Amanda was great! She walked me through the entire process of designing and creating my custom wedding band and fashion ring. She showed me different examples and drawings of my ideas. Then when it came to ordering them, she gave me a timeline and communicated when the rings were in shop and ready for pick up and pricing all in advance! They were also fast and efficient with excellent work! Amanda made me feel included in the entire process and I am extremely happy with how my rings turned out. My main stone popped out of the setting of my engagement ring (not bought from Gunderson’s!). I brought it in to see what my options were. We worked with Megan and she was phenomenal! She went through our options with us and we decided to use my stone and put it in a new, more secure setting. It turned out absolutely beautiful and I’m in love with it! My husband and I casually stopped by Gunderson’s with no plans on purchasing but left with the most gorgeous ring after receiving the absolute best service. The best jeweler in South Dakota. Gunderson’s staff have all been genuine and they go above and beyond to meet your needs without being overly-aggressive in the sales process. It’s the only jewelry store in SD that feels like you’re in a store within a large metro market (Minneapolis, Chicago etc.) when you walk in. Vast selection. We will be lifelong customers.

David and the Gunderson’s team go above and beyond. He helped me pick out the perfect bracelet for my best friend on her 50th birthday. He then asked if I would like my ring cleaned. While examining my ring, he identified several prongs were missing. He saved my 25 year old diamond from being lost in the Adriatic as I left for Croatia the next day. They fixed my ring, and according to my husband it looks better than when it was new. Thank you Gunderson’s!

My experience thus far has been amazing! The process has been super simple and the staff at Gunderson’s have been beyond helpful! They also work super quickly! They told me my ring would be ready in 10-14 days after a sizing, but I got a text that it was done in 1.5 days. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for jewelry for any occasion!

I needed to get the wristband fixed and adjusted on a Seiko watch to fit my smaller wrist. Gunderson's was highly recommended and they did not disappoint. It was done in less than a week at a very reasonable cost. Also, the staff was terrific.

Michelle made sure I was taken care of every time I was in the store. She showed me many kinds of bands and helped me decide on the type and cut of stone. Nothing, including having 3D renders of the ring made, ever took more than a few days. Her communication was extremely quick. Will definitely be returning here for the wedding bands!

I hadn’t purchased my ring from Gunderson’s, but my in-laws have been faithful customers here for years. They have always spoken very highly of the service here. I needed my engagement ring and wedding band resized. I was treated with respect and kindness during the whole process! The expected turn around for my ring was a week. I dropped it off on Saturday and got a text on MONDAY that it was done! I was thrilled because I hadn’t been able to wear my ring for about 2 years since having a baby.
