Worst dealer!! I went from $33,984 to paying 60,000 with tax and financing, in less than 3 weeks. I trusted this dealer to buy a used truck since I was gonna be traveling most of the time. The used truck I bought was a 2019 and had a little above 28,000 miles with a price of $33984.00 and came up to a total of $46894.61 with a finance company with a 7.9 basically a 8%(super high). I gave 12,000 down payment and everything lower down to $34944.61, with finance I still owned $44,183.52. Had to call the dealer manager ALFREDO to remove almost $5,000 dollars that was added to my contract that my truck did not need. After two weeks of using the truck it started TURNING OFF AND SHOWING ENGINE AND OTHER CODES ON DASHBOARD WHILE STOPING AT THE ROADS LIGHTS, I took it to Chevrolet dealer and they couldn’t find the issue and supposedly they update the system without wanting to give me paperwork of what they did with the truck. I Also spoke to the manager JADE or JANE (don’t recall his name right) about the situation of the paperwork, he told me he was gonna return my call and he never did, he was avoiding me about the paper work. I had no OTHER CHOICE but trade it in for a new truck. “HERE IS THE WORST PART” after I trade in the truck they only gave me $33,000 for the used truck. THE NEW TRUCK WAS $44269.67. Lost my $12,000 supposedly in taxes and other packages the dealer added to my used truck that got “MESSED UP ON THE ROAD, AFTER BUYING IT 2 WEEKS”. Now I have to pay over $60,000 dollars including my 12,000 dollars down payment. I Was not expecting to pay this amount, this dealer is overpriced and adding extra money on the contracts! Days after i took a close look at the truck and it had bad paint and burning spots, I did not notice until I checked it carefully! BE AWARE WHEN SIGNING CONTRACTS HERE!

Drove over 2 hours to come look at this junker. I was told there was no oil leaks truck was mint condition that is not the case! truck has rust holes in the bed size of a football and the trucks leaking more fluids than a 1989 dodge Ram do not waste your time at this dealer! The people that work here are a joke had 3 people tell me there’s no issues with truck do not believe what Dalton tells you

Beware of this dealership. They do not honor the prices advertised on the internet. They do this by trying to force you to buy add-ons which in the case of my experience would add an additional $5,000 to cost of car. I walked out of there and went to Palm Beach toyota and bought the same model for $500 more, no add-ons, no b/s. Do not trust their finance team one iota!!!!!

I went in to look at the vehicles and I was pleasantly surprised by the sales person who greeted me. Her name was Lacy and I felt so comfortable with her immediately. I’ve bought vehicles before from other dealerships and have always felt like I was being preyed upon. But not this time she was super friendly and knowledgeable. It felt like I was in control vs someone trying to sell me something I didn’t want. She asked me questions about what I wanted and made sure to show me exactly I was looking for. It was a great experience and I have recommended her to quite a few ppl.

I drove 4 hours to see what was available on the lot. I was greeted by a welcoming smile from Lacy! She had great energy, was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and I have never had such an awesome experience at a dealership before. This was my 3rd dealership I've looked at and the service I received from Lacy was so wonderful that I will be returning to see her soon for a purchase. The other places I've been to weren't worth the 20 minute drive it took to receive the huge lack of kindness and respect they gave me, but the 8 hour round trip to Belle Glade was worth it because of your employee. Go see BG Chevy Buick if you want a great vehicle with fair pricing, but once you get there, ask for Lacy. You will not be disappointed!

Poor experience at this dealer. Trying to buy a work truck for my business. I’m calling from hundreds of miles away and willing to pay cash but they wouldn’t give me the dealer fees or final price over the phone and insisted that I physically come in and sit down with their sales manager before they would give me the price of the truck.

Luis my Sales Representative was amazing, he worked very hard to make sure I had a proper deal arranged. I am somewhat disappointed at the attitude and professionalism of his Boss and Sales Manager Alfredo, in the process of buying the vehicle the dealer added a package not reflected on the sticker price, when speaking to the sales manager Alfredo I was extremely upset they did not disclosure the vehicle had any extras I was not happy and not willing to take the car at it’s full price because of it. He was outright rude to me and my boyfriend who called in afterwards explaining we were looking at the the sticker on website and the buyers order we requested. We wanted the car at sticker value with no extra. He was very rude and Almost cause Luis to lose his sale. Luis greatly stepped up and helped correct the matters the best he can, with his hard work and determination we both left happy. I would definitely work with Luis again but I will not support the rudeness of his Boss Alfredo.
