If
I
could
do
a
negative
star
I
would....
I
went
to
Cavender's
in
the
early
afternoon
on
Saturday
to
find
boots
and
an
outfit
because
my
husband
and
I
are
celebrating
our
wedding
anniversary
by
getting
pictures
done.
So,
my
husband
and
I
went
into
the
store
and
as
he
was
looking
for
shirts
for
our
pictures
he
asked
one
of
the
employees
if
they
had
a
different
size
and
the
employee
did
not
even
acknowledge
that
he
was
asking
for
some
help.
So,
as
this
is
going
on
I
went
over
to
the
ladies
boots
to
try
on
some
boots
I
had
an
employee
acknowledge
that
I
was
there
and
I
told
her
that
I
needed
some
help
picking
out
boots
since
these
were
my
first
boots.
She
told
me
yeah
I
will
help
you
and
that
I
will
be
right
back
and
guess
what
she
never
showed
back
up
and
I
am
standing
there
getting
upset
because
I
did
not
know
my
size
of
boot.
So,
I
am
starting
to
walk
out
of
the
store
and
I
see
3
store
associates
only
folding
clothes
and
not
saying
anything
to
customers
and
my
husband
saw
them
also
on
their
phones
and
I
saw
the
same
employee
that
said
she
was
going
to
help
me
on
the
register
while
the
other
3
were
not
doing
anything
but
talking
to
each
other.
I
got
so
upset
I
decided
to
leave
the
store.
I
have
customer
service
history
that
I
have
personally
done
and
by
far
the
employees
at
Cavender's
showed
me
the
worst
customer
service
that
I
have
ever
seen.
DO
NOT
SHOP
HERE,
but
if
you
choose
to
get
ready
to
be
ignored
if
you
need
help
with
getting
anything.
I
would
go
to
a
different
western
store.
I
will
NEVER
shop
here
ever
after
the
experience
I
had
from
them.
