We charted a bus for 2 days, May 6 and Derby day May 7. Our driver was Bryan and he was the BEST. He was always on time, flexible, and excellent communicator, made sure we had a blast going to distillery tours on a Friday and picked us up and dropped us off from the Derby without a hitch. Setting up the bus was super easy and the company was easy to work with both via phone and email. I found their prices incredibly reasonable after contacting 4 companies and I am so glad we went with them. They were excellent all around and I highly recommend.

I found Veteran Executive Transportation after trying to book a limo through several other places for my daughter's prom. I found them to be very responsive to phone calls/emails and in providing the quote. A couple days before the event, they sent me a reminder email detailing the remaining amount to be paid and specifying the tip to the driver. On the day of the event, when I reached out via email to extend the time later in the evening, I received a very prompt reply with the amount. Robert was the chauffeur. He was personable, but also was clear about the rules with the kids (no backpacks, no alcohol, any changes to the itinerary comes from me). The limo stayed with them for the duration of the time booked. As a parent, I felt that my child and her friends had a driver who was going to get them to each location safely. The kids (teens) opted to leave prom early, and he was ready when they were. I liked that they didn't have to wait. I have no complaints, and I would recommend Veteran Executive Transportation.

We used them for daughter's prom April 2022. Easy set up. Communication was great. Our driver Richard was patient, very accommodating and professional. He was prompt and I would highly recommend asking for him. Overall it was an excellent experience and we would absolutely use them again.

Veteran Executive Transport for amazing, I reserved one of their party busses for my daughters 21st birthday. I wanted to make sure her and her friends had fun and didn’t have to worry about driving. We had a last minute change in our transportation vendor needs and they were very easy to work with and book. Day of, Richard took great care of us and was on time, friendly and helped all of us enter and exit the party bus safely. He let us control the Bluetooth, turn it all the way up (sorry Richard) and have the time of our lives. I would highly recommend using them for any transportation needs!
