LIFE CHANGER! My 12 year old girl had been struggling with her homework and preparing for tests. Our nights consisted of frustration, from my wife and I, and tears from my daughter. For me, it was heartbreaking, because I could identify with her struggles. My wife had mentioned LearningRx, so we decided to schedule a consultation. Instantly I was amazed with the activity and energy of the teaching stations. When we met with our counselor, he immediately assured my girl that there was nothing wrong with her. He told her that they were going recalibrate her brain to work more efficiently by finding her strong areas and using them to build on her weaker areas. My jaw hit the floor as he shared techniques and explained the processes. I was sold. Right then and there, I was committed to see this through. We signed up for the 6 months, 6 hours a week program. I expected there to be push back from my daughter, but there was none. She said that she felt like they weren't "teaching" her anything and that it was like they were playing games and puzzles. I thought to myself, BRILLIANT! The classes ran all through summer and spilled into the next school year. Guess what, there wasn't any stress with homework or tests. As a matter of fact, she was able to complete her homework at school! Our family time was saved! After completing the course, my daughter is now a member of the honor society, a straight A student and for December, she was student of the month for 8th grade Shakopee! We are so grateful to the entire Savage, LearningRx team. My daughter's academic future has been directed to a path of continued excellence. I truly wish every child had the opportunity to have LearningRx work with them. My daughter not only has better grades, but she has been given confidence as she becomes a young woman and chases her ever evolving career path. If you love your child, you need to make this happen. IT'S A LIFE CHANGER!

We came to Learning Rx Savage at the recommendation of the math tutor for my daughter - who, in 2nd grade, was struggling with basic math concepts. And I will be forever glad we did. The assessment was spot on. The program was lengthy, and since we did some home program, it was challenging at times. But the instructors were amazing and guided us every step of the way. Brad was very insightful and diligent coach. We started seeing clear results after 3-4 months. In fact. my daughter commented during math homework one day, "I am so glad I have started easier math now' (it was of course more challenging, but so easy for her). She went from being a struggling student to the gifted program in her class within a year. But the greatest gift from Learning Rx was not the academic success - but the fact that she now enjoys learning, and has tools to tackle new problems, as well as the confidence to do so.

Learning RX helped our daughter gain confidence in all areas of learning. She pulled out of a huge learning deficit. We are very happy with the results. Her trainers were super friendly and helpful through the process.

My child tested very low in the brain processing area which wasn't surprising as every task took a long time to accomplish. After 5 months of going to LearningRx 3x a week, my child's self esteem greatly improved as high school assignments were not as soul crushing as they once had been. Post test also showed remarkable improvement. Very well worth the investment! Thank you LearningRX and Christa!

My son was a student at Learning RX. His teacher Hailey was an amazing teacher. She was very patient with him. All the staff there are great and nice people. I couldn’t be any happier to know my son was in good hands as he was learning. I highly recommend Learning RX if your child is struggling in reading.

We love LearningRx. My 8 year old daughter struggled with ADHD and self confidence. The change I have seen in her is nothing short of phenomenal. She is so happy when she knows she is going to RX and happier when she leaves each session. The encouragement she receives from her teacher and from Brad the manager of the Savage location is exactly what she needed. I have spoken to the owner Rich on multiple occasions and I can tell that he cares and truly believes in what he does and makes a difference in lives. Thank you to LearningRx and the staff for everything they do.

We had just started the LearningRx program for my 3rd grader, who was below grade level in reading, when MN enacted the “stay at home” order and moved to distance learning. LearningRx adapted wonderfully and continued his one-one-one training remotely, until they were able to return to in-person training with new safety measures. During his LearningRx program, my son was able to improve his reading skills with training that targeted his memory, processing speed and visual and auditory processing. Before LearningRx, reading was a struggle. He resisted practicing no matter what kind of book we put in front of him, which led to arguments and frustration. He now reads bedtime stories to his younger siblings, and can read his OWN instructions when given a distance learning assignment - hallelujah! We are all doing the best we can with distance and hybrid learning, but I know that my child’s reading would not have improved with school alone. I am thrilled we have been able to get at the root cause of WHY he was struggling with reading and enable him to be successful moving forward. LearningRx is a commitment, but I would do it again without hesitation because reading is such a critical life skill. The independence he has now is priceless. Everyone at LearningRx was invested in his success, and our family is so grateful for this program.

My son has ODD and although he insisted he did not need any help, the Learning Rx method worked against his will! ha His scores went up across the board and he now recognizes that he truly can do anything he sets his mind to. Thank you Learning Rx, you rock!

Our daughter had a wonderful experience at the Savage LearningRx. We've seen a significant improvement in her desire to read and more importantly in her overall self-confidence. She is willing to try more things and is less likely to give up when things get challenging. She knows she can do hard things! After completing the program her reading scores improved at school and she tested at grade level by an independent assessor in both reading and math. While the intensity of the program is a lot, it was motivating to her and we never had issues getting her to go. Her instructor and all of the staff were very supportive and compassionate towards our daughter and our family and for that we are grateful.

We have only positive things to say about the Savage learning Rx team and program. Our 5 yo son struggled with auditory processing and short term memory. We noticed an increased focus and ability to complete school work after the program. Their team is kind and gifted at unlocking unlimited potential in kids. We’re so grateful!

The staff members at the Savage location are fantastic. We were initially hesitant to sign up both our boys for the program, but after sitting down and discussing the details they showed us how it works and the data behind the improvements. Additionally, due to COVID 19 we started the distance learning at home and for multiple weeks I was listening from another room and am shocked at what my boys are doing at there ages (8 and 10). The things that the mind can do if given the correct training is amazing. I also appreciate the hard work and patience the one-on-one trainers have. We have nothing but compliments for the staff in Savage.

LearningRX was the best decision for our child. While many people recommend medications or tutoring, they don’t understand that the root cause may be something completely different. I was fortunate to have met the owner years prior and remember his business when my son was having challenges. Within 9 months my son’s self confidence and ability to learn improved 100%. The supportive environment and staff made all the difference. Would highly recommend for anyone whose child may be having issues learning.

We have made so much progress for Maddie this year at LearningRx! Before we came to LearningRx she struggled to read words longer than one or two syllables, and was so discouraged at school. With more and more reading required at school we were at a loss with how to help her. Homework was taking hours everyday, with nearly constant parent supervision needed. The teachers at school were kind, and had tons of suggestions, but there was just no way they could modify things enough to help her make progress. We are three fourths of the way through her training, and we are so happy with the progress! She is reading, with ease, at grade level! Homework is way less of a chore, with her ability to self motivate, now that she knows she can do it, if she tries, since she's had so much success at LearningRx, and so much positive feedback from her trainer, Kelsey. We are so grateful for LearningRx.

LearningRx Savage was the best decision we made for our son!! He was diagnosed with ADD and I did not want to medicate him unless is was a last resort. We decided to try LearningRx and are so glad that we did. Our trainer Kelsey has been the perfect match for our son. She challenges him and provides a positive environment for learning. She is reliable and accommodating. The whole team at LearningRx Savage has been phenomenal. Everyone there has played a role in creating a trulystellar experience. Thank you!!

Our son, Richard struggled with reading, writing and spelling. We decided to get him assessed at Learning Rx to get targeted support instead of waiting for weeks of interventions at his school. After 4 months we saw a change in his love for reading. We couldn’t get him to put down a book. Now, as a 5th grader he has surpassed the reading goals he set for himself, his writing and spelling have improved and he is more confident in his school work.

We are very thankful for Brad and Learning RX staff! My son had made his way through nearly all of high school with very poor reading comprehension. Brad helped him with his reading comprehension skills and so much more. He gained confidence in his reading ability, performed better on his tests, and actually began to read books for enjoyment! We know the skills learned will greatly help our son succeed in college as well! Thank you Brad and Learning RX staff!!

LearningRX's program along with great support from the school helped my son go from a Kindergarten Reading Level to Second Grade Level in 6 months. He struggled with PDD, ADHD, and Dyslexia. LearningRX not only built new neural pathways to address root causes to his learning issues, but it gave him a feeling of accomplishment which motivated him to work hard in all areas. He just graduated from Eastview High School with honors, played varsity sports with big time commitments throughout high school, was accepted with merit awards to all colleges he applied to (seven), and is going to St. Thomas in the fall.

LearningRX made a huge improvement in our son's attitude toward school and studying. Before going thru the program he did not like school, he hated doing his homework, and it was even a struggle trying to help him stay positive about school. After the program...IF he has any homework he usually has it completed on his own before I get home from work..I don't see him get frustrated with his assignments anymore..he has a more positive attitude about everything..he is more confident, more independent, and he doesn't get down on himself. I look at his report card now and see alot of "A's" and I can tell he's proud of them. Absolutely a great program!!

We worried about Kate going on to middle school, high school and beyond. Would she go beyond? Now, going though LearningRx, all of our fears have gone away. She has confidence now and will continue to grow in all aspects of life. She is no longer our shy little girl. She is beaming with confidence and becoming a young woman who is ready to take on the world. Thank you LearningRx!

My son has been going to learning RX for a little over a month. We are already starting to see improvents. His learning Speed and comprehension have increased dramatically. Even his teacher has commented on the increase in his reading literacy. The staff at the Savage location always have a smile on their face and our welcoming to new people. My only regret is that we did not start this program when we first started to notice him I struggling in school three years ago. I look forward to seeing what my son can accomplish once he has completed the entire program.

LIFE CHANGING! We are so glad we made the decision to enroll our 10 year old son in Learning RX. His trainer Monica has been so wonderful with him, and so accommodating with his crazy hockey schedule. He only has a few sessions left, and the results have been amazing! Before he started the program, homework was a struggle every single day! What should have taken about 10 minutes usually took about 2 hours, and the frustration level was through the roof! Now he rarely brings his homework home because he is able to finish it independently at school! He enjoys reading now, and his confidence has also greatly improved! :)

Everyone at LearningRX is positive and encouraging. They believe in your child, and they know exactly what to do to help your child become stronger! In addition to the academic improvement we have seen in two of our children, they also gained a tremendous amount of self-confidence through the connection with their trainers. Thank you so much for changing our kids' lives! Both of our children did a 180 in the classroom. From reading to writing to memory to math skills to confidence, everything improved! LearningRx changed the trajectory of our kids' lives!

Excellent program and an amazing and caring staff. Our daughter went from being super anxious and stressed about school because she always felt behind and lost, to actually being willing to switch schools and is happy to go to school. Her LearningRx program and her wonderful trainer, Karen, helped her strengthen some areas of her mind and bridges some learning/brain function gaps she had to make school feel easier. Her confidence and her willingness to take on hard things is so much higher. Great investment!

Learning Rx is an excellent program. If you are looking for a program that cares for the entire individual rather than teaching a singular skill such as math, reading, etc. this is the program for you! The team at Learning Rx was wonderful to work with. Our great experience started with Rich and that was just the beginning. He listened attentively to our family situation and offered logical explanations for why some of the behaviors I was describing were happening. What he said made sense...it doesn't have to be a mystery. He was thoughtful about selecting the right trainer for my son and offering program choices that fit our family situation. Each day my son was greeted by an enthusiastic and sincere team (as was the rest of my family). The team showed a genuine interest in how my sons day had gone. Brad will always hold a special place in my heart and that of my son as well. He is a skilled trainer and knew how to motivate my son and get the best performance out of him. In addition to his excellent training skills, he demonstrated just how attentive he was to the 'little succeesses' my son had over the year at the gradution ceremony when he had my son's accomplishments written down and it included 50+ things like, didn't argue with parents/sister today, got an A on a test today, learned to blow a bubble today, did homework without being reminded and lots of other successes he had over the year. Learning Rx is a great program and helped us bring out the best qualities in my son. It was the best decision I have made as a parent and I wish I would have done it earlier. We saw improvements in several areas that include homework, school test scores, relationships, self confidence, working independently etc. In addition to making huge gains through the brain training, something I didn't expect was that we'd have a more harmonious home life - the entire family benefited from this experience.

I cannot say enough about the folks at Learning RX and the difference this program can make in the life of a child. We often use what our daughter experienced at Learning RX as a reminder to her and us of what she is capable of doing. Rich is fantastic to work with. I still feel as if he has a genuine interest in my daughter's success. Her Trainer was nothing short of fantastic. She looked forward to going to Learning RX and we feel lucky she was able to go.

I am in my 40's and have struggled with attention, focus and memory for a long time. After hearing so many powerful testimonials from kids and adults who went through the program I decided to get an assessment. The results were in line with what I had been struggling with but knowing that the program could strengthen those areas was encouraging, so I signed up! I had a great experience. My trainer, Karen, was amazing. She was not afraid to push me in the areas that she knew I needed to focus on. Much of the exercises were pretty fun and the ones that were a struggle at first (math!) became easier over time. I just graduated and experienced an increase in my short and long term memory. I find that I can read with more focus, I can organize my thoughts better and I am less anxious when it comes to doing math in my head. I highly recommend the program, take the assessment, you have nothing to lose.

I can't begin to say how much this brain training changed my daughter's life. Before starting the program, she struggled with ADD-type qualities, spelling, processing things slowly, and getting her homework done in a timely fashion (as a 4th grader it took her around 2 hours every night). She has now completed the Learning Rx brain training program recently. We no longer have to sit down by her side to do homework to keep her on task, her spelling has improved, she is SO confident, and her processing speed has improved. This program doesn't magically make you amazing at all the subjects, but rather helps the brain connections and speed of things, and also instills confidence that you can indeed do something! Thank you Brad and Kelsey! You both have been amazing to work with!

Everything and everyone was fabulous! These brain training drills should be a part of every learner’s journey whether a first grader or a college student. Karen, your patience and positivity was just what my daughter needed in a trainer. Thank you!

We are thankful for the brain trainers at LRx! They work so hard with the students and create strong relationships. We have adored our time working with Monica. Our daughter went to LearningRx over three years ago. She was having a difficult time finishing her work in class and was a very slow reader. Her grades were suffering and she forgot about homework that was due or did it, but forgot to turn it in. Several nights a week she would be in tears while struggling through her homework. We heard about LearningRx from my Mother in law and decided to give it a try. We met with Rich, took the assessment test, went over the results and found out where her strengths and weaknesses were. She was then paired up with an instructor and went every day before school for one hour. After 4 weeks we noticed her confidence in decision making was starting to improve and she was proud to share what she was learning with her one on one instructor. After 12 weeks her self confidence was beaming and she was applying the tools she learned at LearningRx to everything, home and at school. Her teacher even noticed the improvement. At the end of 5th grade we compared her report card to the previous year and it was unbelievable. Now our daughter is in 7th grade and getting terrific grades. She is a confident young lady. We are very proud of her and have LearningRx to thank for showing her the direction and giving her the tools that will last a lifetime.

My daughter just graduated from the Learning RX program after just over 6 months. We had a couple rough sessions but the trainers worked hard to help her get through her frustrations. I'm already seeing a change in the way my daughter handles being upset. We're excited to see what the new school year brings this fall!!

My 13 and 16 year old just completed a 16 week program and was worth the commitment. The learning skills that they've gained, I'm confident, will help them stay ahead, on task, and actually enjoy school at a whole new level.. Learning RX helped uncover the areas where they needed extra help. My oldest suffered a severe head injury a few years ago, and just when doctors said that there's nothing else they could do for him, we discovered Learning RX. Every child who has had lasting effects from a concussion should try Learning RX! My son feels relief that the skills he's learned will continue to help him. Both of my kids are really proud of what they've accomplished over the past 4 months. Can't say enough about the professionalism of the trainers! My kids will actually miss them now that they've graduated. So thankful!

I brought my daughter in as a struggling High School student and after just a couple of sessions I started seeing more and more confidence out of her and by the end an overall attitude change on learning, it became fun again. I highly recommend this center to any parent that has a child struggling child at any age. My daughter had an IEP for years and was still struggling until this center came into our lives and totally transformed her. I urge you to check it out.

Our 10 year old son was struggling with reading and was defeated before starting his schoolwork thinking it was more than he could handle, the pages were too many or too long. He had worked with a Language Specialist that helped some, yet he continued to fall further behind in reading and had a lot of difficulty with testing. Up to this point we thought if we just worked really hard and he continued to mature, things would finally click. Last fall we had him assessed at LearningRx-Savage. The results were all the same as the language specialist, but the plan was different this time. After a few weeks and months we started to notice changes in our son: He was better understanding conversations within our family and participating in them more, he snuck off to take naps less, his confidence and catching on in piano and sports was noticeable, he was taking more initiative in chores at home, and no longer made a big sigh when starting his schoolwork (overall less frustrated). Of course his reading was slowly improving as well. The changes were significant enough that we decided to enroll our 16 year old as well. We had plans for him to begin PSEO (college courses jr and sr. year of high school) the next fall and felt like this would really help him in listening and processing what the professors were saying more rapidly, and overall benefit him in the years to come. It is now next fall and he is taking a full load of credits at a local junior college and doing well. LearningRX staff did a fabulous job matching our kids up with the best trainers for them. I can honestly say, neither of them once complained about getting up early in the morning to go. (3 x a week for 24 weeks and 20 weeks) They worked them very hard but it was very rewarding. One huge example of improvement was in our 10 year old's short term and long term memory, he went from being able to repeat a maximum of two nouns in a list of three to 20 nouns in a list of 20. So encouraging to see something happen like that, a weakness that we thought he would just need to make adaptations for the rest of his living days. If any of you are reading this in desperation to help your struggling child find that intellect that you know, as their parent, is there, we highly highly recommend LearningRx. Call, ask questions, have an assessment and then decide if it is right for your child and family. The benefits we see now and will see for a lifetime far outweigh any financial and time commitment that was put forth. So thankful, Eric and Kathy
