I have used State road builders a few times now. Unfortunately my most recent order wasn't good. I order mulch which was perfect and topsoil which was bad. The topsoil was to fill and level my yard. I received clay soil which was full of stones and glass. I want to thank you guys for the call to address the issue. I appreciate how quickly you responded as well as the manner of the response. And I will be returning for more business.

Super fast service. I wanted Top-Soil. No other place would deliver same day. Luckily This location was not far from my residence. Steve just picked up a truck, loaded it with soil and showed up in a few hours. Very professional.

This place is the real builders material supplier. They know the correct information and application of every last thing they sell. Every single person there is able to help u and has u in and out and back to work very quickly . Not like a home depot where u lose an hr looking to find someone who most of the time doesn't know as much as his or her own name. Every one is always very friendly. Good selection of materials and the staff is very helpful!

Called for a delivery of 3/4" stone, they made it easy. The driver was very good, I was at work and he called to make sure he was at the right house, took his time. He was able to dump the stone on my driveway without any on the grass. Very professional.

Sent pictures twice of what I wanted and wasn’t correct. Ordered a special order stone from them on because they were the closest dealer of turf stone. I have only ever seen it in white/ natural concrete. What showed up was gray? Didn’t even know it came in gray or any other color. No one bothered to ask? They Just picked one. Now I’m stuck a bunch of pavers that I don’t want. Totally ruined my vision for my yard. They are supposed to be the experts! Maybe my order was just too small for them to put forth any effort. So if you looking for something the big stores don’t sell then try somewhere else.

I ordered all the materials I needed for a paver walkway install from State Road. They were great! Had everything I needed and delivered it when they said they would. I can’t recommend them enough!

Arrived on time and successfully delivered all materials to a narrow side street in Philadelphia. Really impressed with these guys.

Called about a delivery of stone and they wanted to charge me over 200$ for a 3 mile trip after I've gotten about 6 deliveries from them the last yr or so unbelievable how they treat clients
