    This Walmart pharmacy is disappointing. They barely answer the phone. They’ll pick up the phone and automatically place you on hold. No greeting; nothing. I’ve been trying to get through for the passed 2 hour. I’m a certified pharmacy technician, and I have worked at a couple of Walmart pharmacy stores. I’m glad the stores I worked at didn’t treat customers like this store treats their customers. Currently calling corporate to make a complaint.

    Pharmacy technician is very rude and when asking her questions acted as though you were bothering her or getting on her nerves. If you're incompetent and can't answer the question, don't get mad, go get someone better qualified that can.

    Soooooooo slow not doing anything and except of getting the customer out continue to sit behind desk talking when priority should be to get the customer out smh very bad just horrible not attentive or nothing it’s like the McDonald’s of pharmacies worst customer service ever to slow if you don’t lik your job find a new one

    Nothing is never in stock . I was told to come back in 30 minutes . I called in 45 mins . Was told my prescription would be ready in 1 hour . Arrived 3 hours later and was told they were out of what I needed and they could order it & have it tomorrow. 🙄

    I have had nothing but positive interactions with the folks at this location. Carmen, the pharmacist, and the rest of the staff have been nothing but polite, professional and efficient, everytime I have visited the store.

    Yesterday the pharmacy tech who served me offered exceptional service . Went above and beyond to make sure my prescription was filled even though it was last minute . I think his name is Mohamed . Thank you for the great service

    On 1/30/16 the pharmacist placed my diabetic medication refill on hold for 2 weeks and asked that I pay for diabetic pills that do not require a copay for 1 year under the CarePath Support program. Very shady.

    My experience there they are very slow don't never get in a hurry customer service sucks attitude and All than they don't have enough employees sometimes and don't try to help with the $4.00 brand especially when you really need the medicine always trying to get u the expense medicine CVS will give you a discount and some medicine to take u thru

    After working in pharmacy for several years you get used to a certain standard.....This pharmacy.....not willing to take customer service a step higher than your script is ready. I guess back to CVS it is!
