Suncoast Exterior Services was recommended by a Davie neighbor. Dominick made himself available to me over a holiday weekend. He completely changed the facade of a property I was listing. I didn't realize how much dirt had accumulated until he was finished pressure washing (He was there for over 3 hours!) Luckily, someone drove by while Dominick was working and inquired about the home - and I ended up getting an offer! The cleaning he did to the roof of my house was excellent. The cleaning technique he uses prevents the tiles from breaking (it was my main fear). Its service is complete because beyond the roof, it also cleans the entire house. The house on the outside was all gleaming. I saw Suncoast exterior doing a driveway awhile back. Could not stop to talk to the person as I was headed somewhere, I stopped by the persons home a few days later and asked for the number of the company that did that that persons driveway as it came out amazing! That customer said the same thing. A few days later I gave Dominick from Suncoast exterior a call, he was very professional and had an estimate to me within a few hours, I had the measurements of my driveway and what I wanted done, so he did not have to come out to estimate it. Dominick explained the power washing and sealing process to me over the phone. He then showed up at the date and time that he said he would, went over everything with me and within a day my walkway and driveway were cleaned and sealed. It really came out amazing!! Really professional guy/business!!

I called Dominick in a bit of a panic due to a final notice from my homeowners association that I never received the first notice from, so I needed the roof and gutters cleaned next day to meet the deadline. Dominick was extremely kind, professional, gave a fair price, and was able to do the work the next morning! I really appreciate that his quotes always include washing down the rest of the house and bagging up all debris. I actually chose to go with Dominick over a cheaper estimate because I felt so confident and comfortable after talking to him. I know this review is a little dated but I will explain why. I had Dominic out to clean and seal my roof back in Nov of last year. First of all I was impressed on how quick he was to answer my request and flexible to work around my schedule to come out to clean the roof. I have a two-story home and its a challenge to get anyone to come out. Dominic was out on one day to clean and seal the roof the next week. The challenge is I have a white roof that to be honest after a couple of months starts to turn green to black. Having the roof both cleaned and sealed, still looks the same as it did back in November. My neighbors have had their roofs cleaned after me and have to do it again. I took Dominic at his word and am pleased at the quality I received. I will be calling him again when I need my roof cleaned and have recommended his services to other neighbors. He was on time, set up to protect various foliage around the house and was out within hours. Florida is horrible on roofs but Suncoast Exterior Services has made my life and roof trouble free! Dominick pressure washed and sealed my paver driveway. He is one of the most professional people I have worked with in my 40 + years in South Florida. He responded to my request for a quote right away and arrived on time to meet with me to discuss the work. He told me a lot about the process and sealer product he would be using, measured the surface and gave me a quote. The very same day, I received a written quote by e-mail. He touched base with me 2 days prior to the scheduled work day to confirm the appointment, which I appreciated. He also let me know he was on his way the day he was coming to do the work.
