The service (patient service and customer service) I have received here is beyond deplorable. During my last visit (which will be my last visit at any Kelsey-Seybold location), the doctor ordered lab tests. They refused to tell me how the tests would explain the reason for my visit. He ordered more tests, I never heard back from him to explain the test results or how that answered or had any bearing on my reason for my original visit. Trying to talk to someone in customer service or management is futile. Per their own statement, to them ‘Customer Service’ means Billing. This is consistent because billing patents is really all they care about—patient care is an accidental byproduct, if it ever happens; they insist on verifying billing information on every interaction before they gather any medical information. In some cases I have been compelled to verify billing information multiple times during the same call as I was shuffled from one department to another. During my last visit, having generated billable services, the ‘Kelsey-Seybold’ patient care was complete, and thus hard nothing more from them. I am stuck with hundreds of dollars worth of medical bills and no answers whatsoever.

First time here, and I will never return to this location. I live in sugarland and I came to this location because it was the only appointment they had for an ultrasound, today .The lady who was doing screening at the entrance, Mrs Dorothy, seemed very unhappy, or was she having a bad day? or maybe needs to be re-instructed on how to treat patients? I don’t know, she spoke to me and treated me very rude and unkind, she did not make eye contact with me while asking the screening questions and spoke to me like a military man. I'm sorry, but she needs to be retrained for that position ... the awesome or bad experience that a patient takes with them every visit starts from the beginning.... Visit date: December 02, 2020. Dr. Sheila Albuquerque is very attentive and thorough. She listens to you and addresses your concerns. Dr. Albuquerque will try every possible solution to get to the root of your reason for visit. Hands down the best Rheumatologist!!!

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful from the time I entered the building. All appointments were right on time and there was no wait. Also the facilities were very clean and tidy. Highly recommend. Nurses and doctors are all top notch.

They’re only helpful for annual preventative care. Do not go here for any other medical concerns you’re having. I repeat, do not go here! All they care about is getting you through the door, will charge a large amount as a consultation fee, will then charge an absurd amount to your insurance provider and then have the audacity to charge you more for 20 minute consultations that lead to nowhere. I went in to finally address my terrible back pain and was charged $150 for the doctor to simply tell me “it’s not spine related, here’s a referral to a physical therapist.” No physical exam. Nothing, all conversation. Then later being charged an additional $85 after they submitted a claim with my insurance. This scenario happened again with being referred for a test, I show up to the referral appointment only to be told they cannot conduct the test because I do meet the criteria to charge my insurance. They charged me $250 just to tell me I do not meet the criteria. In the end, I did not receive any services and I’m being charged astronomical prices. Please avoid this place and all other locations. If you read other reviews at other locations, this seems to be a pattern.

I love how she was able to talk to my son on his level to see what was going on with his skin. The only thing I did not like was the nurse just was not as friendly as I am use to at the Kelsey. She seemed really dry and I am not sure if she was having a bad day or not but when my sons masked popped off she sternly told him to put it back on. Mind you he is only 8 and he wears glasses so it takes time to get that back around his ears. I get why she said it I really do but it was just how the nurse said it that I did not like.

I’m a Vietnamese. First time comes to See Doctor Thuy Nguyen at Her Office. She was very nice Doctor. My Daughter is Ana 5 years old really like Doctor Nguyen. All services were very well and Pro . Thank you Doctor THUY NGUYEN 👍👍❤️❤️💕

My husband and I have been seen regularly by our PCP Dr. Tracy L. Carter in Kelsey Seybold @ Vintage for years, and have never been disappointed with her knowledge and service. The only warning - try to schedule your planned appointment at least two months prior to as this Doctor is very popular among the patients and is always busy.

The logo: CHANGING THE WAY HEALTH CARES is a joke. Some of the doctors are great but others are just not worth seeing. The checkin staff is rude and does not have any manners but only care about paymemts. They will give you a folder to take with you and see them on they way back so they can collect additional charges. I was declined service when i said i will pay only 50% now and rest later. (How about the time when i was over charged for something and the refund will take upto 14 business days?) i asked to give it to me in written, and then they accepted 50% payment. Though the docs are good, the way administration staff treat you is just outrageous. Welcome to KELSEY SEYBOLD, CHANGING THE WAY HEALTH CARES 2 star isbecause of the physicians as some of them are amazing. Otherwise as a corporation should be negetive star. In response i know they will say fill out the feesback form, which is BS and no action's taken.

Good place. Doctor was nice, did his job. Unfortunately, I felt like I was just another patient. Brought me in, checked me out, sent me out. If that is what you are looking for, this is the place. Not really any interest in how I was doing, didn’t ask any questions about any issues that were bothering me. I had some minor things I had questions about, some so minor I forgot to ask. Had he asked questions, I would of remembered.

Very very poor response from Kelsey Seybold care team. My daughter was suffering from ear infection for the past 3 days. They arranged a televisit as they don’t entertain anyone with cold or fever for in office visit. After televisit, my daughter showed signs of ear infection. Reached out to the pediatric team and expressed our concern 3 times in a single day and each time the nurse mentioned that doctor would call back which never happened. All they needed was to diagnose her and prescribe any medication if needed. Sadly, that never happened. PATHETIC SERVICE!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT NETWORK FOR THE NEXT PLAN YEAR!

Dr. Kelly Coleman and her staff are an excellent choice for my teenage son. She took time, care and consideration in listening to his issues and addressing them; while simultaneously explaining the need for consequences for negative actions or behavior. They discussed various topic while giving him a sense of privacy so as he felt comfortable to open up to her. She took time to ask him questions regarding issues I had concerns about and put me at ease; without giving details I assume he may have felt personal. I appreciated she was there for my needs as well as my son. She will be an excellent choice for my son’s care.

Dr. Lee at Kelsey-Seybold is an excellent chiropractor. He is very thorough in his evaluation and does a great job of administering treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Lee for those who need chiropractic care.

Dr. Mohammed is an incredible Endocrinology doctor! He keeps me on track with my health and gives me great advice. And he really cares about his patients. I feel really blessed to be with KelseyCare!!!

Dr. McCord is probably the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is the pediatrician for my 2 month old. When my baby got sick, Dr. McCord went out of her way to call us personally two separate times and ask how the baby was doing. That’s unheard of these days! I’m so happy I found her and can’t wait for my baby to grow up with her being her doctor! She’s very thorough and caring. I’m excited to have a doctor that makes us feel comfortable so our baby won’t be afraid of going to the doctor as she gets older.

I had the best experience with Dr. Nguyen. She cares about your concerns as a parent and provides helpful feedback. Her bedside manner is excellent. You can see that she loves children and loves what she does. As a new mother, I appreciate the helpful guidance and knowledge that she provides. She was very interactive with my son and made sure he was at ease the entire visit. The office staff is very friendly. I am completely satisfied with the provider. With Dr. Nguyen, your child is in good care.

Staff is considerate, polite and very helpful. I felt understood and had my needs catered. I had a one stop shopping experience with them having basic equipment available onsite. Great staff, great service, until my bill comes- highly recommend :)

Dr. Li was friendly, approachable and upbeat. She answered my questions and concerns. She also read my chart and knew my condition and administered the right treatment needed for me. If I lived in the area I would choose her as a PCP.

Dr. Shah is prompt and kind. He makes sure to check all areas of my care and ask me about any concerns I might have. I get feedback from test and my other areas of my care in terms I can understand.

Dr . Meghji is family , not just my primary care physician. He takes very good care of me and gives his honest advice on how to maintain my health . I am turning 60 and I am very anxious about my health because of getting older and family history . He ordered the necessary labs and radiology test for me . He also gave me advice on weight management to control my cholesterol and diet . Thank you Dr . Meghji for taking good care of me

I had an appointment today at 10:45. I arrived on time and everything went well at first. When I was called in from the waiting room and brought into a patient room, I was told that I had multiple issues listed (6 or 7), and since my appointment was only 15 minutes long, the doctor would only be able to address 2 of them. I was completely taken back by this. The nurse then proceeded to tell me to pick 2 of the issues that are currently bothering me the most out of the 6 or 7 that I had listed when I scheduled the appointment. I was completely appalled that I was so little of a priority for Kelsey Seybold that I was only allotted a measly 15 minutes and a maximum of 2 issues to address. Does Kelsey Seybold not take into consideration how this policy makes patients feel? I felt completely embarrassed that I came here thinking I would leave with some type of information regarding my strange symptoms/ailments. I was so offended by this that right then and there I told the nurse not to waste her time, and that I would be leaving and giving my business to a different (better) healthcare provider that actually values their patients. I was prepared to wait because that seems to be the growing trend of late appointments with everyone these days. I was pleasantly surprised when the receptionist called me very quickly. I only waited a few minutes and was called before my appointment time. The nurse, Heidi, was very friendly and took great care of me and had a great personality. Dr Shah then came in before I could even get my phone out to do some reading. He was very thorough and asked a great question at the end. Is there anything else I can help you with? I thought wow and I smiled the entire way through my time at the clinic. I finished and was heading to the laboratory and the receptionist smiled and told me to have a great day. I arrived at the laboratory and the experience continued. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. I waited for just a few minutes and was called in for blood work. While waiting the receptionist was outstanding helping the other patients checking in. She never said no to anything and even stood up to open the door for a patient. The lab tech was just as friendly and professional and joked with me as she drew blood with zero needle pain. Very impressive performance by everyone and an extreme breath of fresh air. Everyone today came to work to do their best and not just to clock in. Thank You for helping me start the day this way…

Has been my primary care physician for many years. He has continued to handle my medical care with ease and compassion. I will continue to keep him as my doctor for the foreseeable future. He's been an excellent physician

Personally, I like the Vintage location of Kelsey Seybold. I see two of my favorite doctors at that location, Dr. Albuquerque and Dr. Marzbani. I saw Dr. Marzbani today and my wait time was a bit excessive after they put me into the exam room, but she was treating another patient who needed her much more than I did. I was there for a follow up. Another day that could have been me and I know she would have spent whatever time was needed.

I saw Dr. Kaur today and she is so personable and concern of your health. Always goes beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Her staff is also very caring.

Dr. Kaur is the best!!! My health is going in the right direction because of her. The way she cares is amazing! I just love me some Dr. Kaur and no one can change it!!!

My experience at the Vintage location is always great. Dr. Kaur is a great listener, and Doctor. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. I enjoy my visits.

Waste of time, 1 1/2 hour wait in exam room, only for MD to say that she can't fully address my concerns because she is there only to help out and teach. I wish I would've known that prior to making what I thought was a real appointment with a Dr. that could've helped me or even suggested that I rescheduled to get my concerns fully evaluated with a Dr. that was a stable Physician there. 2 hour total time spent away from my medical office that I manage. But, was able to take back advice to my staff and Physicians on what quality care does not look like. Appt. now re-made with another Internist outside of Kelsey.

The level of great customer focus of all the staff at any of the clinic locations I frequent is very impressive. Of course, the high standard of care, compassion and attentiveness the doctor’s all exhibit is also exceptional.

The cardio dept staff are excellent, very efficient, caring, patient, respectful, kind . They deserve a bug raise and bug bonus Nurse Debby, and the man nurse and front desk lady wonderful professional respectful, talented caring staff. They make the place great, smooth sailing and keep it flowing very well. Without them 4 get it. I don't see things going God without them. I can tell they are the back bones, nails; tools of the place. Everytime my mom & I come here, they make us feel relaxed and cared for. Kelsey-Seybold is the most crooked medical provider that I’ve ever run into and I have no idea how they haven’t been sued for fraud yet. My wife started going here when she got pregnant and before she ever stepped foot in there, they took our insurance information and told us we would owe $2665.70 after insurance paid their part for “Childbirth and Related Care”, so we paid 5 payments of $533.14 over the course of her pregnancy. After it was all said and done, our bill was $8,609.00, insurance paid $6,476.43, which left us only owing $2,132.57. Since we had already paid $2,665.70, they should have refunded us $533.14 which is similar to what happened with my wife’s first pregnancy through a different provider. Instead, they decided AFTER THE FACT, to say some of her pregnancy check up visits were not “Childbirth and Related Care”, apply some of the money we paid towards these made up charges, and then actually have the nerve to send us a bill for $155.27! My wife has never been to Kelsey-Seybold for anything other than her pregnancy, which we paid and agreed upon amount for, which turned out to be more than we actually should have paid, and yet they blatantly just reclassified that care so they could charge us more money. It took hours and hours of phone calls just for us to figure out what they had done, so I can’t even imagine how many people have been ripped off in a similar manner and just paid the bill. Since this process started, we’ve heard similar stories from family and friends that also had a nightmare experience with them, so no one in my family will ever go to a Kelsey-Seybold facility again, and I would suggest everyone else stay away as well. I look forward to the class-action lawsuit that inevitably comes their way.

If your Healthcare doesn't treat you like a family member, but rather, like an insurance policy number, get someone else. Look for Dr John. She is the 👌 best of all.

Came here twice for a biopsy within a week. First time stayed in a room naked for almost an hr. Was looked at but no biopsy. Biopsy rescheduled. Second time never made it out of the lobby. My health may not be important to y'all but it is to me. I want both copays back. I thought I found a network/clinic where I can see any type of doctor at one place instead of going all around the city. I was wrong.

My mom received a shingles vaccine from this location today. Everyone behind the counter was unfriendly. It’s surprising because you get better service from the other Kelsey staff. Next time we will go to Walgreens for her vaccination needs.

All 4 of my children see her she amazing. The passion she has for her clients is beautiful!! Our family loves her.

Made appointment, arrived, had a 3 minute wait time before being called in, doctor listen very carefully about my health issue, checked me, prescribed the right medication, and I was out in a blink of an eye. And that my people is how it's supposed to be when you have an appointment at a certain time not wait a full hour before being called in I definitely recommend Kelsey Seybold Clinic

Dra Shaw, he really cares about my health concerns! Explains in detail my health condition, follows promptly with my lab report. I can tell he embraces his career! We need more Doctors like him! He was able to give me a better prescription for my High Blood pressure, thyroid issues are under control, I already recommended my three of my sisters under his care! They all have their first appointment!

Dr. Shah listens and does not judge. He is the first doctor I’ve ever visited who really cares and has honest discussions about my health and what to do to make things better.

I like that Dr. Shah spends time with his patients and really listens. I don't feel rushed. It's great that Kelsey Seybold is a one stop shop. Lab, x-rays, etc are all done at the same location.

I had some concerns regarding some lingering symptoms (cough and shortness of breath) after recovering from covid-19, Appointment was scheduled immediately virtually. During the call Dr. Shah, asked questions, was informative, kind, straight forward, understanding and very helpful. X-rays were done and got fast and fortunately good results from Dr.Shah. Overall, I like the immediate actions that were taken.

Dr. Kaur is such a breath of fresh air. Her warm personality and ability to listen makes coming into the office a treat. She makes me feel comfortable and heard and always addresses my issues fully.

He helped with a problem I was having getting .me to dialysis by ordering a wheel chair. I got stuck in a vehicle Kelsey Transportation provided and wound up on the pavement. I will be able to ride in a van with the wheel chair. Thank You

Dr. Mihir Shah provided me with excellent service. This was my first time meeting Dr. Shah after a hospital visit. And he provided me with exquisite care. I would recommend Dr. Shah to my family and friends. I absolutely love Kelsey Seybold clinic. I've been a member since 1988.

For general maintenance where you're sure all is well, this place is okay. If you have an actual concern, this is not the place to go. Although they're kind, there's very little follow up and no effort made to resolve health issues the patient has. I spent 3 weeks messing with these folks with no resolution. I made one visit outside of Kelsey Seybold and my issue began to resolve within days. Do not waste your time or money here.

The doctor did not seem knowledgeable or did he seem too concerned about my issues or concerns . I was in pain and he suggested I go to an urgent care if I really wanted to know what wrong because hey had no X-ray machines available. The black lady at the front door who checks temperatures was very rude & unprofessional. I would not recommend

The doctors here are amazing. The hospital is the problem. The billing department has no idea what they are doing. The coding is almost always incorrect. They attempt to get you to double pay for charges and services that they can not show you. You somehow have 2 accounts for one person.They have this 'other account' that you have no access to...can not see the balance for, the payments made to this account but demand a payment for it. While also demanding you set up a payment plan for the other account. i would not recommend ANY kelsey-seybold associated clinic or hospital to anyone. Save your time, money, and mind.

Dr. Marie Maurice is very knowledgeable in Dermatology and in my opinion has mastered her craft. DR. Marie is very kind, compassionate, and easy to understand.

Dr. Ali is an Amazing person, she is very patient and caring.

She is attentive and ask questions. As far as I am concerned, she is a great doctor.

First time seeing Dr. Marie Maurice. She was great with my daughter and very interested in my concerns. I had heard she was great with kids and has over 20+ years of experience so I was excited to see her. So glad we did. Made us feel comfortable and confident in results.

Dr Shelly Li is very knowledgeable. She has a fantastic way of communicating with patients. She is very thorough and thoughtful with her diagnosis and explains things in simple terms. So glad I chose her!

Dr. Ali takes the time to discuss and review health issues with you. She makes thoughtful recommendations and listens to your concerns. I think she is approachable and personable. She's been good at coordinating care and following up.

Dr. Maurice has been our Dermatologist for many years. She's like a family friend to us. She's very knowledgeable and professional, while at the same time friendly and easy to talk to. She was a huge support (as a doctor and as a friend) to us when my husband was diagnosed with a rare melanoma a few years ago.

I recommend her to all my friends and family. Also, anyone looking for a great Physician.
