I had an emergency with my right hearing aid.. it was not working.. I was in dire straights.. I called the Severna Park office and asked if I could be seen on a Friday afternoon.. I was so grateful that they were able to see me the same day! I went in and was taken care of by an Angel!! 😇 She fixed my wire and checked my left ear as well and sent me on my way! Thank you again!

The people who work here really do seem to care about the patients. Too often a doctor's office will treat you like cattle, this is definitely *not* the case with Chesapeake Hearing Centers! While they may not admittedly be the cheapest source for a hearing aid ("I got this $20 amplifier from Walmart!"), the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

Great customer service ! I had my hearing tests done and new hearing aides ordered. Everything was explained to me very carefully. No pressure. The costs have not gone up significantly in the last 12 years.

My Appointment was on time. Front Desk was very nice and Audiologist was awesome. She explained everything as she ran test and also sat down with me to explain results. I would definitely recommend and will return annually.

I was greeted immediately with a friendly voice. I met with Dr. Holtz immediately (on time). The appointment was an excellent experience. Dr. Holt,z asked questions AND listened. All my concerns were successfully handled. I appreciate the service provided and courteous professionism provided.

I was leery of having the VNG study and didn’t really understand what it entailed, how the results would help and whether I should put myself through it since I had already seen my neurologist and have a plan of medication and physical therapy for my vestibular disorder; knowing my insurance wasn’t fully covering this and it could leave me feeling sick all day definitely exacerbated my apprehension. I was quite pleased that the Doctor did not hesitate to speak to me directly and she explained everything thoroughly with kindness and grace. The test went very smoothly because she was professional, knowledgeable and a good listener. Also, the employees who I dealt with on the phone were gracious and well humored. I recommend this facility to anyone with anxiety and/or PTSD

Excellent care and explanation of my ear, brain transmission of my hearing. Also, the doctor explained the constant ringing in my ears. The test was easy and i will need to return for checkup in a year. My husband needs to return in 3 years. Thank you for checking both of us.

I find Chesapeake Hearing Center to be very responsive and professional. If there is a problem, they have gotten me in right away. I’ve been going to them for years. I just bought my second set of hearing aids a couple months ago. I highly recommend them.

I needed replacement filters and ear buds and walked in and was given everything I needed with a smile.

One of my hearing aids had lost its retention spring. I went to the Severna Park office where they accepted me as walk-in.. The problem was fixed for free, even though warranty had expired. While at it they also cleaned the aid and put in a new battery.

Customer service is excellent, very professional.

Got very detailed information about hearing loss issues and treatment. Answered all my questions. Even got a pair of hearing aids to try for a week to see if I like them risk free. Better service than two other places I’be been to over the last seven years or so. Top of the line products and are able to service nearly every brand.
