was
the
representative
that
greeted
me!!!
I
explained
to
him
that
my
phone
was
shut
off
after
I
placed
in
my
purse
while
coming
into
my
home
so
that
it
would
not
pocket
dial
or
anything!!!
While
still
talking
in
the
phone
I
attempted
to
turn
the
screen
back
on.
The
phone
back
light
wouldn't
come
back
on???
So
I
put
the
other
on
the
charger
and
continually
attempted
to
turn
the
phone
on!!!!
I
called
Sprint
T
mobile
technical
support
I
was
online
with
them
over
an
hour!!!
Then
they
called
Samsung
Support
Care!!!
They
both
had
me
hold
the
power
button
and
the
down
volume
button
simultaneously
for
about
10
second
count.
The
phone
vibrated
but
the
screen
would
not
come
back
on???
I
received
incoming
calls
and
I
could
answer
my
Samsung
Galaxy
Note
20
Ultra
from
my
Plantronics
Bluetooth
Bluetooth.
Sean
asked
me
if
I
told
him
my
phone
was
still
under
Samsung
warranty
if
I
had
planned
to
pay
for
my
phone
today...
I
explained
to
him
that
I
spoke
with
Ryan
and
he
said
he
would
look
at
my
phone
and
create
my
ticket
when
I
got
there.
Sean
was
arrogant
and
obnoxious
he
continually
made
snide
remarks
about
that
it
was
no
way
Assurion
could
have
trouble
shooted
my
phone
at
the
T
Mobile/
Sprint
Corporate
store
in
Roseville.
He
would
not
accept
my
phone
until
I
had
that
ticket
number
that
I
insisted
was
in
the
system
and
he
proclaimed
my
computer
is
running
slow!!!
After
going
to
my
career
I
went
into
the
Chipotle
restaurant
to
use
the
ladies
from,
very
briefly.
When
I
returned
within
5
minutes
her
said
he
tech
was
able
to
get
my
phone
screen
on
and
nothing
was
arguing
with
my
phone!!!
I
told
him
it
took
me
roughly
41
minutes
to
drive
there
and
I
would
like
to
have
my
phone
trouble
shooted
because
my
phone
screen
had
been
off
and
would
not
come
back
on
since
around
6pm
Friday
evening
October
15,
2021
until
I
made
it
to
UBREAKIFIX
Troy
location
around
1:30
pm!!!
What
makes
matters
worst
I
left
my
phone
drove
all
the
way
back
to
downtown
Detroit
approximately
40
minutes.
Then
I
called
back
to
UBREAKIFIX
and
the
same
rep
Ryan
whom
had
been
courteous
from
the
first
called
of
the
morning
11:15am
had
been
very
helpful!!
He
answered
the
lines
sand
told
him
my
phone
was
ready
and
they
everything
checked
out
and
they
my
phone
had
been
trouble
shooted
and
her
thought
I
took
my
phone
with
me!!!
🤔🤔🤔
Now
you
go
figure
what
happen
but
it's
obviously
to
me
that
Sean
was
and
very
unprofessional
and
rude
and
deliberately
have
me
a
hard
time
and
did
not
show
professionalism
or
courteousness!!!
So
I
drove
approximately
2
hours
back
and
forth
in
heavy
traffic
with
construction
on
Chrysler
freeway...
llñlllllllllNot
too
mention
my
time
and
effort
only
to
receive
sub-par
service
from
Sean
at
UBREAKIFIX
