with me. Dr. Kevin Sharif came into the exam room and was very thorough in his visit and exam. I was very pleased overall and look forward to having this office Take care of me and my medical issue.. Went to my ortho appointment for more X-Rays and a check up on my broken clavicle. Dr. Jason Zarn was great! He’s thorough and explains what’s happening in the healing process. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was seen quickly even though I was a little late to my appointment.

Registration was such a breeze. Every person I interacted with were so kind and patient. Dr Golshani took the time to explain everything that was going on and potential treatment options. They were so easy to work with when trying to schedule the surgery as well, so accommodating. I highly recommend this office and Dr Golshani.

Dr Mark Allen is a FANTASTIC Doctor. He did both my elderly mother's knee replacement and she healed quickly with no issues. I'm set to have my own knee done soon and his whole office is kind, patient and understanding even though I know the process. I trust him fully.

Dr Golshani and his staff are the best! I fell and broke my arm/wrist. I had to have surgery and a plate put in my arm due to the type of fracture I had. Three months later, I can hardly tell I ever broke it and can barely see the scar! I highly recommend Dr. Golshani and his staff! If I ever have any more issues with either of my arms, wrists , fingers or hands, he will be the one I go back to! Thanks again Dr. Golshani!

Had my initial eval with Dr Chan for my toe and he was pleasant, informative, and took his time to explain my condition. Will recommend him to others even if the drive is on the other side of town. Staff was very courteous and considerate.

Started treatment today I walked out feeling good about the prospects and knees were happier also. Online pre Auth- paper work has a back arrow glitch. So answer correctly.

Dr Chan and his team are amazing. He took he took his time to explain my procedure every step of the way. My questions were answered. He gave options and went over the alternatives. My surgery was successful and my healing time was speedy as I followed all the doctor's orders.

Every visit to Nevada Orthopedic and Spine has been wonderful. The front receptionists are courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. The x-ray techs are wonderful. Jason Zarn was great. Thorough exam, gave me time to ask questions.

I normally refuse to get treated for anything. I was referred from the ER to go to this location and I felt so much better knowing there’s people that can fix me. Jason Zarn super friendly and is easy to talk to and explains everything you need to know. I love how quick they are as well. Georgie is amazing with appointments and communication. I recommend this place 100%.

I was and have been reticent on having hand surgery. The team at Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center have been open to listen to my questions and even answering those questions and listening, giving my comments and concerns their attention. This is greatly appreciated. PLUS they seem to actually know what they are doing!!!

I had my hip replaced my Dr. Allen in 2019. On my initial visit he shared with me my previous hip replacement (done in 2013) the replacement was a "recall". We've been keeping an eye on it since. Yesterday I had an appointment with Dr. Allen because if been having pain and difficulty with motion in that first hip replacement. He was as thorough, thoughtful, and kind as always. We'll keep monitoring that hip but it's reassuring knowing I've great a great doctor and team with me.

Dr Allen is great. However I was told I needed to bring my x-rays I get there and the assistant says they are too old.? But when I made the appointment they could have saved me the hassle of having to get them... and Dr Allen said he already pulled them up . That was my only negative impression.

Dr. Golshani is 5-Star all the way. He's on time, thorough and actually really cares about his patients. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who made need them.

Shortly after my accident I met Dr. Holman Chan. My shoulder was actually crashed, he couldn't "fix it" it had to be prostatic. He really tried to keep me up beat without promising too much. He set up my surgery date and then I met his staff member Dana. She was very understanding and patient making sure that I understand all directions she was giving me. After surgery Dr. Chan try to keep me cautiously optimistic. He insured me that based on his experience he made the right decision. He was so right, now after almost 4 months after surgery my life is getting back to normal. With weekly therapy I'm getting stronger quickly. OK, maybe I can't get stuff from the top shelf yet but I'm getting there. So if you need help and you're not given much hope you need to see Dr. Chan, you will not believe results. What else can I say about Dr. Chan and Dana only that I'm so grateful for their dedication, professionalism for giving me my life back. Peter C

Love the service from time you check in. Staff is helpful, attentive, friendly and most of all Dr Chan is an amazing qualified doctor. I’ve had a total of 12 foot surgeries and he did my last two. All previous 10 different doctors, I would never go back. Trust me there is nobody as good as Dr Chan. I totally trust him and highly recommend him.

He did an excellent job with my surgery for carpal tunnel! I did not think it worked as I still had tingling after the surgery. He told me to give it time and sent me to pt. Now I have no pain and no tingling. I am amazed and so thankful. Could not recommend him more!

I have never had surgery before meeting Dr Golshani so I was a little hesitant for the unknown. Then I met Dr. Golshani WAS REMARKABLE. Bedside manner is by far one of the greatest. He remember my personal issue with my hands on the day of my surgery even after 4 weeks from the initial consult. Dr. Golshani and his assistant, Beatrice, are a great team and are VERY cordial. All the unknown questions were answered and I ended up having 2 surgeries within a month and both went without a problem actually better than I expected. Words cannot explain the professionalism, communication and teamwork that comes from this office.

With the exception of one doctor, my experience has been great. Dr. Golshani, Dr. Baker, and the staff have been professional and friendly every step of the way.

As always, the check in process was quick and easy. I was in to sign release forms for my upcoming surgery, as well as schedule it. This only took about ten minutes.

Really poor experience. From the beginning filling out new hire paperwork that involved telling them my birthdate at least six times, to arriving and checking in with a staff that had major bad attitudes, I would like to never return! The doctor ordered a MRI on my hand, which I completed in a timely manner. The MRI results were sent to them in November and they never followed up.

Well organized, pleasant staff, very willing to spend the time to inform you on your diagnosis and or procedure..

I presented at the worst possible time; late afternoon on a Friday after the holidays, I was prepared for a sluggish reception and realizing it is a huge medical group. To my surprise I was greeted by Daisy, who was extremely pleasant and friendly. Celeste, the nurse was also very accommodating. Dr. Kastrup was thorough and showed interest in my condition. He made sure I understood the plan of care and also asked if I had any questions. Dwayne was jovial and was a distraction considering he was administering an injection which I knew would be painful based on prior experiences. The overall experience exceeded my expectations; I was impressed with the efficiency of the entire operation and yet compassion was not compromised.
