We've been coming here for many years, mostly for our fresh water fish needs, then our saltwater fish needs, and now... for our landscape statue needs! This dinosaur is sooo cool. My wife might not value it the way I do... but the kids love it! LOL. The shop has plenty of statues to choose from and all at reasonable cost. We came to buy fish but walked out with a dinosaur. Thanks again Aquatic Treasures! You guys are awesome!

Great place! I buy all my fish here and all are very healthy. He refuses to sell a fish that has not gone through 3 days of medication and watch after recieving in their shipment. He also has a better selection of less common fish that big box stores.

This place is awesome Matt Bruce I believe that's his name anyway really cool guy talk to him about plan and tanks and trim for a while he went out to one of his personal ponds 2 grab me a Featherstone! Awesome selection of salt and freshwater fish and hardscaping if I had anything negative to say I wish he would have more variety of shrimp and tropical plants and he still had quite a bit

First time here. Really liked the selection of fish available. All the display tanks were well maintained and clean. Bruce helped me with a fish selection for my son's tank and recommend some chemicals to help get his water right. Great place for freshwater and saltwater fish.

First time being here after hearing about it from a friend. The store is super clean and the person running the store is super knolageable and answered all of my questions. I'm definitely going back for all my fish needs.

Tanks are great and the fish are healthy. I usually drive to the fish doctor in yipsilanti. I'll will add this place to my list. They are also knowledgeable about aquatic diseases.

I love this place I could hang out for days. I went there all the time when I had fresh water fish tanks. Clean tanks, smart staff, great help, great fish. Stopped going there when I switched to saltwater. They started carrying saltwater so I am back to going there. Just love it.

Great selection of fish and very knowledgeable staff!!

My husband and I own approximately 50 different types of freshwater fish as of right now. Majority of them are betas as well as Angel fish, German blue rams, various plecos, panda garras. Today we purchased Amazon puffers, a hill stream loach, Chile Rasboras, bettas as well as guppies. We know almost all of the pet stores in our area and out of our area... we are willing to drive a distance to find a good pet store and this pet store in my opinion has the best selection of betta fish. They are very healthy as well as all of their Fish. The customer service is awesome. You can ask a million questions and they will never get irritated with you, because trust me we do lol. If you haven't been here you definitely need to visit this place it is sort of like a hidden gem.

The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about both freshwater and saltwater fish. I drive 45 minutes to shop with them even though there are multiple shops closer. I trust their expertise and their processes for caring for their fish. The variety they carry are worth the drive!

All kinds of great fish, both fresh (aquarium and pond) and saltwater. Lots of neat plants. Dozens of options for the hobbyist, and they take great care of the fish and tanks. This is one of the best little LFS's I've been too, much improved since the last time I visited 5 or 6 years ago, and I've been to a ton of fish stores.

I love this place! I used to be in the freshwater ghost shrimp and mystery snail breeding hobby. They had what I needed every time and I had lots of success with them. I still go there for my other hobbies plus the owner and staff are cool! If you have any questions about anything freshwater, brackish and saltwater tank etc, they can answer and they’ll be honest. They also have a ton of tanks in stock right now too!

Small shop, easy to miss if you're going too fast, but the location on maps is accurate! When I was there they had the most beautiful betta I've ever seen and I've still been regretting not buying him. I saw a few kinds of tropical fish I hadn't seen before, and I especially appreciated that they have a few different sizes of angels available.

This is the best LFS I have ever been too, they have the cleanest tanks and healthiest fish by far. The owners are amazing people and are truly passionate about what they do. Very knowledgeable and are also very accommodating! Just got some cherry shrimp and they are beautiful!!!

I love going to this place. The store is well stocked and the the animals are very healthy. It is very evident that the owners care not only about their place but you as a customer. They have no problems listening to what you have going on and making recommendations to ensure you have healthy fish and a successful tank at home. Would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new store as they add a personal touch that will for sure keep me coming back.

Best place I've found for freshwater and saltwater aquariums. I don't have salt, but they have a good selection of both and knowledgeable staff.

Great fish store. Lots of fish from salt water to fresh. Fresh plants and supplies were available also. Good location easy to find. The young lady who helped us was polite and knowledgeable about everything aquarium related. Would recommend a stop if you need aquarium stuff.

I can't say enough about how helpful, kind, and informative everyone at the shop was... shoutout to Sam!! :) As a newbie to the world of fish, they were so patient and helpful in answering all my questions and addressing my concerns and did not hesitate to tell me to stop by or call if more questions were to come up. They provided me with everything I needed to have the best tank setup for a betta and taught me so much along the way. I would highly, highly recommend! The expertise and experience they have is untouchable!

Love this place. It's a little far from me, 40 minutes but was worth the trip. Huge selection of fish and driftwoods. All the fish and plants looked very healthy and active. The staff were remarkable & knowledgeable. Will definitely drop by again.

Been here once and I already like him. He's got good stock of live plants, fish, accessories and a good pharmacy. They are knowledgable and take good care of their fish. I especially like that each of his tanks are isolated (unlike big box stores) and he treats each shipment for common diseases before putting them on the shelf.

First time there, helpful, doesn't even come close to describe the staff! I recommend to one and all!

Staff is friendly and they regularly get a good inventory of saltwater. Couldn't really ask for anything else. Bruce is always willing to share his knowledge and experience with fish and critters... A huge bonus these days.

Very nice and friendly staff. I went in there and purchased 2 clownfish. This is our first time having saltwater fish in a brand new tank and the person working there was extremely helpful and so kind with explaining everything about what we would need as far as tank wise and cleaning supplies. Couldn’t grab her name but thank you so much for helping us out!

This place is fantastic. Doesn't have the largest selection of saltwater fish in the area but makes up for that in taking care of what he has. The fish always look so healthy and he takes time to quarantine and do his best at making sure you go home with a healthy pet. Never any dead or sickly fish floating around. Plus all the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. And if you need something and don't see it just ask! More than likely he can get it for you. My go to shop.

Really disappointed because I've heard great things about this company. I've been trying to get my pond liner repaired and was referred to Bruce's Pond Shop. Was advised initially they were overwhelmed with orders, which is understandable and that they wouldn't be out for atleast 3 weeks. Over a month later and no one has been out. When I called to check on the status of my request I was advised I wasn't on the schedule after waiting and speaking with two different employees. Hoping to locate a company who is more organized and follows through with potential customer requests...

Simply put I love this store!

After nearly 2 decades of knowing these folks. Had a real scolding from them. That's enough for me... Never going to set foot inside or bother calling.

Great family run place very knowledgeable and friendly people and selection may not be the highest but it's all healthy looking.

Drove an hour to get here only to find them closed during their listed business hours :( I’ll update the review if I ever decide to make the long drive again . I guess you can’t trust the hours they have listed....

I live in Smith's Creek subdivision in Brownstown Michigan. Bruce's pond shop has a contract with our subdivision to maintain our community pond. Our pond surface is currently 60% green scum. Bruce was out here May 18th to manually remove the scum. They did a terrible job and they have not been back since to manually clean or chemically treat the pond. It is now absolutely disgusting to look at and I am embarrased to have people in my backyard. I will be posting pictures.
