I
went
on
the
Ybor
City
Food
Tour.
The
tour
guide,
Cindy,
was
very
knowledgeable
and
clearly
has
a
passion
for
history
and
Tampa.
She
also
spent
a
lot
of
time
with
our
group
to
explain
the
history.
My
gripe
is
more
with
the
business
itself.
I
received
a
gift
card
where
there
were
no
further
confirmations
besides
a
basic
PayPal
email.
When
attempting
to
book
the
tour
online,
it
requires
a
gift
card
number,
which
wasn’t
on
the
confirmation.
I
emailed
the
tour
group
with
the
gift
card
receipt,
but
there
was
no
response.
I
ended
up
calling
them,
and
that
was
taken
care
of.
The
additional
two
people
in
the
party,
booked
their
reservation,
which
I
thought
was
fine.
Fast
forward
to
the
morning
of
the
event,
and
the
tour
owner
called
about
the
reservation
and
the
payment.
I
was
asked
to
take
a
screenshot
of
the
payment
confirmations
and
email
them.
I
did,
and
guess
what?
No
one
responded.
I
didn’t
think
anything
of
this
until
it
took
over
10
minutes
to
check
in
where
I
am
being
asked
about
gift
card
numbers
and
voucher
numbers
as
well
as
my
other
party
being
asked
the
same
thing
I
had
already
explained
at
the
tour
and
earlier
that
morning.
Here
is
a
suggestion:
why
not
include
an
email
field
when
reserving
all
payments
and
bookings?
The
email
address
could
be
tied
to
the
reservation
instead
of
strictly
payment.
The
fact
that
the
business
is
relying
on
the
guest
to
confirm
their
reservation
especially
with
a
gift
card,
should
not
be
the
case
and
it
took
me
out
of
100%
enjoying
the
experience.
Also,
please
check
your
email.
Let
me
know
if
I
can
help
facilitate
the
organization.
