This place is amazing. I walked in scared as I'm not good with small spaces. I was greeted with a smile and amazing customer service. The girls spoke to me and reassured me everything would be OK. I got back and my MRI tech was a angle. She went through step by step. Let me see where I would be in the machine to see if I was able to do it. She walked me through a 2 hour test. I highly recommend Gulf Coast MRI.

Anita was the best. I was a wreck and she was very patient and helped me get through it. I wasn’t feeling well and though I’ve had more than my share of MRIs, today was rough for me. I got an appointment the same day, I wasn’t rushed, and I was made to feel comfortable, like above and beyond. Like others said, all the staff was friendly, professional and the place had a clean atmosphere. I had to call to find it- entrance and parking are behind the flagship bank. The staff is very friendly, compassionate as well as professional. My MRI appt was on time and the environment was clean and comfortable. I had an open MRI and even had my choice of music. My doctor had my results the next day. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful place to get your MRI. I have put my MRI off for two year because I can be claustrophobic. I finally had enough of my pain and needed to get this done, I was referred to Gulf Coast by my Chiropractor and I am so thankful he did. Gulf Coast was fast and simple. It had a nice comfortable pad to lay on ear plug and head phones to help with the noise, musics of my choice. It was not at all as bad as I had thought lol Great tech’s and reception. Highly recommend

I am so glad I found this place, so much better than any radiology center I've been to!! Everybody is friendly and they got me in as a same day appointment! Very clean and I got free coffee and a snack after!!! I would go here again anytime I need an MRI!

Very personable. Made the paperwork super quick; maybe 5 minutes. MRI services smooth and easy to do as a patient, they even had music for me in the room if I wanted it. Great people.

Very friendly and caring staff. Nice, clean office with prompt service. Both employees that helped me were exceptionally nice and personable. I’m very claustrophobic, so I was looking for somewhere with an open MRI, that doesn’t feel like a coffin and I am so glad I chose this office. The tech doing my scan was very friendly and understanding. He let me pick my music and checked on me throughout the scan to update me on how much longer we had and to make sure I was comfortable. Plus the girl at the front desk was just a joy!

Fantastic team! From front office staff to back office, everyone was professional, speedy, and willing to help in any way. Walked away with CD in hand and the report with the results were back in less than 5 hours! Will definitely be my go to moving forward.

I am SOOO claustrophobic. They explained the advantages of both machines, how far I would go in etc. The tech told me exactly how many minutes each stage would take. Couldn’t recommend more!

Consistent, excellent MRI experiences. I'm claustrophobic, and they make that their first priority. Always comfortable getting an MRI here, and I've had several. Not like other places that treat you like an insurance billing, and just want to shuffle you through as fast as they can. The staff is all friendly and helpful and THEY CARE. Their machine, while still a "closed" machine, is a bit wider inside than most, which also make a difference. And they always seem to be able to accommodate my often challenging schedule. I seldom write reviews, but Gulf Coast MRI deserves this one.

I am so impressed with Gulf Coast MRI. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. After having a very poor experience with another radiology center, I started looking for another facility for my son's MRI. The front desk staff returned my call that same day and then went above and beyond in helping me arrange his test. They helped me secure insurance authorization and contacted the orthopedic office to make the arrangements flow smoothly. I haven't had service like this in a long time.

Chris was incredible. As a person on the autistic spectrum, MRIs are my least favorite thing because of the loud noises. He talked me through the entire thing so i felt comfortable and safer. The office staff was also very kind and friendly.

Check in process was smooth and did not wait more than 5 minutes. The X-ray tech was professional, kind and courteous. Received my X-rays results in a CD with in a few minutes after being finished.

From the first phone call to the end of the appointment every single person did a stellar job!!! Rock Star office!!! Highly recommended!!!

Environment is relaxing, staff is very warm and welcoming. I have had my last 3 MRI’s here and every time has been a great experience. Ear plugs and music are offered, makes the test easier. The MRI tech explains everything detailed as the test is done. Highly recommend.

The appointment was scheduled with speed by phone in a friendly way. This location has a very pleasant atmosphere, exceptional attention and the technician who performed the MRI on me is a very kind, attentive, helpful person and helped me to feel comfortable while he did the MRI.

Everyone here at gulf coast mri was amazing. They are very sweet and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and safe. They explained the entire process and would talk to you their to make sure that you are completely aware of what's going on.

My experience at Gulf Coast MRI was remarkable. Upon calling Gulf Coast MRI for an appointment the staff was courteous, and were very sympathetic toward my medical condition. Gulf Coast MRI was able to accommodated me with the best possible appointment time based on my busy schedule. Upon arriving at there facility they treated me with the upmost appreciation, and kindness. There facility is by far one of the best MRI Centers that I've come in contact with since my long history of chronic back pain. I highly recommend there open MRI to anyone who is in need of an MRI. I am very claustrophobic, even with the open MRI. The MRI tech was wonderful, understanding and helpful. The table was comfortable and padded; I was able to choose music I enjoyed. I will come here again if I need another MRI in the future

Everyone was so nice! I had a panic attack during the mri and they calmed down. They helped my son do his X-rays and they were so patient with him!

The staff was great. facility was clean and peaceful. It was easy to make the appointment and aside from the paperwork I had to fill out, there was practically no wait time. I hear so many scary stories about MRIs that I was a bit nervous to get one done, until I arrived. The staff was conversational and friendly and when they heard I was a little nervous they made an effort to put my mind at ease. By the end of the visit I had no idea why I was ever nervous.

Visited this office recently and the staff was very kind and helpful. Office is clean and there are magazines, tv and refreshments for you while you wait. My wait time was very short thankfully and during the MRI the doctor talked me through the process and checked on me several times which made it more comfortable for me. Great service.
