I had been surprised with a trip to Thailand for my birthday and needed immunizations on really short notice. Some of the vaccines require a lot more time to be effective, so it’s recommended to visit several weeks before a trip. William the nurse helped list and explain what diseases were on the radar for my destination and talked me through the process the whole time. I was never at a loss and I fully understood what risks were involved with my choices for immunization. The receptionist who answered my call was also very informative, and I appreciated her effort in accommodating me on such short notice!

William the nurse was great. He explained the risks of various types of infection based on my trip plans (or lack thereof) and previous travel history to help ensure I am as safe as possible for my trip. He is funny and friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The location is convenient and easy to get in and out. Thanks so much! I’ll definitely be back before my next trip!

Kayleigh was super helpful with any questions we had and she had a wealth of information about all of the vaccines we need to get for East Africa. She also helped with advising about mosquito repellent and stomach related items. The process can be daunting but Kayleigh made it super easy and was quite helpful. She really went above and beyond!

I came to Passport Health in advance of a trip to Thailand. I give the location high marks for the ease of making an appointment, cleanliness, thoroughness of the staff in assessing your travel disease risks and needs, and pricing transparency. The physician covers a lot of ground during the appointment and offered helpful product recommendations like Permethrin and an array of medications to prevent food borne illnesses. The vaccinations are well-priced and the physician also indicated where insurance might pick up costs for more common shots and booster, where prescriptions might be less expensive, etc. This is an amazing and affordable local resource for anyone traveling abroad. Great value for wellness and peace of mind.

Came here prior to a multi-month backpacking trip to Southeast Asia. I scheduled an appointment with Kayleigh P (NP-C), and am very happy to have done so. Nurse Persino is personable, informative and quick to expound upon not only your range of questions and concerns about immunizations, but also her personally recommended brands and outlets for acquiring anything from water sterilizers and bug spray, to discounted prescriptions through your pharmacy.

Excellent customer service. Went over everything about my trip and what was required there, what I had already completed, and what was recommended. Did not push products like a sales pitch, which is always nice. The provided packet to take on my trip in case anything happens is also very comforting.

Such a wonderful experience here! Annaly very thoroughly went through the countries I was visiting, assessing what I would need and not need per city. The office was clean, organized, and I was out in a timely manner. I will be going back again if I need anything!
