They
provide
terrible
service.
I
purchased
glasses
for
myself
before
here,
and
they
were
terrible
quality...
The
frames
snapped
THREE
TIMES,
(they
never
fell,
they
simply
cracked
all
three
times.
They
would
CREAK
if
I
even
touched
them.)
All
three
times,
I
had
to
take
time
off
work
in
order
to
go
in
to
get
them
repaired.
Twice,
I
had
to
go
back
to
my
old
prescription
while
they
were
fixed,
which
was
terrible
for
my
eyes.
Eventually,
they
tell
me
"the
lenses
were
too
thick
for
the
frames"
so
I
had
to
purchase
new
ones.
I
had
to
pay
for
new
frames
because
they
never
thought
to
bring
this
up
before.
When
it
came
time
to
buy
my
brothers
glasses,
they
had
advertised
a
low
price
on
the
eye
exams,
so
I
planned
to
just
get
them
an
eye
exam
and
order
glasses
online.
And
when
I
went
to
pay,
the
eye
exams
were
TWICE
the
price
I
was
quoted
on
over
the
phone.
I
then
was
sweet
talked
into
buying
glasses
from
them,
saying
they
would
give
me
a
better
deal
than
what
I
could
find
online.
In
total,
I
spent
twice
what
my
budget
was.
After
a
few
months,
one
of
my
brother's
glasses
broke.
I
took
them
to
get
them
repaired
on
9/30/19,
and
was
asked
to
pay
for
the
replacement
frames
ahead
of
time,
which
I
did.
They
told
me
the
new
frames
would
be
back
in
in
about
two
weeks.
However,
after
a
couple
months,
I
had
called
several
times,
and
they
frames
had
still
not
arrived.
They
kept
giving
excuses:
they
were
"delayed,
just
a
couple
more
days,
we'll
reorder
them
and
rush
the
order".
After
a
couple
more
weeks,
one
of
the
managers
"assisted"
me
and
even
gave
me
her
phone
number
so
she
can
look
into
it.
She
never
replied
to
my
text.
It
has
been
EIGHT
MONTHS
and
my
brothers
have
still
had
to
use
taped
glasses
because
they
cannot
see!
And
they
have
not
called,
or
texted,
or
emailed
me.
Terrible
service.
Definitely
not
worth
your
time
or
money.
