Don’t get your phone fixed here, I got my galaxy s8 fixed for a simple crack and ever since that day my phone has been having major defects included my screen blacking out and my restarting over and over again which it has never done before. I had to take my phone back at least 3 or 4 times I paid the first 2 times and the last time they refused to fix it even though I had a warranty claiming it’s not their fault when my phone never had any issues prior to them messing with it. Don’t trust them and their warranty is terribly. Tried to make me pay for a new battery in my phone when they are the reason my phone started malfunctioning in first place... terrible service

These guys are so helpful and nice. I was having car battery problems (or so I thought). I came here with a fully dead battery. Derrick (who is my new best friend) helped me figure out that it was the alternator, not the battery. He jumped me several times to help me get to the car care place down the road. He even offered to help me push it if we needed! Such awesome customer service. I’ll definitely be back to buy my next battery there.

I went here to pick up a battery for a cordless phone. They did not have it at this store but was able to get it delivered the next day from another store. The worker called me and let me know once it arrived. The only issue I had was that I ordered it on a Monday morning when it first opened and I didn't get a call that it arrived until the next day in the afternoon when he told me it would be there earlier. It was still an ok experience and I would go back.

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE REPAIRED HERE. I cracked my screen and I went in to get a screen and battery replacement. Used Apple Pay that same day and the phone stopped responding to touch. Took it in to get it repaired the screen stopped touching again, took it in again to get a whole new screen and the phone still isn’t touching. The shop owners are insisting that I broke Apple Pay myself when I dropped the phone, however you don’t need the screen to use Apple Pay and I was using Apple Pay up until the very minute before I dropped the phone off. The only thing on the phone that did not work was half of the led display. Now I’m forced to restart my phone everytime I have to use Apple Pay. It’s simply not worth the hassle and the men are not helpful at all the only thing they’re telling me is that there is something wrong with the board but they are the only ones that have touched the phone board. I’d find somewhere else to go for battery and screen repairs. Completely not worth it.

Excellent customer service!!! DeMarco took care of us, he got us in and out in a few minutes with my new car remote control already installed. This guy is the best!!! He is very knowledgeable. The rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful as well. I extremely recommend this location.

My mobile screen was badly damaged after my daughter dropped it on the sidewalk. I thought for sure the phone wasn't salvageable. The Homewood Batteries Plus was able to get it back up and running within a few hours. The were friendly, quick and efficient. The price was a great deal too! Thank you!

They ran into a very difficult situation for a car battery replacement and instead of letting the situation get worse, they chose to find a solution that could work the problem out. I am very pleased with this location and there friendly and professional staff.

Not the friendliest place I've ever visited but it was okay go and get a battery get out simple as that. Need to consider working on that customer skills and that's how you get repeat business.

It's my favorite store for watch batteries, light bulbs and accessories. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. In many cases they go the extra mile to help solve or remedy a problem. That is exactly what the manager did for me with my last purchase of a marine battery for our sump pump. I am very pleased and satisfied with their service and range of products.

They fixed my shattered iPad screen over a year ago, and it’s worked as good as new ever since. They were very friendly, price was reasonable and it didn’t take them very long to fix it. I would definitely recommend others to come here if you need a screen repaired!

They don't have macbook battery. Don't fix outter glass on z fold 3. They advertise all this yet don't do anything. What do you actually do?!!

I was looking for a specific battery; I found it on the website at a good price, ordered and paid online, and picked it up at the store. No hassle with looking through racks, and the sales people were friendly!

Very poor service. Rude, condescending. Never completed the job. Just put in a new watch battery, after I brought back my watch 3 days after having paid for a new one. I will not use nor recommend this place again.

The reason for my score was the teamwork I observed. I walked into the store and was immediately assisted by Kevin. He was professional and efficient. Kevin got the batteries I requested and installed one of them. When I tried to use the automatic starter I bought the battery for, my car didn't start. Another employee (didn't get his name) jumped right in, worked on my fob and it worked!

Paid for lifetime batteries for 3 watched some time ago. Went back for replacement & got 1 free paid for 1. The one I paid for should have been in their system & it to should have been free. Will return after holiday to see if they make this right.

I was very impressed with the service I received. Each staff member that I interacted with was very professional and knowledgeable about my issues which was replacing an IPhone 6S battery. The service was prompt, I only had to wait about 45 minutes and the price I paid was fair. I used the online service to book my appointment and received $10 off my bill. I would highly recommend this crew that was working there today.

Speedy service, attentive staff. I called prior to arrival and explained everything I needed and saw online. The salesman confirmed he had it in stock and pulled to the side for me. When I arrived they explained everything about the recycling program and were very thorough. No complaints.
