Went to Vegas for a bachelorette party, with COVID there’s not too much to do. Found this place and what was supposed to be a night of fun turned into a night of bickering with about 4 different people regarding pricing. 4 different people because no one really speaks great English. Which we don’t mind at all, but with all do respect they should have someone that could at least communicate a little better because a lot could have been avoided with just better communication. We were told that before 10pm, it was 100 dollars per hour. We arrived at 9 only expecting to do an hour. This man came in and told us to pick a package. Mind you, the bottle packages are about 500 dollars. We had said no thank you he then went and got someone else to tell us that we had to do that because it was a Friday night however when making the reservation we were never told that it was required since it was a certain day. The whole karaoke process was in Chinese and we weren’t able to work the machine. The guy didn’t explain anything and was extremely rude. When we asked him if we could get it in English he stated “it is in English,” but still clearly in Chinese. We then decided to leave after just a few minutes because we couldn’t figure out the machine and the whole experience just felt weird. Before we could get up another guy came in telling us we had to purchase the bottle package or leave (basically) however said if we left we would still have to pay for just sitting there for a few minutes and it would be $100. We paid and left. Then it didn’t seem right or fair so a couple gals from our group went to speak to the manager and explain what happened. The other 2 men that were “helping” us were smirking and snarling when the manager explained that they were still new so everyone is still trying to figure out the process. However they should’ve had all of that staff fully trained prior to opening because not knowing how to use the machine will sure take a whole lot of your time if you don’t read Chinese. The food and drinks are very expensive! 25 bucks for a mixed drink and 8-10 dollars for beer. Needless to say, save your money! It’s not worth it. Which sucks because with the correct explanation and communication it could’ve been a pretty cool place.

Kamu ultra karaoke is so much fun! I cannot say enough about this place! As soon as you walk in you feel like you’re walking into a disco era with all of the lights! It is huge! They have so many rooms! Including some rooms that have their own bathroom and their own bar! I highly recommend getting a huge group to go so you can rent out one of the big rooms! But even the small rooms are really amazing we had so much fun here! You can order cocktails, food, and you can push a button for service or you can go to the bar. Everyone that works there was super friendly and amazing! Cocktails were amazing and the ambiance was of course amazing! Can’t wait to get a big group and go there again!

Spectacular experience!! Worth every $!!!!! This is my first time at this Karaoke Bar and it was a Bomb. I recommend this place for anyone that wants to celebrate or just go out with friends and sing until you can’t sing anymore (What happened to me) the service is amazing! A big verity of songs to sing, user friendly system. Every party has a private room of different sizes and the sound was perfect! If you are looking for a great night out experience, this is your place for sure. Take at least 3 hours.

This place is fun and food was good. Just a heads up, know what your signing up for…it adds up fast and a lot of money quickly. Room fees, plus based on how many people. 20% gratuity automatically added, taxes, most drinks $25.00 a pop and plus any food you order. Rooms have a minimum to spend depending on the times you pick. Know that minimum. Just trying to save anyone from a bill that they are not expecting. Beyond the bill…it was a fun choice, glad we had tried it.

Wow this place is stunning. Kat was our gracious host and was amazing and killed it. She answered all our questions and was the best. She was very professional and was very helpful and delightful. The place was aesthetic and my group and I enjoyed the venue so much that we stayed for four hours! Thank you Kat we will definitely see you again!

Had a great time with our friends. Great selection and and room ambiance. Lots of club lightning and party volume! The staff was friendly and provided a good tutorial on how to use the room. Drink service was a bit slow. Okay food and drink selection, was limited and pricey. Very limited reasonably priced options. However, they will comp some beers for reviews.

Looks like so much but unfortunately has quite bad customer service…we made a reservation an hour or so in advanced and when we showed up we find that they have a min spend after 10. No biggie but it wasn’t what we were looking for. So we’re early to our reservation and request to cancel it. The lady at the front tells me she can’t cancel my reservation, that I have to decline an email invite. Thank goodness I took screenshots in the whole process and she looked all everything and could not find the email (she literally had my phone in her and searched for key words in my email). She gives me the managers email and tells me to contact him and he will help me. So I email the guy, he basically blames me for wanting to cancel because I didn’t see the $500 min spend…sure, but I was early to my reservation and wanted to cancel and was told I could not do it in person. He tells me cancellations must be 72 hours prior, which doesn’t make sense when I booked 45 mins in advance, right? After this he tells me the best he can do is a $100 credit to book again. But I don’t really have any intention of returning to Vegas anytime soon nor visiting their establishments after this interaction. Proceed with extreme caution when booking online and doing Apple Pay. Expect the people at the front to be clueless, and if they pass you to their manager, I doubt you’ll get any help

BLOWN AWAY!! 🤩 Kamu Ultra Karaoke exceeded all the expectations I had! I came here to celebrate my birthday. I've also loved karaoke for my birthday & have done it at multiple places in town. Nobody does it like Kamu. I've been raving about it to everyone! From the great customer service, to the exceptional presentation of their food & drinks, to the exquisite decoration of all the rooms, to the variety of karaoke equipment & songs you can listen to, Kamu pays attention to the details & it shows!!! If we ever needed assistance, we would press the button & within seconds, someone was there checking in! We went with a group of 14 & everyone was so impressed! The food & drinks were outstanding, not too mention beautiful & so unique for a karaoke spot! I'm so happy it wasn't typical bar food or just alcohol. This is going to be my go-to spot for a night out with friends! If you're in vegas, this is a MUST!!!

So fancy karaoke bar! We got a medium suite at the hourly rate, and a perfect place to sing your heart out. Music selection is now on YT so you can find any song you want and don't worry if it's not in the big book. A little hard to find in the Canal Shoppes but worth checking out for a lux karaoke experience on the strip!

Edit: so just to fill you in on how it works. They will ask you to type if a review online and give you a couple of cheap beers. We did this and about 5 minutes later they asked us to change rooms due to an AC issue. We then moved rooms 3 more times due to varies mic issues. For the 2 hours we were there we really only got to enjoy ourselves about 15 minutes. By that time we were just ready to leave. Our drinks were water down from the moving. They brought us the bill and still charged us full price in everything. $500+. After arguing with management there we still walked out spending $300 on a bottle of rum and 15 minutes of karaoke. We didn’t even finish our beers because they were not moved between rooms like they said they would do for us. 0/10 do not recommend. IGNORE THE FOLLOWING: Kamu was a lot of fun! Coming from Atlanta where there are Karaoke bars everywhere we had high expectations and they were met. Very clean environment and service was great.

Karaoke was extremely fun here with friends! I definitely recommend this place. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the service was not very good. We had a different person come each time we requested service for ordering food/drinks (which is totally fine), but there was definitely a lack of communication between servers. They offered a fun promotion that if we had enough people in our group review them on Google, we could get free beers. That was very nice! However, we never got those free beers! We had to remind them at the end about the free beers and they were trying to grant us 10 more minutes in the karaoke room instead, which is definitely not an equal offer given the price of alcohol. I couldn't help but feel like they were trying to shortcut us a bit, so I had to go back and reverse my original 5-star review. I still recommend this place highly, but I think there needs to be some awareness on the staff side in how they are handling customer satisfaction. It is not good to offer a promotion and not deliver, especially after they had cut into our karaoke time with encouraging us to pause and review them on Google. We did end up getting the free beers, but it took some asking and definitely was not handled well by their staff. Hope service will improve for future groups!

If you are about that Karaoke Life…do yourself a favor and when in Vegas ..go to the Venetian Hotel book a room for you and your crew at this spot! We had a ball..videos can’t be posted! Lol We ordered drinks and once they kicked in…we turned up and lost our voices because we thought we were professionals putting on a concert! The cost is per hour…reasonable rates for groups! Best of all… A Fun Time is Guaranteed!

The Biggest Ripoff We ended up paying $640 They asked $400 for more liquor, liquor that you can literally find it from 711 at $15. The room was so small and not pretty at all. Don't waste your time and money.

We reserved a room on a Saturday for 9pm but decided that we wanted a longer session. The staff were able to extend us one hour to 8pm and were also very gracious when we were late due to dinner and ended up arriving at 8:30pm. Drinks are super tasty, lots of food options, good deals for a drink and food package, and of course all the songs you can think of to sing to. The staff were very helpful getting us set up. Enough space in rooms to sing and dance!

Kamu is so much fun! We came here in 2020 and again this year and it was such a blast. The staff are super friendly and attentive. The drinks come when you order them and they’ll bring you water too. We listened to all of our favorite songs and had the best time! Definitely make time for this bar if you’re in Vegas.

Clean, eclectic atmosphere, and a lot of fun for groups. The hostess and staff were really nice (and gorgeous). They have a wide variety of karaoke songs in several languages (english, spanish, korean, japanese, chinese, etc?). It's not all modern though, so you can also select songs off YouTube. Very nifty! The downside is that they have very limited and supremely overpriced drinks. More of a bottle service kind of place. I think when I split the cost with my group, my drink ended up being the same price as the venue booking. 🙃 I would recommend drinking before or after... I would definitely still go again though! For location, it can be a bit confusing to get to. It's located at the Palazzo, upstairs next to The X Pot.

This place is AMAZING. Must go if you are in Vegas. Let me start that you don't need to do Karaoke... it's just a great place to hang out and have a private room with your friends or date. Wanna look like a boss in Vegas?... get your own private Karaoke room with dinner. OH and the food...sleeper..amazing! Really great quality. I had the lettuce wraps and the Japanese Ramen...oh their Truffle fries are the best in Vegas.

Kamu is such a fun karaoke place! You definitely have to go there if you like to Karaoke. You get a personal room for your group which makes it even more fun. And their food is delicious which is a huge bonus! I have been here twice now and the service is superb and all the servers are very attentive and friendly. Definitely a must try if you’re ever in Vegas.

So much fun!! Private room karaoke where you can choose basically any song. We were so well taken care of from beverages, to instructions, to being able to choose any song we wanted online or from their book. Definitely one of the best pats of our trip! We sang…loud, an possibly off key, but it was amazing.

Our host, Krystal, was extremely patient and helpful with our 20+ party as we figured out how bottle service worked, etc. She was so spunky and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. I literally could not imagine a better place to celebrate my sisters wedding TONIGHT; talk about pregame, am I right? Talk about one lucky group of women. Andy was simply the DARLING of the night. 10/10.

WARNING!!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING THE DECISION TO COME TO COME TO THIS PLACE!! When we made the reservation, it said it would cost $300 but actually paid $1,100 for two hours!! To everyone who is interested in this place, eat before you arrive because the food is very over priced and sneak in your own bottles of liquor! We got a bucket of 12 beers because all their single bottles including modelos were $9.00 each. There we are thinking they were going to be cheaper by the bucket… Well they still charge $9.00 a beer for a bucket!! Super over priced food and drinks!!!! Save your money, it is not worth it!! There are many other places to go in Vegas that more entertaining and cheaper than this place!

This is by far the best karaoke in Las Vegas. I was amazed by the ambience of this karaoke, it is very modern and sophisticated. They have such a variety of cocktail selections which I loved! The rooms were spacious and the quality of their music system is up to date! All of my friends had an amazing time here! Also, the staff were so friendly.

This is actually your private night club! Cool interior design and my favorite Ramses suite is just awesome! Plus delicious appetizers. Kamu is much nicer than your typical karaoke lounge. Definetly a great spot for a night out with your friends.

Absolutely the best karaoke place around! They have a constantly updating list of songs in American, Korean, Chinese and Japanese. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable. This should be high on your list of places to visit.

Absolutely LOVED this place! Very modern and sleek! All rooms are so beautiful and the service was fantastic! My favorite room is a NEON ROOM! Book it and you won’t regret it! So many songs to choose from and easy to navigate. I could stream music from my phone using Bluetooth. Great drinks and delicious food! Will definitely come back again!

We came here and it had a nice club atmosphere. Unfortunately the bottle service was a bit pricey but a nice staff team who explained all the details and were very nice. We will come back during the earlier hours and try at some karaoke.

This is the nicest K Bar anywhere! Top notch, 5 Star all the way. From the ultra luxe design and decor, to the sexy, young, attentive staff this is a must see and do in Vegas! Everyone loves to sing, drink and dance so why not do it in the best K Bar in Sin City. Number one venue in number one party town!!!

KAMU karaoke is one of the most luxurious KTVs I have ever been to in the United States. What’s even better is their food! Amazing food and drinks... I was amazed by how tasty the food there was since most karaoke places I have been to in the past only had snacks.

I've gone here twice for my friends' birthday so far and I loved it both times! It's in a great area. We've always ended the night here. The rooms are cool. Highly recommend!!!

Having the time of our lives! Turns out doing karaoke with your own small and intimate group is super fun! The time goes by really fast though and drink prices add up quick. Definitely worth the experience though and I’d for sure do it again.

I had such a great time. This place was clean. The drinks were pricey but taste good. The food was definitely overpriced. $30 for truffle fries and I asked if it would be cheaper without the truffle and I was told no. I could not see myself spending $30 on an order of fries. Other than that the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had such a great experience. I would definitely revisit if I ever go back to Vegas.

Came to LV for vacation in October and was looking for places to have a good time with friends. KAMU was recommended by a friend and i heard they opened this year. The venue is very impressive and the LED screens in the front really gives you the WOW effect! We got a small room and they offer bottle services with complimentary food. Their food is definitely one of the best... Most karaoke places don't offer actual food and KAMU definitely spent a lot of time and effort curating their food menu because everything tasted so good.. My favorites are the truffles fries and lobster roll. SO GOOD!
