I drove 2.5 hours from Alabama to make a deal on a bike, and they didn’t know I was coming. I showed up shortly after Christmas with my trade loaded on my trailer hoping the very specific bike I wanted was still in stock. When I arrived shortly after the dealership opened I was greeted by Ed and Matt and they asked me what I was here for. The 2019 denim ultra limited I said. It was marked 8k below book, took it on a test ride and was sold. Rashid got the paperwork completed quickly, parts ordered me my handle bars and the deal was done quick and painless. I had to come back in a couple of weeks to get my bars installed, and the dealership made good on my timing and even offered to bring the bike home to me in Alabama. Unfortunately my impatience got the best of me and I drove back to Atlanta to fetch it. With a handful of dealerships in Atlanta, I fully suggest checking out Atlanta Harley, their inventory is great, staff better, and the dealer network of their sister stores can find you what you want! Buying was fine. I bought a used 14 street glide special. The next day I noticed a bend in the front rim. I took a picture. Figured it would be OK being it has new tires so it would of been looked over. Well, a week later the tire went flat omw to work. They came and got the bike from my job. This was on a Monday. Called the next day. They had no info yet. Called Thursday and spoke to 3 people including a manager. The service guy asked me do I want a stock wheel or the 23 that was on it cause it's bent. I asked if I was getting charged for this and he said yes. I told him that this happened before I got the bike and I have a picture with a time stamp. He said he'll talk to his manager and he'll call me back. I called the manager and talked to him and he said he'll call me back. I called a sales manager and he said the same. Noone returns calls or keeps me updated. I've had this bike for 12 days. 4 which have been at Harley. I would of expected to had a better experience. This is my first Harley and will probably be my last. I traded a perfectly good low mile fury for this and already regret it. All I ask is for them to make it right.

Never felt pressured or pushed in any direction, he probably would have been just as chill if I didnt buy any bike. Once they helped determine the specific tire was no longer made, and there was no recent stock on what I needed after calling other area dealerships, they suggested alternatives and checking with Service. When Pete saw how little tread was left on rear tire, he fit me in late on Saturday afternoon to install the wide whitewall they did have in stock. Chris was approached me right away as I walked in the door. He was very friendly and listened to what I was looking for. He did not try to up sale me. Although I am an experienced rider, its been a few years since Ive ridden and Chris planned out and easy route for me to take my test ride. Chris worked with me in price and got us to where we needed to be. The staff in retail shop was nice and made sure my 8 year old got a free Harley shirt. Now she is ready to ride with daddy.

Christopher was top notch. He listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect bike. Everyone at HD Atlanta took great care of me. They treated me like I was part of the family.

My experience with Harley Davidson began when I took the New Rider course offered by them. I never rode a motorcycle before but by the second day, I could confidently operate one with basic skills. Bucket list goal checked off! One of the things that amazed me was that another student in the class just purchased a bike from that dealership and four people called him by name including the owner. That to me was impressive and I knew I wanted to become a part of the community. Fast forward to Harley Davidson Atlanta. Recently purchased a motorcycle although it wasnt a Harely. The riding academy teacher I had from September 9-11th were extremely helpful. I always have a good experience when going to HD of Atlanta. Whether it's looking for riding gear, tshirts, parts for the bikes or having service done. All the people are very good at knowing the things in the department they work in and even if you go in for a part and describe it as that thing that mounts on the bike here they have an idea what you're looking for.

I had such a great time going through the Basic Rider course. Info about me: I did have some prior experience in riding a motorcycle, but after this course I got to learn a few more things and also caught hold of some of my previous bad habits. Even if you have never ridden a motorcycle you would have no issues in this course as long as you pay attention. Best part about the courses: Two things, first the 2 coaches and second the Harleys. All praise to the coaches Ronnie and Phillip, they made sure after each and every exercise that everyone was relaxed. They explained the relevance of each exercises in real life situations and gave demos for each of them, they also checked on with each student to ensure if they were facing any issues. They made this a very enjoyable experience for everyone in the class. And yeah, I was riding a Harley for first time in my life, for a bike enthusiast like me that was an awesome experience. Anyone who is looking to join: I would say if you have never had any sort of formal training, just go for this course here, also if you are an experienced rider, the coaches here are top notch and you definitely would learn a thing or two.

"The Dynamic Duo. I attended the academy back in Sept, 2020. I had no previous riding experience which was more than obvious when I didn't know how to turn my bike on, let alone what all the gadgets were for. Short story by day 2, I was speaking rider lingo and I could actually take off without the bike stalling on me. There was great chemistry between the two the entire time. They completed each others skills and techniques in the class room as well as on the course. Both were very reassuring, patient and understanding. Always ready to give that boost of confidence needed when you thought you could not go any farther. I do not think that I would have enjoyed it as much if Wayne was not the instructor, he has a wealth of knowledge and displayed patience throughout the course. He made sure that all participants received one-on-one and gave constructive feedback. He went above and beyond to make sure that everyone ascertained the information he provided, and then ample amount of time to ask questions and prepare for the final test. Participants met employees throughout the store and they were pleasant as well. Overall a great experience!"
