Went in search of a pair of boots for our son. There was plenty of young staff as soon as we walked in. We made our way to the back area where Xavier asked if we needed any help, in which we explained & he then introduced himself and was very informative! He explained and was very detailed in how to find the right fit of boot. This location had a large variety to look through and our son was able to find this pair. Once he found the correct fit Xavier offered to shine them for us as well! When we made our way back up to the front they were ready. The young lady offered a box to take them home in. Went in again this past weekend and Jaden was so helpful and polite assisting us with a belt Buckle selection. We purchased both a buckle and new belt.

So, for my birthday my husband took me and I loved the decor, smell of leather and the happy, friendly faces and interaction with not only the staff, but the other customers, too! I found Ariat boots that hugged my feet like a firm, secure hug...like my husband!!!!!!!!!

I went to this location specifically looking for a good quality straw hat that could withstand the punishment of hard work outdoors. I stood looking at hats waiting to be helped while the woman in the area was shaping hats for two other customers. It was obvious I was waiting for her, yet as soon as she finished those hats...she just walked off. I was looking at every hat, and when I turned around she was gone. I will NOT return to this or any other Cavender's.

I went there to buy some laces for my boots. They had just what I was looking for. I was surprised because I thought they would only have cowboy boots. You will pay for quality so don't complain when you pay higher prices. My son is moving down here to attend the electrical lineman college in Dallas, and they had fire resistant Ariat shirts! AWESOME!! Stop on in and check out the store. There are so many choices!!! The young woman who helped me out was amazing, but now her name has slipped my mind. We were there black Friday! Service was outstanding!! Store was well stocked. Staff were knowledgeable and more than helpful. Polite and engaging! Highly recommend no matter what time of the year!

Promotion on Blackfriday was until 12(noon) for a 20%.... so i had only 30 min but the line was longer. They didnt have like "buy 2 get half other" or like a good deal. They only rely on 'rebate'.. but that is not practical to customers that we are looking for a good opportunity for shop in theat moment in such a important holiday. I

Went in for a hat reshape/touch up. CJ and Mickey helped me out and were great! They had a line of folks and when it came my turn they gave me the same attention as customers who were there to actually make a purchase with them. What I thought might be a 5 minute job turned out a bit longer and I appreciated their attention to detail and their patience. They both get 5 stars!

Had an interview scheduled and when I called to confirm the time and date and make sure it was still on I Was placed on hold 3 times being told management would be there soon and never got to speak with them. If this is how they treat potential employees I don't want to know how they treat their actual employees. Madison answered the phone 3 times and didn't even remember that she spoke to me and put me on hold.

Came to this store for the first time, Liz, Kyle and another gentlemen were very knowledgeable with the merchandise and were welcoming. The experience was so great...Made us feel important so we will be planning to come back, we live in San Antonio. However the girls at the front register gave us bad lookS like they know we are not from Texas so what are we doing there but who cares about them right because the staff on the floors told us all we need to know about the store.

Great experience here. The staff was very helpful getting me into a pair of boots that would work with my wide arthritic feet, a pair of boots for my daughter, and a nice cowboy hat for hubby's head. Although they had very ample inventory, two of three had to be ordered and shipped to our home to get the perfect size, but they arrived in less than 2 weeks, so we were fine with that. Prices were very reasonable. Would shop here again when we come through this way again.

Very helpful people all around. They got me set up with boots and jeans. Pretty sure the sales people are on commission so just look for the deals as well. They are still very helpful when you find a cheaper price. Very happy with my boots and jeans!
