The customer service is stellar! I went in for an engagement ring repair (2 prongs broke off) and they texted me every few days with an update. Their jewelry repair prices are very reasonable. The cost was actually lower to fix my engagement ring than what the insurance company told me it would cost. The new prongs on my ring are far better than they were from where the ring was purchased originally (at another jeweler). The ring is over 10 years old and it looks BRAND NEW! I would highly recommend their service! 5 stars!!

I worked with Daniel to create a pendant out of my parent’s wedding bands and my mother’s engagement diamond. He had excellent ideas to make it a beautiful piece of jewelry. When I received the completed work, it was exactly what I wanted. I have already gotten compliments on it. I just got engaged on Saturday and went in on Thursday to get my ring resized. They said I could get it the following Thursday. Unfortunately I was leaving town that day to go get engagement photos done in Denver. She spoke with the gentleman who does the resizing and they said I could get it the following Wednesday which I was very appreciative of. Not even two hours later I got a text saying my ring was ready for pick up! Not only was their service exceptional but every employee in there was so kind and always smiling! We have had amazing service here. We had my wedding ring and engagement rings redesigned into one extraordinary setting. We were given multiple designs to choose from. We were so happy with the final ring we went back to David Douglas to have a ring designed for our daughter with stones from her grandmothers ring. I have been working with David Douglas for a while now, specifically Quientin and Joseph who helped with come up with my final piece. They have brought in various stones and were patient through all my changing ideas. First I wanted to do custom diamond, then I didn't, then I wanted tanzanite then I wanted sapphire. They were super helpful and thoughtful throughout. They are far from my house, but worth the drive. I 100% plan on buying future jewelry there.

Hand my white gold engagement ring and wedding band rhodium plated, cleaned, and any lose stones tightened today. The turn around time from drop off to pick up was about 3 hours and they were busy all day; that was fast! My rings look brand new and so sparkling! I went in to David Douglas about a week ago to inquire about this service and was greeted by Quientin Sanders; he was so warm and welcoming that I didn’t even look at other jewelers in my area to price out this service. Very friendly and excellent service. I went in to have my rings sized up. They did a wonderful job. Turn around time was much quicker than expected and even at that, they were done early! They are able to do the repairs in house so my rings never left the store. That’s a huge bonus as most places need to send it out. I am very pleased and will continue taking my business there.

The service here was incredible. I was able to meet each one of the representatives during my several visits in search for an engagement ring. All of them were very helpful, down to earth, and not giving me the “sales” person approach. Looking for rings can be somewhat of a stressful experience, but I was put at ease everytime I visited.

Awesome experience! I got a custom engagement ring done here and it was the right choice. Some things stuck out to me about the process: -custom ring done for a non custom price. I would have paid more for a generic ring at a big box store than I did for a custom one here. I loved designing the ring, and their team was super helpful in the process. -3D printing. I got a plastic version of my ring before it went to production. It was great to see and feel it before the real one was made. -free cleanings and lifetime warranty. I thought I’d only get this perk at the bigger stores, but was pleasantly surprised to know it came with this one as well. -customer service. Joseph was a pleasure to work with, including the support after the purchase with a resizing. I wouldn’t buy a ring anywhere else.

I had a custom piece done with David Douglas. It was a much nicer recreation of my wife’s original engagement ring. I described what I was looking for and Nicole researched until she was able to offer me exactly what I had in mind. I was able to see the band and choose the stone in person. I was absolutely thrilled with the end result. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Since then, I have purchased several items in store, and had two more custom pieces made. I have been using David Douglas Jewelry for many years and have never been disappointed with their workmanship and beautiful selection of jewelry. They stand behind their work and I highly recommend them.

My 9 year old daughter recently had her ears pierced and lost one of her sterling silver earrings. While out running errands, I popped in here on a whim to see if I could find a replacement for a reasonable cost. Joe helped us, and he was so kind and professional. He spent time with us looking at options and actually downsold a white gold pair that he ordered in sterling silver. (My daughter just loved the experience and shopping in a "real" jewelry store for herself.) The total came to $26, but we were treated like we were spending $2600. In my experience, not many jewelry stores take this amount of time and care with a customer at this price point... I would have been told sorry and shooed out the door. Amazing customer care! Christmas is coming up, and I have already told my family where to go for jewelry this year. Thanks, Joe!
