Have been there for 7 years now. From Dr. Jean-Baptiste to Dr. Gemima, I have nothing to complain. They always take good care of my boys. Great staff eventhou I miss Mr. Emmanuel. Thank you to be kind and patient with my boys. God bless you more.

I love the way Dr. Jean interacts with the kids. No matter how long it be before my son next vist Dr. Jean is always the same. And he loves what he do and that is very important to me when it comes to people dealing with my child. Dr. Jean is serious about the kids health and i love that. Keep up the great work Dr. Jean. And his staff is also very friendly

I had been going to Dr. Baptiste for a couple of years with my older kids (16 and 18), whom felt very comfortable with speaking to him. They told him things they had never spoke to me about. I just had a newborn and I decided to take her to him also. Dr. Baptiste is a very well educated doctor. He is very thorough and he takes a lot of time with his patients. I feel that my baby is safe when seeing him. Not only is he professional but his staff is very professional. They all work very well as a team. Even when I call on the phone. The girls are so professional. I've never had a bad experience here. I love him and his staff and don't plan on taking my princess anywhere else. Dr. Baptiste is amazing!

Harry Jean-Baptiste is one of the best pediatric doctors I have ever met. He's very accurate with his diagnoses and the medicines he prescribe is definitely correct, he treat and care for my kids as if they were his own, at times you may have a bit of a wait, but it's worth it. His new staff is amazing even tho I be wanting them to move around appointments for me and they won't LOL... I'll still say that they're amazing because they keep the office running smoothly.

Dr Jean Baptiste is the best Dr ever. He take his time to really listen and evaluate the patients. He is my children pediatrician for over 11years and every time you go there there is improvement to help serve the patients better. Staff is excellent. Dr Baptiste is THE DOCTOR. Love going there.

Dr. Harry used to take care of me when I was little and now he takes care of both of my boys. I couldn’t ask for a kinder, more caring pediatrician for my family. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients and truly cares about their well-being. In all of my years going to him, we have never felt rushed by him, all the opposite in fact, he spends as much time as we need to make sure we are all taken care of. If you are looking for a new pediatrician or your first pediatrician, you will not be disappointed with Dr. Harry.

Doesn't seem they clean the rooms between visits, came for a well visit and my daughter had a high fever 2 days later and a rash appeared after it broke on her hands and feet. They also left the trash can in the corner and she had gotten into it before I saw it was there. All other pediatric offices leave them under the sink. There's also no baby proofing measures they take. My daughter was trying to stick her fingers in the outlet while I was talking to the Dr. There was also other outlets I saw that didn't have covers on them. Other than those issues everyone is nice enough, but we will be changing offices because I don't want to deal with sick kids after a well appointment visit.

Terrible facility. They do things like turn their phones off all day. When theirs sick kids need to be treated . then I walk in their office while being on a 50 min hold , nobody on the phone but I’m on hold as I walk in so basically they’re up there just chilling while I been holding 60 minutes plus . That’s completely unacceptable I find it hard to believe that out of the four people working in the front office and all the phones that I seen that were not being occupied. Someone just got off the phone and I was still on hold after walking in the office speaking to them.

Recently took my daughter and I was impressed with my experience. I was beyond pleased with everything and everyone. Thank God I decide to give it a try. I'm never taking my baby anywhere else. New forever patient here 🙋🏻‍♀️

I have been taken my children there for over twenty three years, my oldest child used to see Doctor Jean Baptiste and now my younger children are under care of Doctor Gémina. The team is very pleasant, caring, and everyone takes times to listen and provide the best care to my children.

I absolutely love Dr. Jeanbaptiste, my daughter was born 2 months premature and we’ve been visiting his office since she got discharged from NICU! His staff is phenomenal. Funny he was my husband’s childhood pediatrician and now Dr. Jeanbaptiste is our daughters doctor! I made sure to follow ALL his instructions and care for my child and she has made GREAT progress! I look forward to bringing all my future kids to this office. So I’m praying God bless him with a full long Life! Thank You Dr. Jeanbaptiste! The Noel family Love you!

Amazed by how caring welcoming and respectful everyone is. The doctor is outstanding, I’ve been going to pediatric associates for years and regret it the attention and respect he showed my 16yr old even got her to smile and noticed things no other doctor has without me saying it. Amazing doctor must go!
