    I have to say this may be a long review but notice it's five stars! I have purchased 5 pair of glasses from the Snellville location it is affordable and nice frames for the family. But the review was almost a 2 as they lost my son order or so it appeared, when my husband went to pick them up after we were notified by email, it was almost a month. When I returned with invoice and the guy over heard me and explained what happened along with apologies. The manager offers me an additional pair of frames for $50! Prior to the confusion with my son's order customer service was excellent, frame selection was excellent, we were happy. The effort to address the error is why I would return and I took advantage of $50 and decided to purchases contacts too. I highly recommend Eyelab Snellville for stylish frames, affordable prices and great customer service!

    They provide terrible service. I purchased glasses for myself before here, and they were terrible quality... The frames snapped THREE TIMES, (they never fell, they simply cracked all three times. They would CREAK if I even touched them.) All three times, I had to take time off work in order to go in to get them repaired. Twice, I had to go back to my old prescription while they were fixed, which was terrible for my eyes. Eventually, they tell me "the lenses were too thick for the frames" so I had to purchase new ones. I had to pay for new frames because they never thought to bring this up before. When it came time to buy my brothers glasses, they had advertised a low price on the eye exams, so I planned to just get them an eye exam and order glasses online. And when I went to pay, the eye exams were TWICE the price I was quoted on over the phone. I then was sweet talked into buying glasses from them, saying they would give me a better deal than what I could find online. In total, I spent twice what my budget was. After a few months, one of my brother's glasses broke. I took them to get them repaired on 9/30/19, and was asked to pay for the replacement frames ahead of time, which I did. They told me the new frames would be back in in about two weeks. However, after a couple months, I had called several times, and they frames had still not arrived. They kept giving excuses: they were "delayed, just a couple more days, we'll reorder them and rush the order". After a couple more weeks, one of the managers "assisted" me and even gave me her phone number so she can look into it. She never replied to my text. It has been EIGHT MONTHS and my brothers have still had to use taped glasses because they cannot see! And they have not called, or texted, or emailed me. Terrible service. Definitely not worth your time or money.

    I had a good experience at my eyelab of snellville. Chad was very helpful in filling my prescription and getting me both pair of glasses. I would recommend my eyelab to anyone who would ask.

    Finally broke down and realized I was blind as a bat! Came to Eyelab and Suhiel and Heather made my visit so comfortable. I laughed and smiled the entire time. Can't wait to get my sexy on with my new glasses. Awesome work guys!!

    My mom and I both had the best experience at Stanton Optical! The employees were both welcoming and supportive as soon as we stepped foot in the store! Ms. Bonnie and Ms. Barbara both helped me and my mother look for glasses and Ophelia at the front desk assisted us with any questions we had! Will definitely come back here for my next appointment!

    First time to this place and experience a hybrid eye exam. I loved the experience. The manager Brandon, provided first class customer service making sure taking care of all the customers. The entire team is very friendly and thorough. I would definitely recommend this place for the eye care!

    I called in order to find out if my Insurance was accepted on this facility, the person answering the phone told me the only way to find out was going, I told him I needed to know before going, which is what I always do with every single appointment, I did not want to loose my day in case they did not accept my Insurance, and he hang up on me. I guess he did not like thew fact that I wanted to know before making an appointment, because if you are there already, and your insurance is not accepted, you will pay in order to not loose your time. This is not good business.

    Due to the pandemic my money was really low and my son broke his glasses. I came to get his glasses fixed my own they fixed as glasses I was able to purchase another pair of glasses which is so excited to where.this store was very friendly they greeted me when I first arrived with my kids, great customer service, an awesome sale.

    It was my fault I should have known better. When I was told that if I did the payment plan it would discounted and it would be cheaper that way. I should have known it was a trap. Also, I have never in all my years of wearing glasses have I ever paid $600.00 for lenses (the frames were only $19.00). I know I have bad eyes but really?!?!?!?! I know not to go there again and will find some place else to go.

    The store is super clean and organized. Display boards are fully stocked! Staff was efficient and friendly and attended to me in a timely manner. The selection was beyond anything I could have imagined. I walked outside and could see the costumes inside of Party City across the street! 😂 Seriously, I’ll never go to another eye glass store.

    I’ve had some not so great experiences here I’ve had to come back 3 times because of some issues, but there is a short black guy there and a lady with piercings that were super amazing. I really wish I would have gotten the guys name because he was amazing I knew he was going to fix my problem with my glasses and he sure did. The lady was super nice and personable while I waited. If the company reads these reviews please keep these 2 on staff!!! Keep reading for the update… So update they have gotten my glasses prescription incorrect 3 times now. I still don’t have any glasses and cannot see properly. If you need to get your prescription done right and more bang for your buck, do not come here. Also the turn around time to get your glasses back is immensely ridiculous. I wanted to really leave a great review but this is ridiculous now and I’m so disappointed. The doctors they have tweaking your prescription have such thick accents it’s hard to understand. Also the manager there she’s atrocious, I remember her from my first experience and I had to deal with her then and I have no choice to have to deal with her now. Literally making this experience worse. I would not recommend and if I had different insurance and didn’t already invest 300 on glasses that were supposed to be done correctly (did I mention they were supposed to have transitions as well but they do not) I would not come here again. Once they get it right I will never return. It’s a shame I really did like those 2 employees.

    Went here after being turned down as a walk-in at VisionWorks. All the staff were absolutely pleasant, professional and the place had great vibes. Brandon was an absolute pleasure to speak to. He got my daughter and I into great looking glasses and gave us their absolute great deal on the cost of it all. We will definitely be returning and keep this as our place to go to from now on. Thank you Brandon for such a great experience and help with the difficult decisions of picking out our frames. We’ll be back!

    Excellent Customer Service from start to finish! We called and scheduled an appointment. We were able to get a same day appointment and walked right in on time. They have a new high tech exam process which was nice. Brandon assisted us with so much care and patience. He explained everything to us was friendly and helpful in every way possible. The other workers engaged with us and were so pleasant. I recommended this location if you need glasses and or a prescription.

    We came in as a walk-in on a Saturday morning due to the reviews. The reviews did not disappoint everyone was super nice! Brandon was amazing. His energy not only was comforting but his professionalism was outstanding. Telisha helped us get checked out and she was very informative and helpful. I would highly recommend Eyelab.     My eyelab is the BEST!!! I am so happy with the service I received yesterday and today at my eyelab in Snellville!!! Heather and Brandon were SUPER sweet and helpful.     My husband and I needed new glasses and being new to the area, we thought we would try going to Stanton Optical. Marcy greeted as at the door and was very helpful. She helped me pick out frames and helped me with the right lenses. Marcy was new to Stanton, having been an optician for 15+ years elsewhere. Ophelia was assisting Marcy with learning the computer system and making sure that everything was entered correctly. During this time, my husband had his eye exam. As I finished my order, he received help from the ladies to select the right frames. Our stop here was very productive, and we left feeling like we had made new friends. Customer service was excellent!

    I had the best time here! For years I went to Vision Works but decided to come here today. Amazed by the modern technology here and the selection of frames! My salesperson Brandon was amazing! Very professional and so friendly! He made the process fun! He was able to provide me with a great deal! With being a progressive wearer, I was able to get 2 pair that I was happy with for my budget!     From the eye exam to picking out glasses, the entire process was easy. The staff was great! They were more than willing to explain anything that was confusing, and answered any questions I had. As a result, I left with a better understanding of my eye sight and everything that goes into my glasses. Plus, I'm a pretty indecisive person so they shared their opinions after every pair I modeled. We were able to narrow it down to two pairs that I really love! Overall, the staff was super kind and funny, and it was a fun experience.

    Great experience! I broke the frames on the only pair I had and they took the lenses and were able to put them in another pair of frames so I could see until I got my new glasses!! I’m on the computer all day and I’d be dead in the water if I didn’t have my “eyes”!! The whole experience was great, from exam to ordering, and the staff members were so friendly. Will definitely be a repeat customer for my future needs!

    Telisha and the staff was wonderful! i had some issues with insurance but they were patient to make sure we got it all worked out!! I enjoyed my first visit with them and will be back! Patrick was also very helpful when doing my exam to assure everything was comfortable and okay when it came to the machines. I really enjoyed the virtual doctor, she took her time and if i had any questions she would stop and answer them. The entire staff at My Eyelab in Snellvile was wonderful & fun to be around!

    From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I was in for a special experience, and from the beginning to the end it surpassed my initial expectation. Artis welcomed me and thank me for coming and then he and Telisha teamed up to make sure all of my needs were met. The eyewear selection was great, and the attention to detail and customer service was unlike anything I have ever experienced. Needless to say, I am a My Eyelab customer for life.

    The people who work in the front are great and I enjoy their customer service, but my experience here as a whole was bad. I know they do great work for some people but every aspect of my experience was awful, other than the nice people that work there. Most recently, I got a text that my glasses were ready for pickup so I used my lunch break to go get them but they weren't there. They told me that my glasses were ready for pickup when they hadn't even been delivered yet. A year ago I came here for my first pair of glasses. I've never had them before so I was trusting them to take care of me. Not only did my glasses get delivered incorrectly twice (I went nearly 5 weeks from the time of my appointment until I went home with a pair of glasses) I didn't find out until a year later that they didn't give me blue light filters- my astigmatism and working at a computer are the main reasons for needing glasses and they didn't even SUGGEST a blue light filter. They didn't suggest sunglasses either- I also found out a year later that my light sensitivity is super high. Additionally, I went back two times over the period of a couple of months, telling them that I was still having problems and it didn't feel right. I'm guessing this is from the lack of blue light filter... They redid my vision test twice and came up with different prescriptions each time, which I kept for my records. I eventually gave up on trying to figure it out and chalked it up to my inexperience. A real eye doctor recently informed me that they gave me the wrong prescription every time.

    My visit to the EyeLab was great. They are truly professional. The coordinator, Jennifer was very professional and knowledgeable of her job.     I went into Eyelab for the first time with no appointment, and had a wonderful experience. Bob, Chad, and the other team members were great. I was unsure of the style of glasses that I wanted, but Bob assisted me in finding the perfect pair. They have endless options at affordable prices. I would definitely go back.

    They sold me eyeglasses I can't see in and refused to remake them or give me my money back. If you have problems with them report them to the BBB. They will put an Indian lady on the phone who keeps saying she doesn't know what to do when you explain the situation to her. This place is a scam. Now I'm forced to get an attorney involved.

    I absolutely loved my experience here at the Scenic Hwy Eyelab location! This facility was very clean. They practiced all of the Covid 19 sanitizing guidelines. My appointment was timely and all of the staff were very supportive! They provided a warm caring environment. This was my first time getting contact lenses and my doctor was very patient and adamant about teaching me how to insert them. She went above and beyond to assist me with my color choices and eyeglass selection. I’m very satisfied and you will be too!

    I visited The My Eye Lab Snellville Location on Saturday 08/08/2020 for an Eye Examination a 3 New Pair of Glasses,taking advantage of the Special Deal of buy one get one get one free and the third at a 60% discount. I was attended to by a team of very professional and courteous staff led by Darice. The service was very timely and prompt.It was a great experience.

    We found EyeLab after a horrible experience at another place. We were greeted immediately and taken right to the back to start our test. After the test were done we met with Darcie who helped us the rest of the time. She was so kind and helpful and she went so far above and beyond what she had to do to help us. We also met the manager I believe his name is Bob, he was so quick to help my husband find the frames that he needed for work. 10/10 will recommend these guys to everyone and they now have 2 customers for life!

    I wish there was a 3 1/2 star option, because honestly, this wasn’t all bad, but it wasn’t great. Pros: very friendly staff, walk in appointments, affordable cost. My toddler destroyed my glasses and I needed a new pair ASAP so I walked in here and everyone was really helpful and accommodating. Even with my issues listed below, the staff tried to help me the whole way. Cons: the optometrist was virtual and on a screen, and truthfully it gave me a lack of confidence in the accuracy, but I let it slide as we’re in the age of COVID. My prescription was messed up and my appointment either at the end of February or beginning of March I JUST got my glasses this week….in June. Two weeks after my appointment I came in for my first pair of glasses: the prescription was wrong and I couldn’t see out of my glasses. I had my eyes rechecked for free, the staff loaned me a new frame to put my old lenses in (since they were falling to pieces due to my toddler), and I left. Two more weeks went by, I got a text that my re-order was ready. I tried on the new pair, and low and behold, the prescription was wrong again. Apparently the manufacturer used the first prescription again instead of the re-ordered one. Week six I get my SECOND reorder in. The prescription still feels a little off, I have trouble reading street signs, but at this point I’m not about to do this all over again. So I accept my first pair and they send my second pair off to be ordered. Week TEN I now have the two pairs of glasses that I paid for. The prescription feels a *hair* off, but I can deal with it. I was told my transition lenses would transition even while driving (which was the selling point for me buying the transition upgrade) and unfortunately this is inaccurate, although they do transistion when I’m outdoors so they aren’t totally ineffective. I most likely will not be back, but I don’t blame this store and my experience was probably a fluke. The staff at the store was wonderful, they were helpful and smiling and I had no problem with the cost. But 3 months for two pairs of glasses is a little ridiculous and it comes down to a processing center issue, NOT the store in Snellville themselves.

    I'll never ever ever use Eyelab again! I said this in February of this year (pre-COVID) when I had to wait 6 WEEKS for a pair of glasses that I was told would take 7-10 business days. But, after trying to give them a second chance last week, I will absolutely NEVER come here again! Last week, on September 18th, I went into the Snellville, GA location to get my frames repaired. They informed me that they couldn't repair them and that I would have to pay money to replace them. I informed the young lady that I should have a credit in the system from the horrific experience that I had with Eyelab in February of this year. She said she didn't see anything in her system. So, I paid $25.80 to replace my frames. She was also nice enough to grab some frames off of the wall and pop my lenses into them so that I would have something while I waited for my new frames to arrive. I appreciated that. While I was there, I also decided to buy a backup pair of glasses just so I wouldn't be stuck without glasses in the future should my glasses ever break again. So, in this separate transaction, I paid $145 for a new pair of glasses. Once again, she says there is no credit in the system from February for this new pair of glasses. After receiving a message to come pick up my glasses, I go to Eyelab and end up having another issue. The glasses that I paid $145 for are there. But, the frames that I originally went in for and paid $25.80 for are nowhere to be found. I'm then told that the transaction for the replacement frames is nowhere in the system. So, they say they're going to try to pull frames from another store or something but they're acting like they're doing me a favor. I PAID for this! I don't understand why I keep having these issues with Eyelab but it's exhausting and I consistently feel like my patronage is not valued.

    Good morning my name is Davin Rae Brown, and I had the good fortune of coming to the Snellville site on 09/24/2020. Being a retired US Marine, I believe I may be a pretty good person to assess other people. Kudos to your hiring person and your employee trainer. I had the most pleasant experience at your location due to the service I received from your entire staff and a extra big ovation for your employees Danice and Sehar who helped me through the whole process and saved me money.     After finding a gap in my crazy travel schedule I decided to finally get my eye exam done. I scheduled an appointment with another provider but decided to see if My Eyelab could see me sooner and they could. I went right to their website and got an appointment within minutes! Ms. Darice was professional and prompt in explaining what I should expect during my visit. I explained that I would need my glasses shipped and she told me not to worry. What stands out the most about this place is how EVERYONE was willing to help me find the perfect frame! Exam was quick and painless. Kudos to Bob, John and Cheris for all being patient,professional and personable. I'm glad I took a chance on a new business and will be back! Thanks guys! Please continue to be the VERY BEST part of My Eyelab!

    The staff was friendly and family-oriented. They know how to make you feel right at home. The Doctor was okay. She seems very annoyed during the exam.

    Everyone was awesome here from the time I walked in I greet by Everyone. I wasn't in the office long. They are very helpful, professional, extremely knowledgeable and nice. I applaud Sehar and Ayla. Go get you some new Eyewear!

    I was so pleased with the care from start to finish, that I received at the Snellville store. The staff is welcoming and I was taken care of in a timely manner. I was able to purchase 3 pairs at a a reasonable price. Thank you MyEyelab for a great experience!

    Worst customer service, they told me the glasses would arrive in 5 days and 2 weeks passed and I had to call them to find out. The lady on the phone told me that they do not have them but they will receive them that day but I supposed to receive a call , text and email to confirmed that I can pick them up. I never received call, text or email. 3 more days passed and nothing, I called them again and the lady on the phone told me that the glasses arrived . I went to get them but the people there seem that they had a bad day or something because they just stared at me and they don't welcomed me , I told the lady that I came to pick my glasses she grab them and went to the back , while she went to the back I went to the car and the guy and the other lady kept looking at me like if I would steal or something and they seemed mad because I opened the door ( is not my problem that the door make a horrible sound when you open or close it) well I honestly did not feel good on the place and I will not spend more money there I don't care if they have good prices or free exams I really don't care, plus the glasses are to tight and the metal damage.
