I brought my Mom’s wedding ring in to be repaired. It’s a very old ring and they did an excellent job fulfilling her wishes to change the Diamond mount from prongs to a bevel setting. The finished job looked like it had been originally made that way! Just beautiful. Mom was so pleased. They fixed a bent prong on mine for free too. Very friendly and professional folks. I had my wife’s engagement ring reworked by Arney Guess Goldsmiths, as the 36 years she had worn it had reduced the band to an uncomfortable level, and I wanted to put a larger stone as the centerpiece. The jewelers worked with us to design a ring based on the original ring but recasting a new one to incorporate a larger diamond and retain some of the original smaller ones. After a couple of iterations, for which they provided 3-D printed models and renderings, I gave them the go-ahead to start manufacturing her new ring. They did a fantastic job and the ring turned out beautifully. My wife was thrilled, and we would definitely recommend Arney Guess if you want stock or custom jewelry. They were communicative, honest, and stand behind their work.

My dog jumped on me and his nails caught my necklace causing it to break. I googled a place to take it for repair and ended up bringing it here based on the reviews. I had the best experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Issac the GM was very polite and even cleaned my rings for me. I dropped it off about 10:30 on a Saturday morning and was told it would not be ready until Tuesday or Wednesday, but an hour later I received a text saying it was already ready. I will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you so much!

We just needed a tightening of a wedding band setting, and we were very impressed about these folks. They were courteous and helpful, and quickly repaired the ring, and even cleaned it. And, they would not charge us! They will be our go-to jeweler hence forth.

They expanded our wedding rings and re-set my wife’s diamond and did a fantastic job. Finished the work ahead of their time commitment and as quoted. Also cleaned everything and shined them. Also, needed to replace a broken necklace later. Isaac was instrumental in helping me select a new better made gold necklace that was even adjustable! My wife loves it! It had the lobster claw fastener on it and Isaac replaced the smaller gold circle on the other end with a larger gold circle so that the chain would be easier to close.

Arney Guess Goldsmith recently designed a ring for me using the head of my mom’s wedding ring; the band was destroyed years ago when it was cut off for surgery. Jenna worked closely me to create a beautiful design submitting pictures throughout the process. The CAD designer worked through multiple options to ensure the integrity of the very intricate and detailed band. He even called me once to provide status and explain the metallurgical challenges of my design. The final product is exquisite and far exceeds my expectations at cost less than originally quoted! I would never go to another jeweler!

I never leave reviews places but I felt like I definitely should this time. I got an engagement ring appraised at Arney’s. They said it would be a week or a little more to get the appraisal back and they were able to do it in the same week! The staff could not have been nicer or easier to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Recently got engaged but needed my ring sized and cleaned. When I got there they said that my ring needed new prongs to reinforce the diamonds. A glitch happened in the process but I trusted them. It did take a bit longer to get the ring back but when I came and got the ring, it was beautiful!!! The staff that he has are always so courteous and helpful. I love to go into Arney Guess Jewelers. They have very nice things in stock, but they also do custom jewelry. On one of my visits this year, I saw something very sparkly and calling my name. I just had to look closer. The almost four carat earrings were absolutely beautiful! While the price, I felt, was a good one for such large diamonds, I was not prepared that day to pay that much. It wasn’t even my birthday or any other reason for buying something so luxurious. So when I shared my concern with Arney, he said put on” them on layaway! You can pay when you like as long as you get them out by year end. Well, that’s all it took. Sign me up! Today, I got my beautiful earrings and I can’t stop looking at them. They are stunning. Needed to have my wedding band resized before the wedding, gave them a call just days before the wedding expecting to hear "sorry, it will take longer than that" but instead I hear, "no problem, come by before noon and let us look at it." I was pleasantly surprised the next day to get a call telling me it's ready. Not saying that they will get all jobs done as quickly but they will perform quality work at reasonable prices. Customer for Life!

Friendly and helpful. This is a place I trust to repair my sentimental jewelry I know they will take care with it. I had them put my stone back in my engagement ring and restring my pearls that my late husband gave me. They did a wonderful job on both.

Sadly bought an engagement ring from a chain store. Ordered a 6.5 and they sent an 8 in a 6.5 box. Then get told I'd have to send it back and it would take 2-3 weeks to get a refund just to reorder the right size. Or 3-4 weeks to have it resized. Called these guys and they had it done in 2 days and it still looks amazing. Now I have a happy fiance' again!!
