    Worst experience ever, I went to look for the new models and I ended up trading my phone and buying an Iphone 13 pro max at 1:33pm. They had an ‘’issue’’ transferring all the information from one phone to the other. Talked to the store manager and wasn't helpful at all, they told me to come back in an hour, when I went back, they had the same issue, unbelievable.!!! they had 3 different people working on the same issue and guess what? now I have to come back tomorrow to pick it up and see if they fixed the problem, by the way I don’t have my old phone or the new one. The worst decision I have ever made..!!

    I'm extremely disappointed with Apple's service. I was instructed to schedule an appointment and arrive by 1:00 pm, but I've been waiting for over an hour to receive the phone I've paid for. Apple should have provided a warning about the expected long wait times.

    What’s not to love about The Apple Store! Best customer service ever! They should teach other stores about customer service! Products sell themselves because everyone knows Apple Products are of the best quality. The hardest part is choosing the color!

    I have been in other companies that do the same business and here they know very well what the function of the Customer Services department is. In addition, the employees work hard to meet the different needs of the customers and I saw how even being with customers they ask them for permits to help some customers who do not speak the language. It’s wonderful to know where they serve you as you are.

    Took my phone there for Repair they were great about handling that I had to much damage so I had to buy new I phone 13 under my Insurance that was well handled but they couldn’t activate my new phone I encountered some pretty mouthy customer service reps in that area of trying to do last step and install my new phone I was very disappointed that they were having trouble I really didn’t mind waiting but literally their employee was bad talking like it was my fault I can’t believe first apple store experience and this was I got sad very disappointed took my phone took it provider and they did just fine hooking up.. I didn’t expect employee mouthing the situation like he was mad it was working like normal unacceptable can’t give you names no one where’s name IDS but if they read this they will know who they are..I won’t go there again…..

    Worst customer service ever. Approximately 10 assistants and crowded store. I had to approach them myself because they were too busy talking to each other. When I started to talk to an assistant, he didn’t even say hi or mentioned his name. When I described what I needed he wasn’t friendly at all and talked to me with an attitude. Then when I chose the device he said that they have all colours of it. But when I mentioned desired it wasn’t t available. I work in customer service as well for many years even overseas and Apple in Florida mall is not 1 star. It’s -10. If you like arrogant service with extra poker face - choose them.

    Good store. If you want to buy an iPhone do it online and go for the pick up at the store. They have long lines for buying the iPhone directly at the store, waiting time longer than an hour 😬😬

    Come early, as the store fills up quickly and you'll need to wait in line for service. Everything is very organized, friendly and professional service.

    We had an appointment for 145 PM, we arrived at 130PM. Justin/Svc rep @ repairs desk greeted us. He immediately assisted us, within 10 minutes we were moving on to Will/Tech rep. After 5 minutes, we completed our appointment. Both Justin & Will were friendly, very informative and assisted us with all of our concerns. They were great examples of service for Apple.

    ‼️ ATTN. Mustafa ‼️ this is my iPhone Tree 🌳 and I would like to be able to charge my watch with this but it doesn’t fit because the cord doesn’t detach (I loved the customer service!) and I would be very happy once I figure out how to use this thing

    I would like to express my gratitude to Javier from the FL Apple Store. As a bilingual employee, he is truly an asset to this store. My experience was exceptional because of him. He took his time explaining and troubleshooting every possible way to get my phone working again. He is professional, knowledgeable and patient. If you go to this store, ask for Javier. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. He worked with me for hours, until he exhausted every possible solution; accommodating my every request. Thank you Javier!!

    It was crowded, but if you have an appointment the service was fast. The staff was very helpful and explained in detail the whole repair process of my phone; and in contrast with the Altamonte store, they honor their appointments. It was worth the extra traveling time. Very professional and helpful staff.

    Come check it out! It’s Apple, very consistent in its store approach. The line for opening day for iPhone was very long. But if you were buying something else, they let you right in. The iPhone 15 was better than I expected. It feels and looks great!

    By far the worst service shopping experience I have had in years. How does such a store not have an inventory list to identify and notify customers when an item is no longer in stock. I waited in line for almost three hours just to find out in seconds that the product is not in stock. A waste of my time. Apple is OVER RATED. I am off their bandwagon, which is only for name only. Found a better product.

    Rob our phone technician was amazing Went to Verizon also went to few other shops, no one was able to transfer the data into the new phone… He was fast and friendly and full of product knowledge!! Keep up the great customer service.!!!

    We walked in with an appointment at 8 pm on a a Monday. I booked the wrong type of appointment, a sales appointment versus a service appointment, which was what we needed. We still were taken care of immediately. There were tons of Apple employees to assist customers. It was busy but we got our service issue on our phone resolved and were in and out within ten minutes. I was really dreading going but it was an AMAZING, EFFICIENT, QUICK AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! Thank you Apple! I would highly recommend this store if you help with an Apple product!! 😃

    So my Mac book pro screen turned black went to the support bar and said nothing will get erased or restored we are just going to fix the screen. fast forward a couple days latter my whole Mac info was erased and they said they told me they would do that. I wish the communication between the repair team and Genius Bar were better. Because I paid 724.00 for them to absolutely mess up everything. Make sure when they show you contract get the workers info and everything. This shouldn't happen.

    As we all know the store is always crowded and prices are very high. But this is the “Apple Experience” all over the globe. Same old, same old. The important thing about about my visit to this store is that I had an amazing service provided by the salesperson. She was patient, caring and very helpful.

    The worse apple store ever and the worst experience. I bought my iPhone 13 back in February, last week the speaker broke and I asked an appointment for warranty service at 5pm. Before everything I asked they “genius guy” to check my backup since honestly I am not the best one doing that and he checked and said “you did it good” .they run the diagnostic and of course the speaker AND the battery needs to be replaced, they told me to come back at 6:55 (2hrs after appointment) I said OK, I came back on time, they told to come back in 20min. I did it. Then another 5min waiting and another “genius” showed up with a new iPhone because they couldn’t fix mine, he told me that need to set it up and I asked again, please before do the set up, check my backup and he said it’s OK. Then he proceeded to transfer the information phone to phone but For a weird reason T-mobile got a problem with my account he told me to go with them fix the problem and transfer the data using iCloud because the store will close soon 8pm. I did it a guess what, I lost my data now my old phone is gone. I fully aware that I am have some responsibility on this, however I went to this apple store I asked two guys to CHECK if I saved everything and since they are careless and this costumer services is really bad I lost many things. Of course I called today and they have multiple excuses and again they don’t care. So, the employees at this store are far away to be “genius “ as the company defined them, but also they don’t care, they are there just to sell stuff. Totally frustrated.

    This branch have everything. Too busy thou. The first time I had to fight for attention, and had no one to help. I bought nothing, but was able to see them working hard for their money. Tourists can be demanding. Specially if you are with your children, after Disneyland, that is. I wonder if they were cherry picking families thou. Anyway, a normal Apple store.

    I never plan to go back to this store again. The boy who took care of me at genius bar was in charge of erasing ALL my information without first making sure that I remembered my icloud password. He blocked my account and I almost lost all my information. It took me weeks to recover my account because of him. Negligence and disregard. He never asked for forgiveness. I asked for help from the manager and he didn't know what to do or say. This is so sad for so amazing company. Employees that don’t know what they’re doing be careful.
