If I could do a negative star I would.... I went to Cavender's in the early afternoon on Saturday to find boots and an outfit because my husband and I are celebrating our wedding anniversary by getting pictures done. So, my husband and I went into the store and as he was looking for shirts for our pictures he asked one of the employees if they had a different size and the employee did not even acknowledge that he was asking for some help. So, as this is going on I went over to the ladies boots to try on some boots I had an employee acknowledge that I was there and I told her that I needed some help picking out boots since these were my first boots. She told me yeah I will help you and that I will be right back and guess what she never showed back up and I am standing there getting upset because I did not know my size of boot. So, I am starting to walk out of the store and I see 3 store associates only folding clothes and not saying anything to customers and my husband saw them also on their phones and I saw the same employee that said she was going to help me on the register while the other 3 were not doing anything but talking to each other. I got so upset I decided to leave the store. I have customer service history that I have personally done and by far the employees at Cavender's showed me the worst customer service that I have ever seen. DO NOT SHOP HERE, but if you choose to get ready to be ignored if you need help with getting anything. I would go to a different western store. I will NEVER shop here ever after the experience I had from them.

The lady at the service desk was extremely rude to me whenever I called to make sure my online order was there. She was also extremely rude to me when I got there and picked up my items. I have ordered from cavender's many times but that was my first experience in the actual store. I will not be back. In case any guys are wondering the Wrangler retro FR Jean I have in that picture are extremely comfortable!

Rude staff looked me up and down upon entering the store and never spoke to us at all. While I was looking at clothes a staff member came and walked right around me and still didn't say anything then went back to the register as if she just wanted to see what I was doing. Nice store but when your staff are behaving like that it makes me decide to take my money somewhere else.

Iknow!! It's about to be Christmas but cashiers were been rude! The lady couldn't even look at my face and said good night or have a good night, that always make costumers feel more comfort. One of the other cashiers was throwing a pair of jeans of a costumer and he was like asking why they did that. And she was just like.. "oh give me a sec" 👎🏻

5-6 people working and not a single person helped us. The boots I bought were in the back, and after looking for an associate for 25 minutes, we just went and got them ourselves. Everyone “working” was socializing at the front desk. I love my boots, but getting them was not a good experience.

The young lady over the boots and hats departments was absolutely a treat to work with. Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Sadly they didn't have what I needed but she exhausted every effort to attempt to find them for me. I wish I could remember her name. So ready for the pandemic to be over so normal products stocked can return to the shelves being full with backstock!!

Always a nice experience going to Cavenders, this is my favorite western wear place ! The guy at the hat shaping, made a great job, didnt ask his name, did a great customer service, and if i come back, il visit this store again.

Employees were so rude. Saturday afternoon over a dozen employees walking around. Only 1 acknowledged us and actually try to help us. But every other dept no one acknowledged our presence. When checking out the young girl did not say one word to us, acknowledge us, did not move one step from the register just gave us our total and that was it.

Not the best selection. Staff is ok but usually preoccupied talking to each other. Not the most helpful. I’d suggest boot barn.

Was running in to the store to see if they carried a specific brand of shoes. This was 8 minutes prior to closing. Wasn’t going to take long. Anna, employee, came up to my husband and I and proceeded to tell us that they close at 6pm. We saw the hours on the door when we walked in. Wasn’t planning on staying past 6. Just a quick run in as we don’t live in okc. I felt this was rude. Had it been actually closing time, I would have understood. Rude employees. Definitely will just either order online next time, or avoid all together.

Cavender's has the best selection of western wear! Every time we go south we make a trip in to the store and do a little shopping. We need one in Spokane, Washington!

The place was nice, but customer service was negative points. Seven employees around the register's and not one person was helping anyone. Even stood at the glass counter waiting looking and waiting and nothing. So we put our stuff back and left.

The employee who "assisted" me was not rude in his demeanor or tone, but he didn't know the stock well, and when asked about work boots, he literally showed me two pair and told me that was all they had, and quickly walked away. He didn't want to help at all. I found a pair of work boots in another aisle, and purchased them.

Went in with two hats to be shaped. One was simple. The other was a complicated re-shape and the young man did an amazing job.

Went here while we were on vacation. We are from NE. Noticed defects in the pair of 270$ boots I bought and were letting in water and had leather peeling on textured area. Also had too many holes underneath from thread that was letting in moisture. I am told to contact Anderson Bean. Did that and sent photos per request just to be told I have to send the boots back to Cavenders for them to deem if it’s refundable or fixable. Not even a replacement was offered. I’m shocked that I have to go through all the trouble but they are quick to sell you a pair. Don’t offer a warranty if you don’t honor it!

Terrible customer service. The two young girls working behind the register were talking about me in Spanish and little did they know, I understood them. Never going back because they made me feel so uncomfortable and awkward.

Called to see if they had an item in stock before I drove 35 minutes, The guy was very rude said he was busy but told me yes they had the item in stock (Just to get me off the phone apparently) So I drove 35 minutes to buy the item and they don't have the item. Terrible customer service. 👎👎

Great selection with many shirts that I didn’t see in other similar stores. Visited during the 2019 end of year holidays and there were some very good sales going on. Ended up buying quite a few great Wrangler shirts.

I was disgusted at their professionalism... I walked up at 11:55 to wait for them to open at 12 because I noticed a lot of people starting to pull up. A worker was waking in and very rudely told me “we don’t open until 12.” I told her it was fine I was waiting outside. At 11:56! They opened the door and told the family next to us we could all come in... we were the first at the left of the register to return. They asked if we had a return we said yes. They told us to wait at the left side for the manager. Then someone walked up and said ok, you’ll need to come to the right side. So we all shifted and now we’re third in line. Do not use the online store. The online inventory doesn't update with the actual inventory. If you order something that is out of stock you wont know until you get an email several days later saying they cancelled your order. Takes even longer to get your money back. Definitely don't make a trip to pick up online orders at the store, that would have been infuriating. My email just said my order was cancelled, nothing else. I would avoid online shopping at Cavender's until they bring the site into the 2020s. They aren't helpful if you run into an issue either. It is what it is. They just aren't good and are content with it. A lot of people sell the same products. just click the other one and you're good. Or shop at the other local store across the way.
