To say that I hate the car buying process would be an understatement. I left my first visit to David Taylor feeling the same as any other dealership, frustrated and underwhelmed. As a single female, I have been treated with so much disrespect by every salesman I have ever encountered that I promised myself the next purchase I made would be through a giant vending machine. Fast forward to the second time I drove on to their lot. As expected, a salesperson was heading towards me before I had a chance to get away. Evan introduced himself and immediately asked if my Charger was a 2014. This guy knows cars. Cool. He was polite, humble, gentle in his approach and we had an unexpectedly pleasant conversation about cars. After several more conversations he suggested the possibility of ordering my next Charger. He was honest, helpful, timely and always pleasant. He kept his word and I picked up my gorgeous new Charger today. He turned my experience around, as well as my initial impression of the dealership. I wouldn’t have purchased a vehicle if it wasn’t for Tabatha. I walked away from 2 other dealerships for undervaluing our trade-in and not taking me seriously about what I was willing to settle for on a new purchase. Tabatha not only met me out in the parking lot, she leveled with me from the beginning, was responsive to my needs and the fact that I had been driving for hours that day to find a buy the Jeep I was looking for. Recently I purchased a vehicle here and I have to say I was very anxious, especially with three other people who were interested in the same vehicle while I was there. Special thanks to Salesperson Marla for referring me to your service department for an electrical issue with my 2021 Ram. The service department completed a diagnostic test of the electrical system and found the issue to be the battery. I had it at another dealership prior to bringing it her who said that the battery was not the problem. It sat on their lot for a week and said they couldn't look into the issue until next month. Fast forward back to today, David Taylor took care of the issue within 2 days! You are now my go to dealership from this day forward.
