Great selection i found the perfect berber carpet i needed and very reasonably priced. installation was as scheduled, well done and looks great. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend you check them out for tile, carpet, etc. When was the last time a company you engaged for some home improvement send you a thank you card after completion. I just got mine today. Great quality, price and service!

Poor customer service. The new owner, Mickie, has ruined this business. Despite buying over 3,000 square feet of flooring for two projects, he has refused to install the remaining flooring we purchased. My guess is that his rep that came out saw the poor quality of the first install and he doesn't stand by his work. Too many choices out there to ever use this company.

We had a couple minor issues that needed to be addressed, but it was more the fact it was a somewhat complex custom build vs. an issue with the tile installer. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

These guys went beyond our expectations! They were professional and accommodating. They were able to install our floors earlier than originally planned, and the installer did a fantastic job of minimizing carpet seams. My husband and I have been installing our tile floors ourselves and ran into a lot of problems. The folks at Jerry Smith flooring have been very helpful and we switched over to using their thin set to do the installation. It was much better quality than what we had purchased from one of the big box stores. I know we will certainly use them for any of our future flooring needs.

I had an estimate done, I changed the game 3 times in less than a week for what i wanted done, due to selling house; and they accommodated on time, install, and price! It was a fantastic deal, that cost me about $20/40 of labor, if I had bought the carpet and pad at home depot. But instead they supplied the carpet, and carpet pad and this guy Dave came over who professionally installed it. Dave is a stand up guy, who worked hard and fast and turned my space from blah to wow in less than a few hours. Thank you Jerry's flooring for working with me on creating a perfect space in my house. Installed our floors less than 5yrs ago. Flooring is curling and denting. Will not stand behind warranty. Owner came out spent less than 15 min and looked for excuses not to do anything. It may look nice at first but dont count on them to do any warranty work if it goes bad just excuses and lies.
