Son, has been waiting on payments after his mom passed away!! Took them 3 months and are still waiting!! You can never get ahold of anyone if you call, and if you do they are VERY RUDE! They act like they are So busy and they don’t have time for you. Mrs. Appele was the most rudest of them all.... John is rude and sounds terrible on the phone. If you don’t like your job, find another one!!!

This is the most unprofessional, poorly run office that I've ever encountered. The people start off a conversation rude, end it rude and still don't do their job. They need to fire everyone in there and hire people who want to work.

Was on the phone for an hour waiting. There phones are breaking up. It is not my phone that is the issue and now they want me to call back and wait another hour. They said up to 6 months for disability application and we are month 7 with no call! Horrible office to work with! They sure love to hang up on people! A joke for workers. You think they could hire people who actually want to do there job! I never write reviews but WOW! Seriously!

I have never been there and it not take more than 30 min! Even if I am only trying to drop off forms. There is never more than one person at the window unless they are switching out! I recommend using the online sight if at all possible.

I needed to get my last name changed on my social security card. Turned it in the beginning of January, didn’t receive anything for a month. Called them back. They said I forgot to sign something. Okay and you couldn’t of called me a month ago to tell me that? You have my number! In two days I get it back and sign the thing I needed to sign. Gave them everything they needed! Still nothing in the mail and it’s been two weeks! Now they aren’t even answering phones. It says it’s busy or I will be on hold and get hung up on. Place is a joke!

Office is not open. Have to call them. Refuse to come to door at this office to accept my application for Med B. Sit in car for over 20 min until office answered my call then refused tobtake my application at door. Had to mail it to them. Drop box in front was closed till following Tues. This is bunch of craped!!!!!

Always have to sit on hold for over an hour to speak with someone half the time they just hang up on you. Its a joke to call and can't complain because if you ask for a higher up they will just hang up on you.

They have you wait in the entrance so if your handicapped bring something to sit on cause the guard will not accommodate you. Actually I thought the guard was kinda rude so I ended up leaving and not taking care of my business

I had a pretty painless experience replacing my social security card. There were only a few people ahead of me for service so the whole experience didn't take very long.

It sucked!!!! The receptionist and security guard were obnoxious.. condensing... and in my opinion very unprofessional..

I can't get anything done through this office for a client. Now I can't even get through to make an appointment. I've been working on this for four months now.

This particular office makes you feel like it's there personal money they are dealing with. VERY poor phone help. Especially one particular FEMALE, name is unknown. They wont even look at there computer screen to see what the problem is. They want to argue with you just so you wont call and "DISTURB" their day. VERY POOR SERVICE. I'd suggest visiting any other office.

The only good thing about this office is the security guard, he is very friendly and the only person that tries to help make sure you have proper forms.

The security guard was super helpful and polite to everyone single person who walked in. We were there at the opening and he helped every person check in and made sure we had the right documents because he didn't want us to waste time waiting if we didn't.

Can't get ant answers And if you want something else other than what you ask for they hang up on you .

Dehumanizing experience! When your number is called you have to talk loudly to a talking head behind a window in front of everyone in the waiting room including a security guard. So everyone gets to hear your personal buisness. Then when the talking head responds you can't understand what it says. Very pathetic!

On phone and waited another hour. That's 2 1/2 hours and no one answered. Glad my time means nothing. Terrible service
