The
worse
apple
store
ever
and
the
worst
experience.
I
bought
my
iPhone
13
back
in
February,
last
week
the
speaker
broke
and
I
asked
an
appointment
for
warranty
service
at
5pm.
Before
everything
I
asked
they
“genius
guy”
to
check
my
backup
since
honestly
I
am
not
the
best
one
doing
that
and
he
checked
and
said
“you
did
it
good”
.they
run
the
diagnostic
and
of
course
the
speaker
AND
the
battery
needs
to
be
replaced,
they
told
me
to
come
back
at
6:55
(2hrs
after
appointment)
I
said
OK,
I
came
back
on
time,
they
told
to
come
back
in
20min.
I
did
it.
Then
another
5min
waiting
and
another
“genius”
showed
up
with
a
new
iPhone
because
they
couldn’t
fix
mine,
he
told
me
that
need
to
set
it
up
and
I
asked
again,
please
before
do
the
set
up,
check
my
backup
and
he
said
it’s
OK.
Then
he
proceeded
to
transfer
the
information
phone
to
phone
but
For
a
weird
reason
T-mobile
got
a
problem
with
my
account
he
told
me
to
go
with
them
fix
the
problem
and
transfer
the
data
using
iCloud
because
the
store
will
close
soon
8pm.
I
did
it
a
guess
what,
I
lost
my
data
now
my
old
phone
is
gone.
I
fully
aware
that
I
am
have
some
responsibility
on
this,
however
I
went
to
this
apple
store
I
asked
two
guys
to
CHECK
if
I
saved
everything
and
since
they
are
careless
and
this
costumer
services
is
really
bad
I
lost
many
things.
Of
course
I
called
today
and
they
have
multiple
excuses
and
again
they
don’t
care.
So,
the
employees
at
this
store
are
far
away
to
be
“genius
“
as
the
company
defined
them,
but
also
they
don’t
care,
they
are
there
just
to
sell
stuff.
Totally
frustrated.
