😠 Thanks so much for turning a patient away. I went to their walk in clinic for the covid vaccine and was advised they would call me when they have more people because they didn't want to open a new vile. Maybe this is my sign I shouldn't get the vaccine. People often mention pharmacy, prescription, told, call, filled, wait, Pharmacy, meds, people,

Slowest pharmacy in history!!!! Even if your meds are ready, expect to wait at least 30-40 mins on line. They'll have 5 people working at the pharmacy and only 1 at the register, it's ridiculous and I will be taking my business elsewhere...

So far, they've been good. Though it did take me a while to get through on the phone, (called a handful of times in a day and couldn't get through, called back the next day and got through on second try) they were very helpful with answering any questions I had and we're able to get my prescriptions filled for me when I needed them. I was sure to let them know how helpful they were. I assume they're very busy there but they were polite and I had no issues.

I have been a customer of the Hudson Wal-Mart pharmacy for 5 years. Everyone that works there, works very hard. The conditions that they are under are ridiculous. Wal-Mart doesn't want to supply enough employee's to take care of all the thousands of customers they have Theses people are generous, wonderful and special people to me. Don't blame the employee's Blame Wal-Mart! !!!!

Still one of the hardest working pharmacies in the area!! I adore the Pharmacy manager and she does everything in her power to get the medication out the door as quickly and SAFELY as she possibly can within the guidelines and laws. Also, Physicians offices don’t normally call in RX’s until closer towards the end of their day when they get caught up with patient visits and paperwork. That, unfortunately, puts Pharmacy staff behind. It’s not their intentions to do so but it happens due to high workloads, especially in the fall and winter when it’s snowbird season. Pharmacy Techs are overworked and believe it or not, don’t get the pay they deserve. Please .. cut them a break. They are extremely exhausted! They are running holes in the carpet to get your medication to you as fast as they can. I promise you!!

Incredible at how slow this place moves. Put in a prescription at 12. Tried to pick up at 6 and still had to wait an hour. How does this not get attention by the management and supervisors? Horroble.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. My wife will never have her prescriptions filled here again every single time we bring it in there is another problem she has been getting this medicine for 9 years now and this is the only place that always makes us jump through hoops to get it filled I would suggest no one go here

Thursday March 7, 2019 after going to Essentials PetCare in Port Richey to get my cat her vaccines and yearly check up I was given prescription to be filled at the Walmart next door to them or go to the Hudson Walmart close to where I live, which I was told was possible by the Veterinarian who we seen on this day. We only have one vehicle between my husband and I as we are retired and for the most part this works for us. We stopped at our Wal-Mart pharmacy and I went to the prescription drop off line. A young man seemed a bit confused about a pet prescription as he said he they might have to order it. I said that was ok. If they had it in stock I could possibly pick it up that night. I said that was ok I would call them tomorrow and see if it was ready. I called the next day talked to a different associate and they told me they did not have it and it might be Saturday or maybe not till Monday. I called Saturday. A Pharmacist talked to me and said they had to have verification about this medicine. I gave them the phone number to Essentials PetCare, he said he would call me back. No call. Called Sunday..he said he could not get in touch with them. Monday I called the Essencials Pet care myself told them whay had happened they advised me I would be better off gettin my prescription back and coming back to the Port Richey pharmacy. I did. My husband drove me to pick up prescription they could have cared less about all that I had been through and my poor cat who needed this medication. We got to Port Richey Pharmacy and I told them what we had been through and they were very kind I got my prescription filled and only had to wait a little while. I told them how much I appreciated them taking care of this and I will drive the extra miles to go there instead of going to the corner of my neighborhood. What a nightmare! My cat is feeling better already thank goodness. I was told my Hudson Walmart Pharmacy should have filled my prescription. I noticed this when I came to their sight on here it said Pet Meds are available at this pharmacy...yep just read it. Hope no one else has to go through this

If your trying to fill your percriptions here while on vacation be prepared to tell them how to do their own jobs. I was first told my doctor had to MAIL (not fax) my prescription in to Walmart if I wanted it. No one does that anymore! They will try and tell you they’re unable to fill them from out of state. Go ahead and slide them the DEA number and they can call themselves to prove your medications. Make sure your there when they call it they will lie about that too. Which they should know since they get paid for it...

Worst pharmacy experience ever. They couldn't dot their i's and cross their t's to save a life. They are incompetent kids working here except the pharmacist. This was a worker's comp case in which they had to transfer a prescription from another pharmacy. It has taken 4 days and they still haven't processed through workers comp. On top of that, they transferred a non-worker's comp prescription(don't know why) from my current pharmacy and now I'm going round 'n round trying to get it back. Stay away from this pharmacy!

Pharmacist is consistently problematic and insists on making his own judgements and opinions about prescriptions. Even wanting to alter what the prescribing physicians treatment is. If someone was diabetic and this guy refuses them insulin walmart would be responsible for his death. This guy should not have a job in this industry

I am posting 1 star to this pharmacy because of the pharmacist that were working there yesterday 11/14/22. I asked for insulin and insulin syringes, and all the pharmacist gave me very weird looks. And then one of the pharmacist came to ask if the insulin was for me. I get that it's her job to ask questions, but those kinds of questions make me wonder why she ask me these questions and all their strange looks. I also felt very uncomfortable having to explain to them why I was buying insulin and syringes.

This pharmacy is busy but still pays attention to its customers, good staff and pretty good at keeping a regular medication in stock for repeat customers

Absolute worst pharmacy on the planet. They tell you 15 minutes about 6 times. Might as well drop it off on Monday and get it Friday. Horrible customer service too.

Perpetually understaffed. 1 pharamcist and 1 tech with NO sense of urgency! Long waits and staff could he friendlier when you eventually get someone to wait on you.

at first when you drop off your scripts they always tell you itll be an hour or 2, then when you call in 3 hours later they always say they are too backed up to get your meds done an youll have to wait another 3 hours or till the next day EVEN ON CRITICAL PERSRIPTIONS that are supposed to be proccesed as fast as humanly possible....... this has happened on 4 occasions now, they are cheap on costs but not worth the hassle, go to walgreens or CVS for QUALITY customer service were they wont lie to your face about how long it will be just so they get your business also several times i have received my pain meds with 4-5 missing so either they cant count or they have someone behind the counter stealing your meds

My husband and I dropped off his script yesterday at 9am (when they opened) and were told with ATTITUDE to come back at 2. Thats 5 hours to fill a script(which they had ). When we got back at 230 one person said they couldnt find the script ,after waiting in ANOTHER line we were told it just wasnt ready! It took over 6 hours to fill a script for a box of albuterol and a individual package of meds (no counting needed) HORRIBLE SERVICE! And over a 6 hour wait to get a script filled is just UNCALLED FOR! So I do NOT recommend this place to anyone who actually NEEDS their meds!!!

I was in the Hudson store today the 30th of March around 7pm, shopping for a blood oxygen meter. Well I was having a hard time finding it. so I saw two Pharmacy workers, (one woman one man behind the register talking I think the male was a manager) I walked up to the counter and waited for them to stop their conversation, to ask if they may have this product. They both looked at me and walked away to the other side of the store. HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL..........I did find a stock girl in cosmetics that was all too willing to help me......I guess the Pharmacy is too BIG AND IMPORTANT to help to us customers. Glad I was not having a real health problem....JEEEZZZ. ILL give them one Star because they did have a very nice girl in cosmetics help me....... I think Kmart is across the street.

I had the same experience as the person below... they are not very friendly. When you ask to speak to a manager over the phone they place you on hold for 45 min and never pick up .. they are expecting you to hang up.. .what a joke.
